I have had the pleasure of using CITIMAP TRANSPORT three times since their incorporation, and I can confidently say that they are absolutely exceptional in every aspect of their service. From start to finish, CITIMAP TRANSPORT has consistently demonstrated a level of professionalism and efficiency that is truly unmatched. The first thing that strikes me about CITIMAP TRANSPORT is their punctuality. Every single time, they arrived right on time, ready to get to work. This reliability is something I greatly appreciate, as moving can be a stressful experience, and knowing that I can count on them to be on schedule puts my mind at ease. Not only are they on time, but their team is also incredibly skilled and experienced. They handle my belongings with the utmost care, ensuring that nothing gets damaged during the move. I've had delicate and valuable items that they treated as if they were their own, which is a testament to their commitment to providing top-notch service. What truly sets CITIMAP TRANSPORT apart, though, is their outstanding customer service. From the moment I contacted them to request a quote, to the post-move follow-up, they were attentive and responsive. Their staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to address any concerns or special requests. It's evident that they genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction. Lastly, their pricing is reasonable and transparent. I never felt like I was being overcharged, and they provided an accurate estimate upfront, so there were no surprises. In an industry where hidden fees can be a concern, CITIMAP TRANSPORT honesty and integrity shine through. In conclusion, CITIMAP TRANSPORT has been my go-to moving company for three moves now, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They have consistently delivered excellent service, combining punctuality, professionalism, careful handling, exceptional customer service, and fair pricing. If you're looking for a mover you can trust, look no further than CITIMAP TRANSPORT. They have certainly earned my loyalty, and I will continue to rely on their exceptional services for any future moves.

Extremely pathetic service by Kenny Neo. He booked an appointment for us and never showed up! On calling repeatedly from another number he answered but was not apologetic. Instead he kept arguing with us. Don’t recommend using them ever!!

Good service provided by CitiMap. Reliable and trusted. Came 10 men for shifting my office furnitures. So happened heavy rain and they used cling film to wrap up all furnitures. Highly recommended mover. Thumb up 👍 👍 👍
