Rigid in their policies - despite requesting multiple times over an extended period of time to start cleaning an hour later, they did not even make the effort to assess if accommodations can be made, but outright rejected us time and again. I don’t mind if the eventual outcome turns out against me if they at least try in the spirit of portraying customer service. However they chose to just convey no. Vast room for improvement on customer satisfaction and hope they can polish their communication towards customers.

Amazing team!!!! I got the deep cleaning post tenancy and ready for the new tenant and I must say the cleaning is honestly superrrrr thorough. they were very attentive to the corners, between doors and aircon ledge, behind the fridge and corners of ceilings were touched on and cleaned. They came with 4+1 sup and finished within 3/4hours. Efficiency at its finest I must say. Definitely recommended and will get them for my next clean out before handover again! As a landlord, I definitely trust them w my place and cleanliness.

Today a team led by supervisor, Don Tan and his 3 co-workers, Mu Mu, Pan Pan, Wai Wai and an unknown 4th worker came to my just renovated house. Don first understood how some areas were to be cleaned and gave instructions to each of his staff. They stationed at different parts of the house to clean my just renovated place systematically, meticulously and professionally. All windows were wiped with no speckle of dust on them, window ledges were mostly cleaned free of dust and cement bits. Cabinets and wardrobes shelves were wiped free of wood dust and high places like 5 white ceiling fans were not spared and wiped to "dustless" state. Even the rough surfaces of my balcony was scrubbed clean. Overall, it's money well spent and after two and half hours, my house is ready to live in. Kudos to Don and his team and for AFM to train a professional team of cleaners. Will continue to engage their services in future. Thank you for all your efforts today on 16 Sep 2024.

The team meticulously cleaned every corner, ensuring that all surfaces, including those often overlooked like baseboards, window sills, and light fixtures, were spotless. They even paid attention to the fine details, such as removing dust from hard-to-reach areas and leaving the floors gleaming. The level of care and precision they demonstrated was impressive. What could have taken me days to clean on my own was completed in just a few hours, and the results were far superior to what I could have achieved. They left my home looking pristine and ready to move back into, free of any lingering construction mess. I also appreciated their professionalism and friendliness throughout the process. They were punctual, respectful of my home, and communicated clearly about the work they were doing. Kudos to the Amy Team!
