BRC renovation is efficient and fast as we wanted to move in asap and they were able to accommodate. Shakil was the pm for my house and he was experienced in electrical and plumbing works. He was able to explain the works in the best practical way. He was also very responsive to our questions when we needed answers when we were sourcing for new sanitary wares and kitchen wares even at late night. We engaged them for demolition, electrical and plumbing. Truly responsive and efficient.

I am thoroughly impressed by the promptness and professionalism of Manager Imrul and his team at BRC Reno. Contacting them on short notice on Sunday, I was amazed that they can arrange technician come to resolve my water heater issue the next day. The execution was flawless. Not only did they efficiently replace the faulty unit, but they also demonstrated exceptional care for my home by protecting the flooring and performing a rigorous cleanup afterward. Exceptional craftsmanship and customer care. BRC Reno has easily earned my highest recommendation and a well-deserved 5-star review.

Manager Imrul and his team were incredibly prompt, professional, and responsive. I contacted BRC Reno just one day before, and despite it being a public holiday, they came the very next morning to fix my water heater. The entire process was smooth and efficient. They quickly identified the root cause of the issue, replaced the faulty heater, and repaired the false ceiling professionally. They also took the extra step of covering the floor beforehand to keep the area clean throughout the work. After the job was completed, the team thoroughly cleaned up the dust and debris, even washing down the affected area in the bathroom. Excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service from start to finish. A well-deserved 5-star rating! I would not hesitate to engage BRC Reno again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional renovation or repair services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very thankful to Mr Shakil, the project manager of BRC Renovation Contractors. I had unpleasant encounters with the contractor in the midst of my kitchen renovation , then I came across BRC renovation and Mr Shakil came over for the first meet up. He was great at listening, patient in answering all questions and was also quick to sort things out. Can tell that he is passionate about his work and I knew I could trust and leave everything in his good hands. The best part was how open and honest he was about the cost and the quotations is also reasonable. Quality of the materials and the workmanship from him and his team was top notched. He guided his team through his professional skills and experience and everything was done smoothly and followed up promptly. Not only him but all his teammates were very polite and done their work in a very respectful manner and clean up nicely before they left. I recommend this service! The wall painting was fast and neat. The tearing down of box up ceiling were carefully done. They ensured our furniture and belongings were covered with plastic before starting, even though we had already done so. Before leaving, the worker made sure everything was clean. Excellent!👍🏻

Compliments for Mr Shakil, Project Manager, BRC Renovation Contractors Pte Ltd Recently a huge section of my false ceiling (from the main door running half-way up to my staircase) started tilting dangerously to one side. Luckily it didn’t crash to the floor. Over a period of 3-4 days I sourced for 3 vendors to repair it andI I was very fortunate to find a very responsive vendor, BRC Renovation Contractor Pte Ltd. After getting unsatisfactory response from the first two vendors I googled & WhatsApp my problem to BRC late in the morning of the fourth day, and got an immediate response. Mr Shakil, whom the company assigned, contacted me within less than an hour and visited my place at 3pm the someday. He assessed the damage and immediately arranged for the false ceiling to be removed the next day, after ensuring me that it will not collapse. Mr Shakil came with 2 workers, and he was very hands-on throughout the removal of the false ceiling and damaged wooden support beams. He instructed his team on how the new ceiling and supporting aluminium beams should be constructed, including preserving the wooden trimmings which form part of the original design of our false ceiling. Two days later Mr Shakil and his team carried out the installation of the new supporting aluminium beams and new false ceiling. After giving instructions to his two workers, Mr Shakil went about his other tasks, but he dropped in at least 3 times to scrutinise and inspect the work being carried out, staying back with the workers until the repair was completed, and our place cleaned and tidied up, etc. The following week, Mr Shakil came with a worker who was tasked to touch-up and paint the new false ceiling, and to install 2 new down lights which Mr Shakil sourced. For the rest of the undamaged existing false ceiling (3 times the size of the damaged false ceiling), touch-up and painting was also carried out. All in all, this took about 11 hours; again Mr Shakil dropped in often to check on the progress and quality of work, and he stayed with his worker until everything was completed, including cleaning up our place. He was thorough in his inspection, spotted that the new lights were blinking because it was connected to a switch which was originally connected separately to a dimmer. Without hesitation, Mr Shakil was very hands-on and got it working perfectly. As I have a strong personal interest in tinkering and doing DIY repairs around my house, I observed the workers and their work closely throughout the work described above. I wish to highly commend all the different workers who worked on this project. They worked closely as a team, they are very competent and took great care throughout the wark, e.g. no dropping of things, damaging things in the removal process, ensuring the house and furniture were covered properly, no hurried short-cuts, no slip-shod work. They worked steadily and very hard, no idling and took no breaks except for a short lunch break. Thanks to Mr Shakil’s clear instructions and guidance, the work went on smoothly. Finally, I wish to thank and commend Mr Shakil highly for his no-nonsense approach in getting the work done professionally, his personal attention in regularly visiting and checking the work-in-progress, to ensure quality work and compliance to requirements, He remembered everything I conveyed to him and it was carried out without mishaps. He made good suggestions and explained things clearly to me. I also wished to compliment him for his promptness, sense of urgency and good communication skills. He is reliable and also handles the admin part well. He is friendly, very relatable,and comes across as someone you can trust. I am sure I will engage him for other jobs when there is a need. Attached are some pictures. Kindly ignore the paint smudges, as I did not engage BRC with painting the rest of the walls that you can see. It has not been painted since we moved in, and I will be doing my own painting.

BRC team has knowledgeable electrician who was able to fix my wobbly fan which was initially reinstated by tenant agent's 'half-baked' electrician. They were also able to replace the WC set swiftly. Although I needed to reach out to Shakil to get the plumber to visit a few times before the leaking kitchen sink pipes were finally resolved, at least they were willing to schedule to come and service until issue was resolved. Overall, good service.

Shakil was helping me with the tiling for the wall. He is able to respond and make changes to my request. I should have made a trip with him to the physical tile shop instead of exchanging messages over WhatsApp. But overall experience with him was great. 👍🏻
