My family tried using Be Mitey Clean services for this first time and i must say we were impressed. Our house is a 4-room hdb so 2 workers were sent, Wine & Ei. And both these women were polite, easy to communicate with, clear in their explanation and must importantly meticulous in completing their tasks. They, wiped, washed, steamed our windows and vacuum the areas when finished. Overall, both Wine & Ei did a fantastic job! 🤓👍🏻

Very happy with Lawie's team that came for spring cleaning today! They were incredibly detailed — especially with the windows and kitchen — and even took the initiative to rearrange items in my service yard to clean underneath and around them thoroughly. My house is sparkling clean and bright now. Highly recommended!

Thank you to Sandar and team for the great job done! Despite the challenging task of post-renovation clean up with several items in the house, your team is able to cover most of the surfaces and the whole house felt so clean! Especially the windows, never been so sparkling clean and clear! Your patience in explaining the process before and after the session is greatly appreciated! There were some areas we requested for further cleaning during review and you and team will help to work on them without any questions. Keep up the great teamwork!

I engaged Be Mitey Clean for a cleaning job and unfortunately had an extremely poor experience from start to finish. The standard of cleaning was unacceptable. I documented multiple areas that were still dirty and raised these issues with the company while the cleaning was taking place, including sending photographs and videos. At one point, due to a lot of aread in the house left to clean they sent >20 cleaners to the property, yet despite the manpower, the quality of the work was still poor. The situation became so frustrating that my husband ended up cleaning some of the areas himself. They even documented themselves cleaning as evidence until I caught them in the act they stopped. We subsequently had to engage another cleaner to rectify work that should have been properly completed in the first place, and I have records of those additional costs. What makes the experience even more disappointing is how the billing was handled. On 9 July, after extensive discussions about the problems, I specifically told their representative that I did not want to drag the matter out any further and asked them to issue an invoice for the service rendered that day. Their representative replied that they understood, needed to check and would inform the office. No invoice followed. Then, 52 days later, I suddenly received an “Outstanding Invoice Reminder”, as though I had simply failed to pay an invoice that had been properly issued to me. That is particularly unacceptable given that the company was already fully aware that I had complained about the quality of the service. Their own messages acknowledged my complaints, apologised for the inconvenience and offered to send their team back to rectify areas requiring touch-ups. I have retained the WhatsApp correspondence, photographs, videos and records relating to the additional cleaning required. I am happy to pay for services that are properly rendered and properly invoiced. What I do not accept is poor workmanship, poor management and having to spend additional money correcting it, followed by an “overdue” payment reminder weeks later when I had expressly asked for the invoice at the time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Be Mitey Clean.

Engaged Be Mitey clean services for post renovation floor clean, walls, toilet, window and all cabinets. It takes about 4 hours, we had ours from 3pm to 7pm. We are extremely pleased with their service! The 3 person team are ( LWIN, CHERRY, THIDA ) the team was punctual. They are very friendly, cheerful and they made sure every corner of the house was thoroughly cleaned, from the ceiling all the way down to the floor. Their attention to detail was impressive. They transformed the house into a spotless, felt clean and comfortable after they were done. Overall a pleasant first experience with Be Mitey Clean. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional cleaning team.

I saw that Be Mitey Clean had many good reviews and hence decided to try too. It was really impressive and they indeed lived up to expectations. I engaged their Spring Cleaning Service where 3 cleaners came over to clean up my house and they did a really great job in cleaning up. Areas that I missed out usually like door frame, window frame and window tracks were also cleaned by them. Highly recommend to engage them for cleaning services! 👍🏻

When we decided on Be Mitey Clean for our post-renovation cleaning, we didn't know what to expect, as it was our first time engaging a cleaning company. We got their standard post-renovation cleaning package, with their formaldehyde removal service as an add-on. We liked it that they provided a walk through and clear explanation of the cleaning they would be doing before starting. All in all, we were very satisified with the service Khin and her team provided, with clear differences before and after. Areas where dust and dirt were easily accumulated, such as windowsills, were cleaned thoroughly and was spotless post-cleaning. Our carpentry also had a significantly lower level of formaldehyde after the formaldehyde removal treatment. No more nasty smell after the treatment as well. Appreciate that they used a meter to show the difference before and after, and also took video of how the treatment was done. At the end of the session, they walked through the house with us and even pointed out several defects that we had missed. They were also willing to stay an extra hour to touch up any areas that needed more attention. Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend Be MiteyClean!

Had a good experience with Be Mitey Clean for our post-renovation cleaning. From the start, the admin team was prompt with their replies and provided clear template answers that made the process easy. They also took the time to understand what I needed and recommended the appropriate services without being pushy. Lawie and her team arrived on time and started with a thorough walkthrough of the house. I especially appreciated that Lawie gave practical, on-the-ground recommendations after seeing the actual condition of the house, based on her past experience with post-renovation cleaning. Once everything was agreed on, the team got straight to work. They were systematic, thorough and paid attention to the finer details, especially the renovation dust and areas that are easily overlooked. The team was also professional and careful around our new carpentry, fittings and finishes. Overall, the whole process from enquiry to the actual cleaning was smooth and well coordinated. I am pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Be Mitey Clean for post-renovation cleaning.

Engaged Be Mitey for cleaning and decontamination of my unit after I discovered human waste in the wastewater floor trap during ongoing renovation works. Due to the nature of the incident, I wanted the affected area to be professionally cleaned and sanitised. The team — Nhitz, Pan Ei, Khinnyen and Htet — did a very good job. They used enzyme cleaning to treat the affected area, followed by disinfectant fumigation to ensure the unit was properly cleaned and sanitised. I really appreciated the care and effort they put into the cleaning process. The team was professional, and gave me much greater peace of mind about the cleanliness of the unit afterwards. Thank you Nhitz, Pan Ei, Khinnyen and Htet for the great work. Would definitely recommend Be Mitey to anyone looking for a professional cleaning service.

Wai and Ei Myat of Be Mitey Clean did such a good and thorough job with professionally cleaning our mattress and curtains in our bedroom! They ensured every part is steamed, shampooed and cleaned, with no area missed out, including all the corners and rims as well. This is especially useful since we have a pet cat at home that sleeps with us in our room. Now we feel assured that our room is free of any dust mites or dander. Thank you!

Want to commend Aye Thien for doing a good job cleaning our store. She follows instructions very well and clean spotless! Would love to have her every time.

While the rate was reasonable, I was hoping for a deeper clean. The service felt more surface‑level, which isn’t ideal for a newly handed‑over house. A more thorough clean would have added great value.
