I am not a customer of Ninja Cool. My neighbour engaged Ninja Cool to service their air-conditioning unit, and unfortunately, the servicing resulted in a large amount of water being flushed out and allowed to drip down the building.
I live below the service unit, and the water affected the air-conditioning ledge, with water accumulating and affecting the levels below as well. This creates a serious hygiene concern, particularly as stagnant water can potentially become a mosquito breeding ground and increase dengue risks.
What is most disappointing is the apparent lack of proper precautions and consideration for neighbouring units and common areas during the servicing.
If you are servicing an air-conditioning unit in a high-rise building, proper containment and housekeeping should be basic precautions. Very disappointing and irresponsible handling of the servicing.

During the servicing, our team took the necessary precautions to contain the water and carry out the work properly. We certainly did not intend for any water to cause inconvenience to neighbouring units or common areas.
Nevertheless, we take your concerns seriously and will remind our technicians to exercise extra care with water containment and site protection, particularly when servicing air-conditioning units in condominium environments.

Came servicing on 31/7. After servicing done, the aircon was not able to on at night with lights blinking, called them back again and said pcb board thermistor need to replaced. Isnt it strange? After they done the servicing ac not working? I did not engaged them to replace the parts, I have asked another ac company the boss himself recommended by my friend came and problems solved.
Only replaced pcb board and no need to replace themistor and the boss said it was the last ac man plucked out the wrong wire that leads to pcb board shock and caused the problem.it was the workers negligence fault and do not need to argue with them cos no one will admit their mistake and we also did not video them every second when they’re doing the servicing .
It’s good to ask for second opinion, don’t listen to one.
