   have been waiting for a follow up and they never get back. I know the owner, Mr Chua for quite a period of time, but not sure what is happening with the operation now. They indeed did good jobs, but unfortunately it was in the past.... ——— my response 30 Aug 2026 —- Please see the whatsapp messages attached. Let us put aside the excuse about painting company. Mr Chua and his son must have remembered that I had no issue with the person do the painting and there was no need to engage another company and the only thing I would ask, if that is possible even, is to paint the whole block of ceiling and not only opening part which they agreed upon it. So this is not about the painting company which is not the case anymore. If you see the whatsapp messages, I was the one who kept asking and following up and after a few months with the promise to send quotation, it never came. Until I posted the previous review, then a response came without understanding the situation. What is that for a discussion? could you make good of what you promised in the whatsapp and it was just a simple thing to do after several months, Jun,Jul,Aug. Is this the way you treat a small customer? Probably you may have bigger business and mine is not a big deal anymore :) But mind you, I never bargained nor asked any discounts since the beginning I engaged this company. Never once. I don’t believe Mr Chua handles this social media himself, so probably he should be informed about this. I have known him after I moved to Eden at Tampines (after 2011, maybe around 2013 onwards) until now. Mr Chua is not the type who forgot to respond, especially after repeated times. He has many other projects, bigger it might be, but he knows that although I am just a little customer among many, he treated me as a client very well. I engaged his company for installation and services for used-to-be 8 units at my home. I understand recently it was reduced to 3-4 units and it made the business even smaller, but once the leak pipes are replaced, I could give him a bigger service business again. Not to mention if I ever move house, I would have been able to offer him bigger business again. He probably recalled the first time I was looking around for an aircon company, because I was searching for a reliable and trustworthy after previous several bad ones before I moved to this place. I informed him that I would prefer the workers to be locals as well and not only the owner. The beautiful thing was Mr Chua really has only locals to employ and he himself joined to do the job. I like that very much and I maintain to engage this company until now. Why locals was my focus? because I have seen too many of this kind of business run to and benefits non-Singaporeans. Call me nationalist, I do not care too much, but I will stay with my principles and hopefully I would find another with the same type of employees. However the last experience of communication is very bad. I do not understand why but if the issue is because I delay this project myself, I believe I have explained that I was traveling a lot in the past 2-3 years to visit and stay with our daughter studying overseas and the only time window is for this year and Aug-Sep is the good moment. In any case, I am the customer and I could decide as and when I would want the project to run. Even then, I always give good words to anyone or neighbours asking if the aircon company I engage is great. As much as possible I would always find reasons to request the service even when I do not need it, so although I could not give big businesses, at least I provide what I can to help. I guess this is not considered a nice gesture anymore by this company. -------- update on 31 Aug ----- Mr Chua had a call with me directly to discuss about this issue and I appreciated the gesture. We had informed you that we would provide the quotation in August and aim to commence the works in early September due to our existing confirmed schedules. As painting is not our specialised field, we took some time to source a suitable painting contractor who could meet your expectations while keeping the pricing reasonable.    I engaged them for my home aircon installation and had a really good experience. During the site visit, the father and son brought and took the time to explain the materials they use, the installation process, and what is the best configuration for different areas of my house. Mr Chua has over 30 years of experience in aircon installation, and their technical knowledge really shows. They were careful with the workmanship and did not rush through the job. The team was also friendly and patient whenever I had questions. Their response time can be slightly slower, which they had informed me about upfront, but they kept me updated throughout and everything was still within a reasonable timeline. Overall, I’m very happy with their service and workmanship. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced aircon installer.

   Just got my keys to my BTO and decided to engage CHK. Clarified with him on the details with some other videos i have seen on tiktok and he very patiently explained the whole insulation, joints uncut and cut, condensation stuff on aircons even before i signed with them. Saw that they have been upgrading themselves for Aircon and ArmaFlex Course and decided to sign with them as i felt very assured. Father (Raymond) and Son (WeiXiang) duo went down to do site visit w my ID and they managed to work together in discussing how the pipes should run and placement. Done up first piping and they even took videos and photos to send me once the pipes are done with video proof of water test. ID also praised them for very nice job well done. Locked up my house with windows closed and doors locked as video proof for a piece of mind. Very happy to have engaged them!

   I want to take a moment to commend Uncle Raymond, Weixiang, and the entire team from CHK for their absolute professionalism during my aircon installation. They installed a System 3 + 2 for my BTO unit, and the entire experience was extremely smooth from start to finish. 👏 While their pricing may be slightly (just v slightly!!) higher than typical group-buy deals, the difference in quality, materials, and workmanship is very clear. The materials they use are 100% legitimate and top-notch, and it really shows in the final installation. What impressed me most was their dedication to doing the job properly. Raymond and Weixiang personally came down to supervise the site for an entire afternoon to ensure everything was installed correctly. They paid close attention to the piping gradient, which is a very important aspect of aircon installation that is often overlooked. Thankfully, their workers did such a meticulous job that there was almost nothing to nitpick. Even before installation day, Raymond and Weixiang visited my unit twice to discuss the placement of the units and carefully plan how the piping would be run. It’s rare to see vendors who put in this much heart, effort, and pride into their work. Honestly, I would gladly pay the premium for this level of professionalism and peace of mind, knowing that my aircon system is installed properly and unlikely to give issues down the road. No regrets at all — and I can’t thank the CHK team enough. They have truly been one of the best contractors I’ve worked with throughout my renovation journey so far. Highly recommended! 🙌

    Well informed of the procedures by the boss and the boss son who went out of the way when i want to get my mural wall untouched by the new addition of the living room AC. Its been 2 months after installation and the AC are quiet and have no drainage issues nor a need of pump! Uncle and his workers tried their best with the gradient of the piping system, so they may need longer working hours to do up the AC system but with consistency and reliability. Oh they also had a vacuum pump service to suck up the air n water so that the flow is better. This is included already:) v transparent in their work! One of the most trusted technicians and uncle was too nice to reassure and inform me and my husband whenever we have questions. Really nice and patient service with detailed workmanship with a price that is flat upon signing up with them. As compared to the bigger house brand that have hidden or undisclosed costs CHK have a really competitive all in price. For newbies doing renovations and new AC CHK can be relied on with trust:)

    Brought and install 5 sets of mitsubishi electric aircon for my new unit. Highly recommended. Before installing they will recommend where to run the pipes truncking so as to not make it looks ugly or out of place. Been using their servicing from my old unit till now. Very worth it and their servicing is top notch. Can leave my aircon to them if there is any problem. They will come down, check and rectify the problem. Even if there is a major problem, they will inform you of the solution and and cost before you proceed with the repair. If you are looking for aircon servicing or installing new aircon i would highly recommend them. 👍👍👍

    I have engaged their services and their level of servicing is superb. When the aircon in the master bedroom leaked recently, I contacted the boss and he promptly arranged for the staff to come over to take a look at the next earliest possible time. During the servicing session, the staff also patiently explained to me what happened that caused the leak (thought I still dun understand). At the end of the session, they even take the effort to clean up the area before leaving my house. Thumbs up for their service! Highly recommended~
