I wanted to call out the great service that I received from the company. My mother's old HDB plumbing was clogged and flooded the kitchen/toilet and I contacted Kelvin based on the good reviews seen. He was able to dispatch a worker down quickly and helped to assess the issue. His worker was very knowledgeable and helped to clear the connected drainage pipes very quickly. Kelvin also arranged his worker to come back later in the day to assess the downstairs neighbour's concerns which is what I call excellent service. I will highly recommend Kelvin and his team for future needs!

Amazing and reliable service by Kelvin and team. Even on the night of CNY Eve, he responded and got someone to come down within an hour to fix our sink! I had already engaged him before to fix a shower issue. Both encounters were extremely fuss-free and he is very easy to deal with. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of their services!

Response was really fast. I texted and explained the drainage situation. And I received a call almost immediately where Kelvin asked for more details and give an estimate of the quote. I accepted the quote and he sent one of his guys who arrived at my place within 30mins. The matter was solved so quickly and I must say that the service and response time was impressive!

I would like to highly recommend the company and especially Mr Kelvin Koo and his team for the very efficient work they did recently to resolve our pipe leakage issue. Kelvin was super responsive, was able to turn up very quickly to diagnose our problem, and started work the following day with his men to redirect our water supply with a new piping system. The work was very professional and elegantly executed. He remained quick to respond and follow up with PUB after the problem was fixed.

I requested quotes for 4 items of plumbing works on Saturday mid-morning. Kelvin co-ordinated the works with his workers and suppliers very quickly, sent me photographs of the plumbing products and accessories. To my surprise they could do the job the same afternoon. Two very cordial and co-operative men came to carry out the works and, by 4.30pm, the works were efficiently completed with all systems in good working order. Reliable plumbing services indeed!

Faced with water leakage problem in my toilet last week and messaged the company via Google after seeing high rating for their service. Plumber Kevin responded very quickly and was able to come down within 2 hours to help. Kevin was quick & professional in finding out the cause of water leakage and he also identified another problem which causes water seepage out from under the base of the toilet bowl by taking photos and explaining to me reason for water going inside and way to clean going forward to prevent similar problem from happening. The problem of water leakage around the toilet bowl has been fixed and it’s fixed within such a short time! Thank you Kevin & your colleague for your fast and professional job done!

Kelvin from Kytech plumbing was very efficient and experienced. The slow drainage (and eventually fully clogged) at my bathroom drain had bothered me for months was cleared by him within 15 minutes. He also helped to check the nearby drain to ensure the pipe was fully cleared. He was very professional. He found the cause and gave me some advice to prevent chokes. Very good service 👍🏻 and will engage him again in future!

I have engaged a plumber to fixed the toilet bowl but didn’t did a good job which ended up cockroaches keep coming out from the toilet bowl . Ended up I have to get another one to redo the toilet bowl installation. I have enquired few plumbers and Kelvin is the only plumber able to tell me what’s the cause of my toilet bowl problem and how to resolve it . His staff wei is on time, patience and polite . He and his staff has deep knowledge on plumber and also clean up the place after the job done . Highly recommended Kelvin if you need plumbing services .

Mr. Kevin is very professional. He took lot of initiative to find out where the leak is, in the absence of water pipe plan inside my condo. He minimised the hacking (in fact, he only did it in small portion, at two places) and identified the leak. Fixed it by taking an external pipe outside and connected it to the water sink in the kitchen. Overall, good job.

Resolved: Clogged kitchen sink, floor trap & pipe Reached out to Kelvin at 9am; he came at about 1pm and issue was resolved by 1.30pm. He also offered useful tips and even offered to help us put the below basin doors back. I'm glad I sought out his services, despite his company having a smaller number of Google reviews as compared to other big brands.
