Engaged XNR Logistic for moving stuffs from malaysia to singapore. Then somehow this boondeck is doing the job. XNR required payment in full upon confirmation which I reluctantly obliged. On the date of pick up which was scheduled for afternoon, but its delayed until evening (they blamed the rain). No advance update, only found out when I sent text to ask for update. Delivery to my site is also late(they blamed the traffic jam)! On quotation its said wrapping protection included, but upon receiving my items, none is wrap protected. 1 piece of big bench furniture is with broken parts! The delivery guy said they received the broken item like that upon delivery.(But it was all good before they picked up) then they blamed the colleague who did the pick up. The bench was previously sent FROM USA to Malaysia without ANY issue but malaysia to singapore this shit happened??? They said they will fix it. Upon many arrangement (i already mentioned to them both XNR AND BOONDECK not to send me delivery guy or random guy to do the fixing), they sent an indian guy with glue and sandpaper. Did lousy job, which might as well i do it myself. Terrible service with no damn given to delivery item. Trust the bad review. (Broken stuff, delays and bad attitude are not 1st case.) Again, if my bench could be sent from US to Malaysia without breaking why cant they do it from malaysia to singapore?!

Terrible review!!! Everyone must avoid this place! I've been waiting since 10 am this morning and they still haven't arrived. Avoid this place if you can. I will report this place on Xiaohongshu.

Very irresponsible company ! Super super late like 5 hours late for pick up. Made us waited whole day. Pickup day only one actual mover. The others are like eye power. A lot of extra and ambiguous charges after taking our goods though we don’t have any extra items out of our stated list. Their policy is if missing cannot fault them, but they don’t have protocol in place to show all the items received or whatnot. Delivery was promised to be next day but ended up taking almost a week. We were without furniture for a week !!! Now a lot of missing and broken items they will say “we told you so”. Super irresponsible !!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE : DAMAGED ITEMS & COLD SILENCE In early Oct ‘25, I engaged Boondeck Mover to move furniture from S’pore to Johor Bahru. Despite repeated reminders for careful handling, three items arrived damaged: 1. New oven tempered-glass door shattered & metal piece dented 2. Cabinet (that housed oven)broken at base 3. Large Peranakan Mirror chipped into 3 pieces Reported immediately & sent pix. Staff say they will get their boss to respond. Boss responded only after 10 days. Agreed to resolve matter but no action. Sent boss a formal request for compensation. No response despite repeated reminders. The items were damaged because Boondeck did not handle them with reasonable care. This isn’t just about damaged items—it’s about a company that advertises itself as “professional and experienced house movers” and “trustworthy and reliable” but is neither; it ignores customers & hides behind fine print. I am posting this to warn others and to hopefully get Boondeck to finally take professional responsibility. Their unprofessional service ruined my belongings & they ignored my claims. *UPDATE : IN RESPONSE TO BOONDECK BOSS’ REPLY ( in Chinese: see their unreasonable reply below ) TODAY* Indeed this was the second time I have used Boon Deck. During the previous time, a Peranakan table was also damaged. And I had reported it. I had given Boondeck a second chance- on hindsight, it was a BIG mistake! An oven is a relatively robust machine. Its glass door is made of thick tempered glass. For the glass to completely shatter and the front metal panel bent during the move, the machine has to suffer a very heavy impact or knock to it. The damage to the cabinet corroborated that ( see the damage in photos attached) My claim for compensation is reasonable and fair based on the following: 1. Boondeck had promised to “take all necessary precautions” and “guarantee to do our utmost to minimize risks and ensure the goods are well protected”. From the damage, it’s quite clear that your staff had FAILED to exercise sufficient and reasonable care and were negligent when moving the items. This was not a minor damage like a scratch or dent; the brand new oven has been completely damaged and no longer usable. 2. Boondeck is hiding under fine prints to avoid responsibility.. a. "Electrical appliances must be in original box" - I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THIS. In fact, it’s quite unreasonable of you to impose this condition as you claim to help ppl move house, it’s quite unlikely that original boxes of appliances are retained. b. "You don't buy insurance to cover any damage to the customers’ goods handled by you". This does not absolve you of your promise to exercise care and diligence when moving my items. So it’s twice that I have used Boondeck to move items, and twice my items were damaged. You have achieved a 100% record for causing damage to a customer’s shipments; quite a turn for reliability and trust. Please respond to my claim for compensation as soon as possible; failing which I will consider further actions. To everyone else reading this, when looking for a mover, choose one that is ACTUALLY professional, competent and responsible!

A major disaster! Beware! This Boondeck moving company scratched my floor and then refused to take responsibility. The workers just walked away after scratching it! Before the move, I told the workers to be careful and take their time, but they replied that it was too heavy and they'd just drag the floorboards! The floor has deep scratches! When I called the owner, he even asked why I hadn't told them to protect the floor?! We pay a moving company to do this, and we have to teach them how to move the floor?! Are they kidding me?! Furthermore, I booked for 9-10 am, but they didn't arrive until the afternoon, constantly saying there was a "customs delay." A "customs delay"? I also booked another moving company for a different location, and they arrived without any delays, but yours was congested? I've seen many other customers complaining about the same problem. They book in the morning and arrive in the afternoon, as if they don't have anything else to do but wait for you? They don't resolve problems, hang up on us, blacklist us, and the boss has an incredibly bad attitude. When we made a mistake, they yelled at us for not notifying them, constantly shifting blame. They're a completely irresponsible company! If we have to explain things like this, what kind of professional moving company are they? They claim to be a long-established company with many years of experience and professional expertise, but their prices are top-notch while their service is mediocre! Experience comes from accumulated skills, not from just showing up a few hours! I also saw other posts about similar experiences, and someone named HXY helped reply; I wonder if it's the same company. Everyone, please think twice before hiring a professional and punctual moving company for safety, happiness, and professional service! #Update# It turns out that when we, as customers, hire a professional moving company and they damage our floors, we receive no compensation, not even an apology, and we can't provide feedback. Instead, we're threatened with lawyer's letters. So this is what they call service? *The following replies have given me a fresh perspective. We hire professional moving companies because we can't have heavy furniture, and now that they've scratched our floors, the main problem is that our furniture was too heavy? ! *

The owner's customs clearance service was excellent 👍 Delivery was no problem... I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

The service was absolutely terrible. Both the items I sent and the items that arrived were missing. When I asked them to look for them, they kept making excuses, saying things like they hadn't cleared customs or they didn't know where they were. They never explained the whole story clearly. It was almost a week late when I received the goods, and I had to ask almost every day when they would arrive. They kept making excuses, saying things like customs required bribes before delivery, and that it involved a bunch of government issues. 🙄

I recently used their service to move some of my furniture from Singapore to JB. I contacted them through WhatsApp, shared photos and dimensions of the items, and provided both addresses. I received a final quote within a day. They were very flexible and helpful in arranging the delivery date and time. The whole relocation—from requesting a quote to completing the move—was done within a week. Their pricing is excellent, and the service was fantastic — everything was well-wrapped and handled with care from door to door. Highly recommend this mover! I’ll definitely use them again.

Poor time management!!! big delay during pick up and delivery (it took 2 days as some items were missing during the first delivery) Promised to pick up around 930am-1130am, and guess what? The driver arrived at 7pm at night. Not to mentioned that there's no update from the CS and I have to keep calling or texting them for updates. Poor customer services (no update about our items or the driver's whereabouts) Damaged items without compensation (they said they will handle with care and never says it might have possible damages) And yea, the boss keeps saying how innocent he is and he has no responsible on our complaints. Engage at your own risk 🙃

Service - Not as good as what you are going to expect it to be. Didn't arrive on the date as mentioned and even say system time when the screen stated card suspended, not on time too. Broke my plate too when I wrapped it well.

The boss and customer service replied promptly. Despite some hiccups, the company rendered their help to assist and manage to store the stuffs in Msia warehouse. Manage to get back the things safely. The movers are good as well. Though i read the one star review but i am still blessed to have them to assist during crisis. Thank you boss and the ladies who helped over customer service and not forgetting the two movers, Malay and Indian which i did not get their names. ◡̈

This shipping company is absolutely terrible! The delivery date keeps getting delayed!! First the 31st, then the 1st, then they said the 1st was a public holiday and they couldn't get a permit, so they had to move it to the 2nd! Did you find out about the public holiday at the last minute??? Didn't you check the calendar in advance? If you had any experience, wouldn't you know that you can't get a permit on a public holiday??? Why did you only notify me the day before??? The staff confirmed with me that they would **definitely** receive the package on the 2nd. However, they said it would arrive at 3 PM, but at 3:30 PM they said it wouldn't be possible and would arrive at 7 or 8 PM. Couldn't they have told me earlier if it wouldn't arrive at 3 PM? Just to keep your customers waiting??? Then it was 7 or 8 PM, and still no word!! At 9:30 PM, someone finally called to say it would be between 11 PM and 12 AM! Otherwise, it would be tomorrow!! Because I was worried they would delay again tomorrow, I told them they absolutely had to deliver it today. Sure enough! It was 12 AM and still no news! Calling at 12:30 AM to say it will be delivered at 2 AM/3 AM! That's absolutely outrageous! Are you going to say it needs to be delivered at 6 AM when it's already 3 AM?! ——————————— Replying to your responses: 1) "You said it absolutely had to be delivered today, no matter what time. And you yourself said you could wait any time." I really can wait any time, otherwise I wouldn't have waited from 3 PM to 8 AM and then to midnight. And you still say it needs to be delivered at 3 AM. Isn't that a bit ridiculous? And how can I still believe you'll definitely deliver it at 3 AM? What if you tell me it'll be delivered at 6 AM after 3 PM? 2) "We don't make much money off you; for shared lorry shipments, drivers must deliver along the designated routes." I have never asked drivers to deviate from the designated routes. 3) "We did know it was a public holiday, but we still submitted our permits before the holiday! How can we deliver to you without a permit? This is international transport, not local transport! Our drivers are indeed still delivering... We don't own the border crossing; we can't do anything about the permits. Today, the driver was waiting at the Malaysian border until 2 PM before entering the Singapore border... We hope you understand that if we could deliver to you earlier, we would do so as soon as possible... There's no need to hold onto your goods. We are currently following up on the drivers' routes... The 31st is a Malaysian public holiday, and we need time to wait for permits. We will arrange delivery as soon as the permits are issued..." You called to say the permits weren't issued and a one-day delay was needed, and I agreed, didn't I? You don't own the border crossing, but you own the transport company, right? Isn't it your responsibility to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers, and how many drivers and staff are needed? 4) "And I also called the driver and he said he received your goods!" I still haven't received my goods. 5) "If you've been watching the news, you know there's been a crackdown on unlicensed taxis in Malaysia and Lorryy has been checking IBGs and seizing cigarettes. Drivers are checking for hours every day; you don't understand this..." Since you've been watching the news, you should know that crossing the border takes longer than usual. Why not arrange for more staff in advance or reduce the number of orders? Instead of accepting orders and then failing to deliver on time? 6) "And customer service said they'd deliver tomorrow, so don't wait." Because I'm afraid you'll delay from 3 PM to midnight again tomorrow. 7) "And the office closes at 6 PM, how can I contact you...? Customer service also told you the driver would call you when he arrives... It's not that customer service didn't give you any information." The office closes at 6 PM, so I can't contact them, but I can reply to a negative review at 2 AM. Customer service said the driver would call an hour before arrival; shouldn't they notify me if he's late? How do I know how much time I need to allow? One hour? Two hours? Or three hours? It's like I've given you all my time today, and I still haven't received my goods! I deeply respect the hard work of all my employees and drivers, but if you call yourself a transportation company, you should fulfill your service promises. Today, customers trust your professionalism and pay for your services; the price is a mutual agreement. Don't say you're charging low prices and not making much profit just because you can't deliver. If you can't deliver, find ways to improve your service instead of making excuses.

If you are looking for a mover, please read it carefully before you decide to choose this company. I had a very bad experience with this mover, and you can read through those 1 star reviews, all of us have same problem, it’s called “DELAY AND NO RESPONSIBLE” Firstly, they will not telling you what time they will be there, of cuz sometimes traffic jammed, no one expects it happen, but early morning they told me that traffic jammed, I thought they are Otw now so I wait at home, don’t dare to go out to buy breakfast. And then, I waited till 12PM, no one call me to update, so I had to text to CS, she said that she will update later, and then you know what, also “No sound, No pic” . Until 3PM I chased them again, and the lady was so surprised “huh, nobody there yet? Ok let me check with our driver” and ask me to wait again, WHAT??? So if I don’t call you, you will not follow up??? What kind of service is that? Sorry I got no patience to wait for your driver till evening and maybe midnight , I haven’t took breakfast and even lunch just because you guys didn’t even give me a call. Play with my patience and wasting my time. I rather choose another day to move house with another company, it’s ok. End up I found a company, their service can say that better than this company. Fast responds, and at least they let us know either morning or afternoon they will be there so we don’t need to stay home and wait and wait and wait for the whole day without any updates. The company I dealt with is very fast, responsible, and well packing. Importantly , I saved $100SGD because they quote me lower than Boon Deck👍🏻 To the boss of Boon Deck mover, please read through all reviews from different customers, if you keep giving same problems to your customer, and your team don’t take it seriously, you will lost a lot of business and customers, LOOK AT YOUR COMPETITORS, THEY ARE DOING WELL!

The worst logistic ever met in my life , engaged them on xiaohongshu. Service , responsibility, attitude super poor. Story 1: Received a called from them and been told the driver will arrived at 1.30pm for collection , at 2pm I didn’t see any of the driver and didn’t received any call. So around 2.30pm I asked about eta again , customer service replied: ‘will checked again’. But till 3.30pm I didn’t received any news from them. So I decided called them again, called twice no answer, BUT customer service WhatsApp status online :) A few moments Ltr finally they answer, I asked where’s driver ? Can I have an eta at least?the customer service act blur and said: “oh driver haven’t arrived ? I check again” At this hour I’m quite frustrated bcuz they have promised me b4 4pm driver will arrived, end up I get the driver contact instead to liase with the driver :) Story 2: I have told them please tell me the date and roughly arrival time bcuz nobody at home and I have to standby to received the stuff, and have informed themo an hour b4 the driver arrived, he could give a call first. Guess what ? I waited for whole day , evening time I called them ask them roughly eta? They said b4 9pm & 2hr before driver arrived will give me a call. At 7pm I was having dinner , they called me driver arrived infront my house :) fantastic. ok I blessed that at least they arrived on the day Story 3: unwrapped & switched on tv and it’s not functioning, so I have texted them but no reply, ok it’s alright. I bring my tv to tv repair shop and find out what happen to my tv, to checked if possible to fixed it. Conclusion : screen spoiled :) Ok I find the person incharge and tell them my tv is spoilt and my mattress also got two big hole( suspect they dragged the mattress instead of carry up) On the call: we asked them what the solution for this situation already happened? On the line they have promised they will bring tv and help to fixed it. Guess what? The next day they told me they will arranged to pick up tv and fixed then will tell me the price for the repairs :) Hmmm, what’s the point u guys wan to bring my tv for repair??? 🤣 To the boss who read this, I never get any apologies from you guys. I just wan to solve the problem alright. U guys promised me find out what happen from the custom clearance & give us an update I would appreciate if u guys Show some empathy AND really really find out what happen & really really give us an UPDATE.

Despite some of the negative remarks, our recent experience with Boondeck Movers was good. They helped us move some used furnitures from SG to Johor smoothly. They were quite punctual, polite, careful, efficient, and reasonably priced. Communication (via whatsapp and phone) were clear. They were late once (about an hour) on the day of the pick up in SG due to traffic but they informed us in advance. For us, it was job well done. Thank you Boondeck Movers.

I used this moving company last year. They changed the date twice, but neither of them came. They even told me to leave my goods at the guardhouse. They said they'd come between 2 pm and 4 pm, but I was told they wouldn't come until after 8 pm. They're neither punctual nor trustworthy.
- 1.0
The service was truly terrible. They said it would be 9am-11am, but it was already 8pm and they still hadn't arrived. They kept delaying, treating customers like fools. They lied to me, saying it was stuck in customs all day?? They weren't being honest.
- 1.0
There's absolutely no intention to schedule a delivery time. No exact date? And when can it be delivered? How does the company schedule its operations? Tell me it schedules and times on the same day? Is your logic backwards? Please, if the system is outdated, replace it, or replace the person. Don't make people wait in vain and then get stood up – that's awful. I really won't give it a star.

Half a year ago, I engaged your company for a delivery from Singapore to Penang. Due to my trust in your service, I only opened the delivered items recently. Unfortunately, I discovered that my TV was damaged during the delivery. I understand that quite some time has passed, and I am not seeking any compensation. However, I feel disappointed that my previous message has been ignored. I would appreciate a simple apology to acknowledge the issue and show respect to a customer who trusted your service. 我还有要运一些货物我会谨慎的找一些可靠的运输公司!! As you can see, they didn't reply to any message from what'sapp, but they are disassociating themselves from the matter. Do you think such a transport company can be trusted?

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Boondeck Mover Transport. The service and attitude was very poor ! Initially, I had an appointment scheduled on 28/3 for 4:00 PM. However, I received a call early in the morning at 9:00 AM from customer service, informing me of a "serious traffic jam at customs" and requesting that I reschedule for the next day. I explained that my contract would end by the end of the day and that rescheduling was not an option. The representative assured me that they would try to find another lorry to pick up my items, but by noon, I still hadn't received any updates. I had to contact them via WhatsApp to get a response, only to be told the same thing—there was still a traffic jam at customs. It was frustrating, they tot I didn’t know how to check the online camera for custom status. It was very funny that the movers arrived at midnight 12pm to pick up my belongings! This was my first time using a moving service, and it was extremely disappointing to have them arrive so late. The customer service attitude was also very poor. When I asked for an update via WhatsApp, the response I received from the boss was both slow and rude. He told me that the driver would arrive before 11:30 PM, but when the driver didn't show up on time, the boss responded with a dismissive message: "Bro, we drive lorries, not rockets." When I reminded him that he had specifically told me the driver would arrive before 11:30 PM, his response was, "It’s my driver said, not me." This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. Additionally, I was requested if they can deliver my items on the next day, but their boss told me cannot be. After that I told him never mind , we arrange on 31/3 after 3pm and his also agreed my request. However, I was contacted multiple times with conflicting information, including requests to deliver earlier, despite me clearly stating that I would not be available before 3:00 PM on 31/3 .It felt like no one on their team understood my situation or communicated with each other properly. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had, and I regret choosing Boondeck Mover Transport. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. The poor service, lack of communication, and rude attitude are not acceptable in any business, especially when you’re paying for a service.

Absolutely terrible! They promised delivery before the 12th, but then told us at the last minute they couldn't. What was the point of promising that in the first place?! We chose them because they said they could, and now they've caused us so much inconvenience and trouble! We can understand that you might not be able to arrive on time due to the holiday, but did you even try to deliver before 12? No! You only set off at 11 am, showing no intention of even trying, and that's what makes us so angry! Our box was also damaged! The service attitude was awful! And when it arrived, they were still unwilling to give up! They only told us things when we asked, and they never proactively updated anything!

DO NOT ENGAGE. Would give zero star if i could. Worst movers ever with zero customer service & empathy. Workers have no permit to work in Singapore which is beyond me and it caused us a lot of trouble at the venue. We engaged boon deck to move personal furnitures from an event venue in Singapore to a storage facility and found out the movers had no permit to work in Singapore at the security check in at the venue. This did not cross our mind as they were a licensed Singapore company with a UEN number. We had to lug all our furnitures (many sofas and wood furnitures) on our own to the loading bay in the rain - in their words "So no choice u all bring it down, see part of our side no issues". And that's not the worse part -- they had no remorse to even offer us a decent discount but were instead very defensive, telling us it was our fault for not letting them know we needed workers with permit. They even disclosed that all their workers are without a work permit to work in Singapore!? We rarely engage movers and this was a one off move so it never crossed our mind about permits etc. For clarity, our venue did not require any special permit to enter the vicinity just that the workers needed to have a permit to work in Singapore. I would have expected that a licensed in Singapore and "professional" company to have workers who have permits.. We were even told it was our fault for not applying for a work permit for their workers on their behalf?! They were very defensive in the matter and kept changing their story - we're a Malaysia to Singapore logistics company, to we do shipments in Singapore everyday, to "we are Singapore movers company" to we are import and export transporter. Which is it? It is sketchy. Take your money else where and run for the hills.

Boondeck Mover Transport and the service was really poor. It was a very unpleasant experience for me. Not punctual: Agreed appointment time was from 9am to 11am. Customer service updated at 9am saying there was heavy traffic at the checkpoint, giving us time to prepare. However, they only arrived around 3pm. Being professionals, such mistakes are unexpected. service attitude: Read but no response. Incorrect pricing during payment, blaming miscommunication within the office. Unprofessionalism: Furniture was not wrapped in protective paper, leading to damages. Movers: Rough handling of our furniture. Lack of communication: No prior notice that the goods couldn't be delivered on the scheduled day. Only informed us lastnight

The service was terrible, and they dragged their feet. Even after we agreed on a time, the driver would tell us they weren't coming at the last minute, or they'd change the time and the price wouldn't be the same as agreed. As for the damaged goods, forget about it. I wouldn't recommend them.

One of the worst movers you can engage. Hardly communicate and when they do communicate the time even with enough advanced notice (we’re talking months here), they still manage to screw it up. Save your heartache and use someone else; they should really wind up their business and do postal deliveries instead. Incredibly disappointing!
