Every surface—from gleaming countertops and dust-free shelves to sparkling floors and freshly sanitized bathrooms—was cleaned with remarkable precision, leaving the home feeling both immaculate and inviting.
Special thanks to Alan, Carol, and the Malay uncle for their outstanding work. Their dedication, efficiency, and pride in delivering such high-quality results truly stood out, and their friendly, respectful approach made the entire experience even more pleasant.

Fabulous job by Snow White Cleaning Services! My tenants engage them and i was WOW by their service. They were on time for the appointment with their team of 6 ladies and handyman. Not just did they sorted the cleaning but also repairs works and furniture disposal too.
Their cleaners are one of the most professional and detail crew i have seen and work with. For a 2200+sqf unit, they start from 9am til almost 7pm of cleaning. Making no excuse for the landlord to complain about the cleaning. And help us tenants & agent to avoid getting deposit forfeited.
Will definitely recommend them to my next tenant in future.
Response from the business
Hi Ryan,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review and for your kind words. 🙏🏻
We are truly grateful for the opportunity to assist with the cleaning, repair works, and furniture disposal for the unit. It means a lot to us to know that our team’s effort, professionalism, and attention to detail made a positive impression on you.
For larger units, especially those exceeding 2,000 sqft, we understand how important it is to allocate sufficient manpower and time to ensure every area is properly attended to. Our goal has always been to help tenants, landlords, and agents achieve a smooth handover with confidence and peace of mind.
Your recognition of our cleaning crew and handyman team will certainly be shared with everyone involved. Feedback like yours motivates us to continue maintaining the standards we are known for.
Thank you once again for your trust and recommendation. We look forward to being of service to you and your tenants in the future.

Engaged Snow White Cleaning for our post-renovation cleaning and was genuinely impressed by the level of detail and care put into the job. Having gone through a renovation before, I knew the general cleaning done by the ID would not be sufficient for a proper move-in.
My only requirement was simple: I didn’t want to walk around the house and end up with black feet. The team was realistic and upfront that daily maintenance would still be required, which is expected. That said, the place was VERY clean. This was truly move-in condition.
They also shared defect photos during the cleaning, which I could easily forward to my ID, and that was very helpful. Thank you to Danny, Laureen, and the team for making our move-in experience much more seamless. It really allowed us to focus on unpacking rather than cleaning all over again.
Response from the business
Hi Eunice,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review.
We truly appreciate your understanding that post-renovation cleaning requires a different level of attention and we’re very glad to hear that our team met your expectations for a proper move-in condition, especially the “no black feet” test 😊
We’re also happy that the defect photos were helpful in coordinating with your ID, as transparency and practicality are important to us.
Thank you for your kind words and for trusting Danny, Laureen and the Snow White team. We’re grateful to have played a small part in making your move-in experience smoother, so you could focus on settling into your new home.
Wishing you many happy moments in your new space.

This was the second time I hired the Snow White team for move out cleaning and other services related to the move. I can’t recommend this team enough. It is a one stop shop for anything required for the move. This time around Snow White did the cleaning but also painted walls, repaired items in the bathroom and washed the curtains. They start with a home inspection and we agree on what needs to be done. Then they provide a schedule for when things will happen - and they do happen! I just handed them the key card and that’s it. If you want a reliable, high quality service provider - the Snow White team is the answer.

I have engaged Snow White Cleaning for 3 units (handover) before i leave review here. I have tried a couple of cleaning companies but none did a thorough cleaning like Snow White team. Particularly i have to thank Carol & Telma. Both are professional & took pride in their work. And Alan as well as others whom i did not get their name. Carol & her team took almost a day to thoroughly clean a dirty unit from top to bottom. They scrubbed floor & cleared sink trap hole dirt and able to thoroughly degreased oven (dismantle to clean) etc. The result was great. Although their charges are not the cheapest but they offer good quality work. I would recommend their service and encourage my clients to engage their service. Also have to thanks Laureen for her prompt reply & coordination. Good job!

Hi Faith,
Thank you so much, for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We truly appreciate your trust in engaging Snow White Cleaning Services for multiple handover units.
Your recognition of Carol, Telma, Alan, and the rest of the team means a great deal to us. The team takes immense pride in doing a thorough job, from top-to-bottom cleaning, degreasing, to the finer details that are often overlooked and your words affirm their dedication and effort.
We’re also grateful for your understanding that quality work takes time, skill, and commitment. While we may not be the cheapest, we firmly believe in delivering value through workmanship, standards, and peace of mind for our clients.
Thank you as well for your kind mention of Laureen’s coordination and prompt replies. It’s truly encouraging to know our collective efforts made a positive difference.

Kind, Honest and Hardworking
I’ve been engaging Donna as my weekly part-time cleaner for 3 months, and she has always been reliable, polite, and does her job with care. She takes pride in her work, is respectful of our home, and never cuts corners.
I saw a recent negative review and felt it was unfair. It’s easy for people to make quick judgments or be “keyboard warriors,” but we should also spare a thought for those who do this kind of work — it’s not easy, and sometimes misunderstandings can happen. From my experience, Donna has always been sincere, hardworking, and trustworthy.
I’m happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and dependable cleaner.

I've used many cleaning services before, but I must say this company exceeded my expectations by a mile.
I was handed back an extremely filthy apartment, even though it had supposedly been cleaned by another reputable company. The incoming tenant was so dissatisfied that we had to get the place cleaned again—urgently. Snow White responded swiftly and even arrived an hour before the scheduled time.
I initially thought it would be a 6-hour job, but the supervisor estimated it would take nearly 9 hours—and they really took their time to do a thorough job on a Saturday. Every nook and cranny was cleaned. They even flipped the bed frame over to remove the insane amount of cat fur left behind by the previous tenant. A carpet I thought was beyond saving was cleaned so thoroughly, it looked like new again.
What impressed me most was the level of communication. The supervisor kept me updated throughout the entire process, sending before-and-after photos that gave us peace of mind that the work was genuinely being done.
And the best part? There were no surprises at the end. Everything was cleaned to expectations—if not beyond. I highly recommend them. While their rates might be slightly higher, they're absolutely worth every cent.
Response from the business
Dear Alvin,
Thank you so much for your detailed and heartfelt review. We’re truly grateful for the opportunity to assist you, and it means a lot to know that we exceeded your expectations.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with a poorly cleaned unit, especially on such short notice. It was our absolute priority to step in swiftly and ensure the place was cleaned to the highest standard. Your kind recognition of our team’s dedication, communication, and attention to detail, right down to flipping the bed frame and salvaging the carpet, genuinely affirms the values we hold at Snow White Cleaning Services.

Had a very rushed job to clean up a very dirty unit for a hand over and Snow White did an exceptional job. This is my first time employing a cleaning service company and their service exceeded my wildest expectations. The standard has been set and i dare say it’s impossible to surpass it. Every nook around the house, behind the fridge, underneath the bed has been looked into. Tbh I wouldn’t even have looked into such areas while inspecting but they did not cut any corners. Highly recommended!!

I have utilized this room cleaning company twice, and each time I have been impressed by the quality of their service. When I required cleaning and curtain washing services upon vacating my condo, the results far exceeded my expectations. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the curtains appeared as if they were brand new.
What particularly stood out was their prompt quotation and seamless communication. Whenever I made an inquiry, they responded quickly, making the reservation and estimation process very smooth. Additionally, the owner was extremely accommodating, attentively addressing my needs.
This company is a top choice for room cleaning services in Singapore. Not only do they provide professional services, but their staff's courtesy and attention to detail are genuinely appreciated. When selecting a cleaning company, reliability and quality are crucial, and this company possesses both qualities.

Snow White is undoubtedly the BEST cleaning company in Singapore! I am a OCD and have used other cleaning companies but none meets my expectations. The team of professional cleaners knows exactly what to do and do it meticulously. No amount of dirt or grease is too much for them. Talking is free, seeing is believing...therefore I am attaching few photos of the "before & after" that the team at Snow White have done and you will surely be awed by the results! Highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Snow White's professional cleaning team did an excellent job that exceeded our expectations. The team divided their tasks and efficiently performed the tasks especially in cleaning up our greasy kitchen appliances, stained toilets and many casement windows ( inside & external ). Even our rental agents and new tenants were impressed. Many Thanks to the entire Snow White team for going a clean & efficient job!

Hi Vashistha,
Thank you for your review and for the opportunity to be of service.
We would like to clarify that your engagement was cancelled due to a serious breach of our company policy. As clearly stated in our terms, all cleaning appointments must be arranged officially through Snow White Cleaning Services Pte Ltd. This ensures transparency, consistency, and professionalism across all engagements, safeguarding both our clients and staffs.
Your attempt to bypass our system by engaging our crew privately outside of company channels goes against these principles. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for such conduct, and as such, we were left with no choice but to terminate the service.
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service integrity. We wish you the best in finding a provider that aligns with your expectations and values.
