Saw good reviews on this plumber...so called up the phone number...Benny came to our house punctually and fix our leaking tap and pipes..think previously we did engage him before..but forget to post the review...he very nice and friendly and sincere..and gave us advice on the water pipes...his price is also very reasonable...will engage him again for future repairs

Mr Benny Lim was a lifesaver. I showed him the picture of the problem (pipe joint broke). He assessed it immediately and provided me a few options to see what I could do. As water is utmost importance I had to do an emergency option. He came down within the stipulated time and explained to me what happened and how to mitigate the problem. He had all the tools and spare parts to make the necessary replacements. I had to forgo style but he provided parts that were of better material. After checking through, he gave me some advice on what to look out for and how to do proper care and taught me what to do next time when such a problem occurs. He even provided a week warranty and will come and replace at no extra cost. Overall superb service and attitude. His number is saved for my future plumbing needs.

I had leaking pipes in my bathroom and due to rust in the clutches some of them are detached from the bathroom wall. Called uncle Benny to ask for quotes, he immediately told us there is no need to change pipes, he will assist to drill in more clutches to hold the pipes. And recommended how to better manage our bathroom taps. His suggestion saved us alot of money. Really very thankful to have him. Thank you Uncle Benny!

I highly recommend Benny's plumbing service. Got a problem with my toilet bowl overflow system and called him on a weekend morning. He was free and came down to fix before afternoon. Now I am free to go enjoy my weekends without worrying about this. Well worth it! Thanks Benny!

I had a choked sink and toilet bowl and at the same time needed to replace the faucets in my home which were slightly complex due to the design of our sinks. Benny was clear and upfront about the fees incurred to allow me to make a decision. He provided clear diagnosis of the issues, as well as explained complexity of installation. He also provided additional tips on how to maintain as well as how to avoid similar problems in the future. He is also knowledgeable and shared the potential issues for the type of sanitary fittings that we had. Overall he is experienced in his craft and was easy to communicate with.

Very prompt response and solved the clotting issue in my kitchen immediately which caused the flood. Benny came over to check the issue and used his machine to break down the oil clot which have harden in my kitchen water outlet and taught us how to maintain and prevent such issue from happening again as we do heavy cooking in house. As the hole is behind my fridge he has to move my fridge out in order to check the issue. Good and reliable service.

Benny was very quick to respond to my phone call and made an arrangement to check our toilet on the very next morning. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got to work immediately and replaced the flushing mechanism. A small leakage developed during the night, and we called him the next morning. He came almost immediately. He replaced the faulty part and would not accept any payment. He gave us advice about how to maintain our toilets and we greatly appreciate his suggestions and his speedy responses to our requests. We are very glad to have found him online and will certainly recommend his service to everyone. Thanks very much, Benny, for making our toilet go away :).

Benny is very Professional, have come across a few plumber and saw his review before deciding to engage him. As he was honest and upfront with the cost. He replied / call me almost immediately when I send him the issue at late night around 11pm-12am He came in the morning around 9am today to fix my kitchen sink and floor trap. Highly recommend to others. He also share tips on how you can avoid and prevent similar issue. His service is a 5 star service Thank you.

Mr Benny did an excellent job of declogging the drainage outlet in service area. Response was quick and explained in detail the reason for the problem. Any issues in future would prefer to call Mr Benny. Was upfront about the cost, no surprises..

Benny was professional, considerate, friendly and super helpful. He came as soon as he heard so I can resume work at home asap. There was a clog in the kitchen drain (it was a swimming pool in the kitchen, see pict) so he helped cleaned it out. Good thing the gunk clogging the drain was able to be removed. Did my dishwashing and laundry without incident aft his help. Super fast service. Our family really appreciate it.
