Came 1 hour late. Primary assessment is nonsense. Didn't even tell me what is the exact problem. Reiterated what I said in whatapp to them. After which tell me open socket to check another $150 before repair. Ridiculous. I expect to know what is the exact problem before I want decide to repair or not. Not pay another $150 before I decide. Not maybe this maybe that. Another $150 to confirm. Nonsense company.

Service was not bad, prompt in replies. But personally felt it was overpriced. Was charged $500 just changing these few MCB in the storeroom. Felt a bit of hardsell as the repair guy kept asking if we want to change our home unit main MCBs just because the outer box looks old (we told them we just changed it 5 years ago and still working perfectly fine).

It was nice that they came onsite to do free survey for quotation. However, they sent incompetent india electrician. Was not able to provide explanation when asked on quoted amount.
I called the hotline directly and spoke to Liz, wasn’t helpful at all. Did not even check with their technician before responding. When asked for further clarification to understand further, she told me quoted amount has no obligation. What do you mean? You can’t explain why you quoted me $1k (my place already has electrical wire pulled, just require installation of 2 LED lights) therefore no obligation?
Not transparent as per what was advertised on Instagram.

Did a good job. Solved tripping issue at my home and effective troubleshooting. But. A bit expensive. Was charged $50 for a metre of LED strip. If possible, buy your own parts and they install. Mine was no choice, I had an emergency. Still. Good job.

Engaged this company after seeing their service featured on CNA Insider regarding electric water heater fire, electrocution, and explosion risks from unsafe installations. The inspection and installation were carried out very professionally by Mr. Teo, Mr. Aloysius, Mr. Islam, and Mr. Rana. From their installation, I realized that my previous electrician skipped proper grounding. Competent Electrician also provided electrical sockets and wiring that are better rated for water‑prone and high‑current environments.
