   Htet has been cleaning my house for about 3 years now, and I’m very happy with her service. I actually didn’t realise it had been 3 years until I was writing this review. She knows my house and my preferences very well, so I don’t have to keep telling her what to do. She knows my rules and what needs to be done, and she is always very thorough and detailed with her cleaning. She is also punctual and reliable, which I really appreciate. Over the years, she has become someone I can trust to take care of my home without having to worry. She is definitely an asset to Krystal. I also appreciate Krystal for consistently keeping to the roster and assigning Htet to my house. Having the same cleaner regularly makes a big difference, and I’m thankful for the consistency.     Cleaners are great and reliable. Management is not very responsible. Last minute notice or NO NOTICE- change of cleaner. Give you many excuses. Not reliable at all.

    Really happy with Krystal Solutions! I’ve tried a couple of cleaning companies before but none has met my expectations. Kyaing was different. Not only was she efficient, she did the cleaning really well. The stubborn stains on my kitchen top she managed to clear most of it. Above all, her attitude was really good. Pricing was also reasonable! I’m definitely continuing with them for my future cleaning requirements!

    Terrible Post-Renovation Deep Cleaning – Damaged Fixtures & Unprofessional Service I paid $700 for post-renovation deep cleaning for my 4-bedroom HDB flat, and it was an absolutely disastrous experience. What was delivered was a rushed, superficial job. The kitchen area that was only well clean done by the supervisor. Major issues we faced: • Permanent property damage: The toilets was not fully clean as still have stain on the tiles floor and wall. The lead cleaner applied chemicals to our toilets and left them overnight without rinsing as it was running out of time for them to leave @ 6:30pm. The cleaners also use the wrong solution to clean the toilets that cause mirror damage and permanently stained and rusted our brand-new stainless steel shampoo holders, shower handles, clothes hangers, and drain covers when noticed the next day. Windows frame insulator came off. • Rushed, incomplete work: The 4-hour slot was not enough as thick dust remained on our main gate, silicone stains were left on window frames, dirt was never scrubbed off toilet tiles, and the inside of one bedroom wardrobe was not vacuumed at all. • Performative work: I witnessed a cleaner staging photos and videos pretending to dust walls and ceilings, but these areas were never actually cleaned properly across the rest of the unit. Both toilets’ flooring was not scrape by hand held scraper machine as stain was found after cleaning. • Poor accountability: When raised, the supervisor claimed dirt was “too old to remove” – yet I easily wiped it clean right in front of them. After complained to the company, a follow-up of 2-hour touch-up was given which nowhere near enough to fix the mess as only 1 cleaner came. Eventually refunded only for the damaged shampoo holders, but made me purchase replacements first, submit invoices, and wait 5 working days for payment.

At Krystal Solutions, we take every complaint seriously and have conducted a thorough review with our supervisor and cleaning team. We would like to clarify several important points. • The service engaged was our $700 post-renovation deep cleaning package for a 4-bedroom HDB flat, which included specialised deep floor scrubbing equipment and Bona floor coating. • During the cleaning, our team discovered significant cement staining on the toilet floor tiles left behind after the renovation. Cement stain removal requires specialised acid treatment and is a separate service not included in our standard post-renovation deep cleaning package. • Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, our team attempted to reduce the cement staining at no additional charge. During the service, you also requested the removal of old silicone from the window frames, which was also outside our standard service scope. We nevertheless assisted at no additional charge. • The statement that our team worked only four hours is inaccurate. Our team arrived at approximately 2:30 PM and completed the service at around 7:20 PM, spending close to five hours on-site. You were also present throughout the service. • Our standard operating procedure for newly renovated bathrooms is to use pH-neutral cleaning solutions suitable for newly installed bathroom fixtures and surfaces. While assisting with the cement staining outside the agreed scope, specialised acid treatment may have been used on the affected areas. Although the exact cause of the reported damage could not be conclusively verified, we accepted responsibility for the damaged shampoo holders and reimbursed the replacement cost promptly. • As with all reimbursement claims, we requested the replacement receipt before payment. This is our standard reimbursement procedure. • Within the following few days, we arranged a complimentary supervisor-led touch-up visit lasting nearly three hours. Our supervisor attended to the areas raised, reviewed the work with you, and completed a final walkthrough before leaving. No further concerns or requests for rectification were raised at that time. We were therefore surprised to receive this detailed review approximately one and a half months after the service, as no further concerns had been raised following the complimentary touch-up. Had additional issues been brought to our attention, we would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve them. Krystal Solutions has proudly served thousands of residential and commercial customers across Singapore. While we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations, we remain committed to delivering professional, reliable, and honest service.
