The one star is not about the moving service itself, which was superb, but for the fact that its been 2 months since we moved and I have not gotten my deposit back despite returning the boxes in good condition. Last message from Jo on March 17 indicated that her finance side would be processing the return of the deposit. Then I never heard back from them. Why gamble the good reputation of your company and tarnish the reputation of your moving staff for such a small thing? Disapponting. Hope others won't have the same issue but I will never risk it with Buddy Mover Storage again.

A huge thank you to Nick and the team, for your amazing service in our house moving, especially during the peak pre-CNY season. Shoutout to Jo too, for the prompt and efficient coordination despite our last minute add-ons. The team was professional, and all our bulky items were carefully wrapped and assembled upon delivery. I had a great experience with Buddy Movers, especially Nick and his team. Nick was extremely efficient and professional, and the office staff were also very helpful throughout the process. They came down to view the house in advance and delivered the moving boxes a full three weeks before my move, which made packing so much easier. On moving day, Nick and his team arrived one hour earlier than scheduled and quickly and efficiently moved everything onto the truck. All my items were handled with care — there was no damage at all — and the team was courteous, organised, and very hardworking. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and stress-free moving experience!

Very professional services and friendly staff! They dismantle my bedframe and re-assemble at the destination again! All my things are wrapped and protected nicely before moving, and they also helped me to position all the furnitures and items nicely at the destination house again. Especially i had a bulky table that barely fit through the doors and they did it with a lot of care! Thank you so much!

Moving can be so stressful, but buddy mover & storage honestly made the whole process a breeze. The team showed up right on time, full of energy and smiles, and got straight to work. They handled everything with such care nothing got scratched or damaged. What I really appreciated was how they kept me updated throughout and even helped me arranged the boxes without me asking. That little extra effort really stood out! By the time they were done, I felt like a huge weight had been lifted (literally and figuratively). Excellent service at every step. Jo was patient and responsive to all my questions and requests. Nick and his team, Fahim and Sumon, were great on moving day. Nick was very patient with me as I was a bit stressed that day, but explained what was happening whenever I had questions. I did not have too many things so my move took about 90 minutes from arrival at my old place to the movers leaving my new one. But at no point did I feel like the team was rushing. The team was careful with my belongings. Everything was wrapped, handled and transported safely and efficiently. Casper arrived at my new place as scheduled and took his time with my tv and soundbar mounting, advising on best placement. Pricing was very reasonable. Was quoted for different loads/services and only charged for what was used. As a renter, when the time comes to move again, will definitely go with Buddy Movers!
