   I have been using their part-time helper service on alternate weekends for the past couple of months. Overall, the helpers I have received are experienced with general household cleaning and know what needs to be done, and the quality of cleaning has generally been good. One area that could be improved is the pace of work. I find that most of the helpers tend to work a little slowly, which becomes more noticeable when the service is charged by the hour. The hourly rate has also recently increased from $20 to $22, and there is now a minimum booking requirement of 4 hours. Considering the higher rate and minimum booking duration, I hope the efficiency and pace of the service can be improved. Overall, I am satisfied with the cleaning quality and will continue using the service, but better time management would make the experience even better.

   Very pleased with their prompt service. Meera replied my message within 1 min of my enquiry which surprised me. I would say rates are reasonable. Mu did a very good job in cleaning our 4 room flat squeaky clean after we moved out.

    I have been using Adaptive for more than a year. They have Prompt Service. Have Reliable and efficient workers. Always Respectful, Cooperative and happy to work with customers schedule. A boon for those who want part - time helpers. Only drawback is that they do not provide cooking assistance.
