Very efficient and professional service. Two technicians came to install new aircon units and removed old ones. They cleaned up everything and touched up the wall.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
Bought the air cond from COURTS with the salesperson name Ahmed. He sounds very not familiar with the aircond installation and stuffs. Told me need 1month plus only can schedule for installation. When buying the aircond didn’t mention to me take so long. I told him when exactly I need to move in which left only 3-4 weeks time for everything and he said can arrange. After that he said need two weeks to arrange for site survey. I told him I’m gonna cancel the aircond but remain buying other stuffs from COURTS and he came back to me in another 10mins telling me they able to sit survey in the next 3 days. After site survey didn’t mention needed to pay anything and said ready to install but after install said need collect money from me. I ask why during site survey didn’t tell got charges. They just ignore and said need charge.
Here come in another party from this company. The installer said to my contractor if didn’t pay they will not leave the house with a very rude manner. After 1 month of staying in the house, my aircond started to leak. Then they said it because of the layout of the room. But in fact the aircond place is where the previous owner placed their aircond as well. Then they Trey to explain other things and wanna move the aircond to another places which need to remove my installed shell & cupboard and need to do another Reno in my master which I have a newborn to stay in the room. In fact there is mold started to grow on my wall on top of the air cond machine. When I asked why mold happened the technician said he don’t know cos he is not the one doing installation and site survey. And now they came back charging me another amount of money.
Till now already close to 2 n half months. The customer service keep saying will liaise with me but super super slow responsive and never came back to me with a proper solution.
please think twice to buy aircond from COURTS cos they are using this 3rd party air cond company.
