⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service from AX Locksmith! They responded very promptly and dispatched Chris to my place shortly after I reached out on 12 Sep 2026 Saturday morning. Chris was extremely diligent, polite, and patient in explaining the exact issue with my gate lock mechanism. After replacing the latch, I decided to go ahead and replace the cylinder as well based on his professional recommendation. He spent almost an hour carefully inspecting and testing everything to ensure the entire lock operated smoothly before leaving. A polite, dedicated, and skilled young chap who takes pride in his work. Kudos to Chris for a job well done—highly recommended! Thanks, Chris! 😄

Was careless & locked out my room key, called Chris & he responded with a quote & came down just as quickly. He came to Sembawang area & was fiddling with the lock for no more than 2 minutes, overall was done & left by 35 minutes from first contact. Friendly & with reasonable prices, his quick & professional service makes him my new go-to for any North area lock problems (hopefully no more though).

Absolute lifesaver! Got stuck inside my room at 11.30pm where the entire lock mechanism failed and the door can't be opened from inside or outside. Called/ messaged 5 different companies and AX locksmith was only one with an immediate response, straight forward and reasonable pricing, and trustworthy payment terms. Many thanks to Chris who came over to break me out and replace my lock in 30 minutes (I live in woodlands/ admiralty area). Wasn't asked for any reviews but just felt that I must after such excellent service. Attached my broken lock (tried to open it myself but couldn't) and replacement photos in case anyone else get into a similar situation.

Called for a last-min lock smith and came down in < 30mins!! Very prompt in replies and very affordable compared to other locksmith that i contacted, especially since it was midnight. Also, the charges already included for a new door knob. Process took < 30 as well 👍. Will contact them again if needed! ⭐️ Location of event: Woodland/Marsiling
