   AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. My experience with this business was nothing short of disgraceful. They were perfectly efficient when it came to taking my money. The moment their own technician made a mistake and they were required to come back and rectify it, however, the attitude completely changed. Instead of taking responsibility and treating the rectification of their own error as a priority, I was expected to sit at home indefinitely and accommodate their schedule while they continued attending to other jobs. Their explanation was that it was not “practical” for their workers to travel back to my location. That is an extraordinary response. I paid your company to perform a service correctly. Your technician caused the problem. Why should the customer then be inconvenienced further because fixing your own mistake is inconvenient for your business? I respected the agreed appointment time. I paid in good faith. What I received in return was poor workmanship, zero accountability and complete disregard for my time. Once they had been paid, the entire experience genuinely felt like dealing with a company that was happy to take the money and then leave the customer chasing them when something went wrong. That is why I would strongly caution anyone considering engaging this company. Stay away. Do not hand over your money expecting accountability afterwards. Based on my experience, you may find yourself spending more time chasing them to fix their own mistakes than receiving the service you actually paid for. Absolutely appalling way to run a business!!

   My aircon had some strange noise recently. After checking, the technician cleaned the unit and the issue was gone. Overall a good experience.

   I would highly recommended Affordable Aircon Servicing to Singaporean people as it give a very satisfaction of servicing. For those two Technician Win and Ganesan I am thanking you both and please today to do the servicing you guys did. You 2 did an excellent job well done for the extra mile of service and advise to do the checking and recommend what supposed to do. I hope the company will keep this workers as they do great job, Thanks.
