From the very first communication with their staff, Hazel over WhatsApp, to the workers who delivered and picked up the cartons, and finally the packing and moving team — I really appreciate how the service was consistently good throughout the whole process.
Sometimes you may get good service from the admin staff but a different experience with the ground team and vice versa, so I was especially happy that everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and helpful. The movers were courteous, worked really hard and were very efficient despite how much there was to move.
The quotation was first done through video, with the details and descriptions shared over WhatsApp, which made the whole process quite convenient and straightforward. There was no surprise fee top up.
We weren’t able to finish all our packing ourselves on the day, so we decided to engage their packing service as well. I thought the pricing was reasonable overall, and the workers did a good job packing our things properly without unnecessarily wasting space or boxes.
Moving is already quite a tiring and stressful process, so having a team that is reliable and pleasant to deal with really makes a difference. Thank you to the entire Joy Movers team for making our move a much smoother experience. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

1st time engaging Joy Movers for house moving. I checked the reviews and it seems quite positive so decided to give it a try. I connected with them over WhatsApp and Debby responded. She was fast in her response and provided me with a video survey and quotation within a few hours. Her service was exceptional. The empty boxes arrived a few days later. On the day of the move, Derek and his team arrived within the stipulated time. He did a pre check and clarified what is to be moved. Within a short time, his team started packing. The whole move took about less than 3 hours. Upon arrival at the new place, the movers were also very careful with my items. I liked that the final amount was very transparent and was as quoted. Engaged Joy movers after enquiring several moving companies and it was indeed a non-regrettable choice. They were not the cheapest but their customer service (Fab), flexibility and responsiveness won me over from the start and I knew I would engage them. On the move day, Song and team were assigned to me. They arrived timely as scheduled. I really enjoyed my experience with The Joy Movers. Fab was always so forthcoming, responsive, and quick to reply.
When I needed boxes in advance so I could start packing early, they arranged to have them delivered to me quickly. The day before the move, they texted to remind and double-checked the items that were to be moved and those that needed to be disposed of.
On the day of the move, they appeared on time and the delivery guys were so smiley — Joy Movers indeed! We had a lot of stuff to move, but everything was handled with care and placed nicely in its new spot, including our washer and dryer.
