Did my damaged main door. They are sincere, honest with recommendation that will do much savings for their customers. The workmanship is good with reasonable pricing. I have been using their services repeatedly. A trusted contractor who basically does all handy assignments.

I engaged their services for a water filter installation through Carousell after seeing their good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite different. I made full payment and an appointment was scheduled a few days later. However, on the day of the appointment, no one turned up and I was not informed of the reason. Later, the technician contacted me and said that his vehicle had broken down. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but I felt that I should have been informed earlier. The appointment was then rescheduled to the following day. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again—no one turned up and there was no response or update from them. At that point, I decided to request a refund. The person I initially contacted did not handle my concerns professionally, and some unpleasant words were used during the conversation. When I requested to speak to the boss, someone contacted me claiming to be the boss, although I recognised him as the same person I had previously been communicating with regarding the appointment. Thankfully, the refund was processed shortly afterwards. This is based solely on my personal experience, and I am not intending to attack or discredit anyone. I simply believe that if they were unable to carry out the installation, or were not able to take on my job, it would have been much more professional and respectful to inform me earlier rather than leaving me waiting without any updates. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service in the future.

Initially, I engaged them to repair my old water dispenser. After assessing the unit, the technician advised that repairing it would be costly as it was an older tank-type model, and recommended replacing it instead. I subsequently purchased a new tankless water dispenser from them and was offered a very good price. The entire process was smooth and professional. Due to the excellent experience and service provided, I also decided to purchase a new stove from them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and products. The team was knowledgeable, honest, and helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

Huge thanks to Mr Tan from CL Pro - One Stop Services for the excellent service. He helped me identify the water purifier problem accurately and explained the issue clearly. After I ordered the required parts, he came back promptly to fix everything for me. The problem was fully resolved and it really relieved a lot of stress for me. Very impressed with his professionalism, technical skills, and responsible attitude throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

Engaged CL Pro to install my undersink water filter. Initial experience wasn’t pleasant as the technician was very late and I had to follow up with the company myself to get updates. Things went smoothly after the technician arrived. He was friendly and apologized for being late. He also made sure to keep my sink area clean and tidy before he left, which was appreciated. Edit for clarity in response to owner's reply: Yes, appointment was for 1700-1800 hrs AND for job to be completed by 1800 hrs. I even double confirmed via the chat on my second follow up where I was told that the technician will arrive at 1745 hrs if the job can be completed by 1800 hrs as condo has a cut off time of 1800 hrs and the answer was 'Yes'. The job was completed by 1830 hrs in the end. Actual job done by technician was great, but I would suggest that the company look into better management of customer expectations.

CL Pro service PL really did a good job when they came to replace my Hot/cold water dispenser cartridges...They used original korean made water cartridges under my supervision and was professional in their services. I would strongly recommend them...for singaporean users!
