Give credit where it is due. Just completed my trellis and ZipBlind installation with Blindspace SG. The installation took longer than initially expected, but I actually appreciate that they were willing to put in the extra man-days rather than rush through the job and compromise on the workmanship. Every additional day is a cost to the company, so to me, that shows professionalism and commitment to getting the job done properly. Harry has been very helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial site assessment all the way to completion. He was responsive, practical and made sure things were properly sorted out. And just like what quite a few other reviewers have mentioned, Harry also helped me set up the Tuya app and enabled mobile control of the blinds at no additional charge. A small gesture, but definitely appreciated. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service, workmanship and value from Blindspace SG and Harry. Happy to recommend them based on my experience.

Really happy with my experience with BlindSpace. The whole process was super smooth, from the initial consultation to installation. They're super friendly, responsive and they knew their stuff, and they paid a lot of attention to the small details. I had the indoor ziptrack installed - The blinds look so great and the quality is better than i thought it'd be — they’ve made a huge difference to the look and feel of my home. Installation was also really neat and professional. Would definitely recommend BlindSpace if you’re looking for good quality blinds!

This has got to be the WORST company ever. DON’T engage them unless you want to SUFFER. Empty promises but then multiple delays like over a month. Made arrangement to come but DIDN’T TURN UP and DIDN’T INFORM. Until they were contact at the appointment time then they said “sorry bro”. If I didn’t contact them, I would have waited in vain. Had to take 3 days of leave from work (loss of income) for nothing. Are they ongoing to COMPENSATE? Finally came to install but made a UTTER MESS of my place until the metal filing flew into everywhere in the apartment, including into food, onto shelves, and on and under all furniture. The workers still deny and argue. They are supposed to be professionals, SURELY they have the sense to manage and mjnimise the sharp metal filings from flying. After completion, they didn’t clean up properly leaving metal bits and specks around. Are they going to COMPENSATE for cost of DEEP CLEANING my unit?

Had my master bedroom balcony ziptrack done by Harry and his team. Kudos to Harry who made extra effort to keep communications intact. Ziptrack with a silent motor at bedroom is important, Blindspace motor is very quiet when the blinds are rolled down. I had the comparison as my living room balcony ziptrack is by another company which is slightly louder when rolled up. The beams from Blindspace are very nice with rounded edges, looks very elegant from exteriorly, extremely important for ground floor users. My washer and dryer are placed at the master bedroom balcony, the team had to move it away before installation and reinstate to working state after installing Ziptrack, Harry even went extra miles to buy fast drying silicon so I can resume my laundry as soon as possible. Price is reasonable as I got it during their promo. Work completed with satisfactory timeline. They are reliable and sincere to give their best at rectifications when issues surfaced. Happy to get a nice and quiet ziptrack 😏.. no more worries of my washer and dryer get wet on rainy days. Kudos to Harry and team for the great work 👍

Empty promises . And delayed completion . Goes missing and unresponsive. Took payments and unable to deliver till today . And said unable to achieve. If can't why accept project? Going to report this to authorities . Think carefully before engaging them .

Engaged them for zip blind installation and overall the experience was positive. There was some initial miscommunication and it was a bit anxious when not able to reach contact person. However, after a series of phone calls, they responded and handled the situation with quick service recovery. Once things were sorted, the team worked very fast. Pricing was competitive and reasonable, and they arranged the on-site inspection quickly with prompt decision making. They also gave good suggestions on how to best fulfill my requirements. Overall, a fast job with helpful recommendations, though communication could be improved.

Great service by Harry! Price quoted is reasonable and engaged Blindspace to do my house Zipblinds and invisible grills. Harry even recommended me suppliers when I faced many problems with my ID when I am renovating my resale house! He is also very accommodating with last minute changes in installation dates due to delays I faced with my ID. Definitely a great help when I am in the midst of my horror reno journey! Will recommend it to everyone!
