Very good experience! Cleaning was very detailed! My ziptrack is horribly stained cause I face the forest and i am on ground floor so for some reason i get mud splash a lot. After 1 session, it looks brand new! Very detailed cleaning!

Approached Clean Shades for cleaning of mattress, carpet, and blinds. The team responded promptly to my enquiry, provided a quotation, and even shared more about their cleaning methods! The team was punctual and their work was thorough! Very impressed by their efforts and speed as well. A slight mishap occurred with the blinds but the team was quick to provide a resolution, I highly appreciate them doing so! Highly recommend and will engage them again!

I engaged Cleanshades for window blind cleaning for the first time, and I’m very impressed with their service. They were professional and did an excellent job cleaning my blinds. They also shared useful tips on how to maintain them properly. In addition, they provide carpet cleaning services as well. I initially thought of cleaning my carpets myself because I assumed they might not be able to accommodate my last-minute request. To my surprise, they were able to clean my carpets immediately! It was a long overdue deep cleaning session for the home upholstery, and I’m grateful for having found the Cleanshades team. The team of 3 arrived punctually for the early morning slot, and immediately began the work. They even managed to significantly lighten a long standing stain on the mattress — which all previous help that I had engaged could not. I engaged Cleanshades to clean my very dirty zip track, and they did an excellent job ... looks brand new now ! Their work attitude was very professional and positive throughout. After they had finished and packed up, I pointed out a small area that was missed. Even though they mentioned it had been cleaned, they didn’t hesitate to redo the area without any fuss. Although it was pretty last-minute and the CNY period is always packed, Kerwin still managed to squeeze in a slot for deep sofa-cleaning for me. I first engaged them for a post-renovation deep cleaning for my client’s home, and they were very thorough. The staff were friendly, approachable, and very attentive whenever I pointed out areas that needed extra attention. I was particularly impressed when I saw them dismantle a standing fan to clean it properly. It was a fan left behind by the previous owner and had been used throughout the renovation, yet they did not neglect it despite how dusty it was. They also put in a lot of effort in the kitchen, which had been heavily used previously. They managed to remove all the oil stains from the hood and it honestly looked almost brand new. When minor issues arose, Kerwin was very helpful and, most importantly, remained contactable. He promptly arranged for the cleaners to return and touch up the missed areas. What really prompted me to write this review was the second time I engaged them for another post-reno deep cleaning. They assigned a team of three to clean a 2-bedroom condo, and they worked very efficiently. When I went down to check the unit, everyone was polite and genuinely attentive to my requests. No defensiveness, no dodging, and no hesitation. You could really see that they tried their best. It was also the small gestures that left a strong impression. When I was holding some trash, the lady kindly offered to take it from me to throw it away. The men also helped carry their ladder over and asked me to help check the top cabinets that were too high to reach, ensuring nothing was missed. Before I left, they even asked if there were any other areas that required cleaning. Their supervisor later came by to do a final check and pointed out areas for further touch-ups, which was very reassuring. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and left a great impression. Kerwin also checked in with me after the cleaning to ensure everything was in order. I will definitely continue to support them and use their services in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for post-renovation cleaning. Kudos to the team!

As someone who suffers from dust allergy, I was looking for a company that can effectively clean my curtain. I found them on TikTok initially and decided to give it a try. The staff arrived even earlier than the appointment time and was very respectful. He steamed clean my curtain and also vacuum out the remaining water, resulting in a super dusty water in the picture. The process was really neat and tidy with no mess left behind. Note that the machine sound can be loud in case you have young children or pets. Definitely 1000/10 experience that I'll not hesitate to recommend and book again.

Cleanshades - i engaged them for part time help They are always able to schedule within the week after i request for a service. I cannot do as fast as how the ladies are trained with regards to window cleaning, toilet cleaning, ironing. They are a great help and a team whom I can rely on for the extra pair of hands. I had requested CleanShades to clean my sofa set last year. It had many stains and moss/ black marks across the sofa. They did an excellent job and within an hour my sofa was good as new. Their staff also showed us the dirt that was extracted from the cleaning. I was extremely satisfied with their work and hence I called them again this month (after a year) to do a cleaning job again. Very happy to have found Cleanshades. Have used their deep cleaning service for my mattress and bedframe twice so far and both times had impressive results! Their equipment managed to suck my son's pee out of the mattress and the mattress looks and smells clean again :D Price is reasonable as well. Did my post reno cleaning with Cleanshades for my new home and honestly it was one of the best decisions.
