Lousy service the lady woman name Christine was very rude … no manners not recommended waste my money plus damage my aircon panels not a good job .. so disappointed with the service.. plus not helping at all talk very snobbish … like she the only Aircon’s specialist in sg .. beware of the company…. The installer, technicians carried out the system 4 installation very systematic and professionally. There used all upgrade materials as promised. The boss took extra miles to follow up call the agent on my extended warranty. I got my extended warranty. Good buy and service. I will use his service again on my routine air conditioner maintenance/service.

Extremely disappointed with the installation service. The lack of care, cleanliness, and professionalism shown during the installation was completely unacceptable. After the installation was completed, I was left to deal with the mess and damage caused by the installers: Drilling dust and debris were left behind, including dust from drilling through the bathroom. The area was not properly cleaned up. Excess pieces of cut pipes were simply left behind instead of being removed and disposed of properly. My blackout blinds were torn off unnecessarily. They were attached with Velcro and could have easily been removed properly. There was no reason to tear them off and risk damaging them. Leftover wires from the installation were left inside the room, showing very poor attention to detail. My belongings and furniture were not properly covered or protected before drilling and installation began. This is basic preparation that should have been done to prevent dust and debris from getting onto the customer's property. What is most frustrating is that these are not complicated issues. Covering the customer's belongings, removing installation debris, disposing of excess materials, and cleaning up after the work are basic responsibilities of an installer. I should not have to spend my own time cleaning up drilling dust, removing leftover materials, and dealing with damage caused during an installation that I paid for. If you are arranging an installation, please make sure you cover and protect your belongings yourself before the installers start drilling. Do not assume they will take care of your property. Based on my experience, that precaution is necessary. The installation may have been completed, but the overall workmanship, cleanliness, and care for the customer's property were far below an acceptable professional standard. Very disappointing experience and definitely not the level of service I expected.

Well, I really don't know where to start. Honestly I've been checking more than 6 Aircon companies....was lost which one to choose until I found JK Aircon and straight away without a doubt cheapest price ( too good to be true) but it's true. Mr kang was sooooo attentive to my messages and entertaining my irritating messages with professionalism. Then came the installers Alex and Yogesh who are very friendly and so experienced in their work. Was DELIGHTED with their service from start to finish. I do recommend engaging them. Thank you JK AIRCON SPECIALIST!!!!

Was initially doubtful of my purchase (Mitsubishi Starmex System4) from JK Aircon Specialist due to their lowest price compared to others. Was pleasantly surprised and amazed by the good workmanship and attitude of the installers. Their admin was effective, patience and polite. We need more company like JK Aircon. Will certainly continue to engage their maintenances & services with their generous $100 service voucher.

Thank you for your reply to the previous review. Firstly, I would like to highlight that the issue is not about what was or was not mentioned earlier. We had reached out previously but did not receive a response for about a week, and only heard back after the review was submitted. This lack of response limited any opportunity for proper communication or clarification on our end. Secondly, the (pee-like) smell issue did in fact begin within the first month after installation. However, we were initially unable to pinpoint the exact source. We conducted multiple checks, engaged cleaning services, and even contacted the town council, as we suspected the smell might be originating from elsewhere. It was only in recent months, since the installation end of December 2025, when the odour became significantly stronger, that we realised it intensifies whenever the air-conditioning is switched on. You need to understand that identifying the source of such an issue required time and repeated observations. This is consistent with what was mentioned in the review — "First month we already started to smell this sour kind of smell in one of our common room. We try to find the source but to no avail. We clean the room but still have this smell. Soon after we realised it's coming out from this unit in our common room." The smell was present early on, but its source was unclear at the time. The issue has since worsened, affecting not only the common room but also the master bedroom and toilet, where the odour becomes overpowering whenever the aircon is in use. This led us to reasonably conclude that it is linked to the aircon unit or piping. Thirdly, our frustration also stems from the difficulty in receiving timely responses. When we contacted your team, replies were delayed, and the initial suggestion to clean the aircon filter ourselves did not resolve the issue. Still, we followed through with the advice and provided an update accordingly, but there was no further follow-up for a week until we posted a review. This lack of communication, coupled with the increasingly strong pee & vomit-like smell coming from the aircon, and the resulting nausea from prolonged exposure, has significantly heightened our concern and anxiety. Fourthly, we were informed that aircon servicing is not covered under warranty, which was not clearly communicated to us earlier. Given that this issue appears to be directly related to the aircon system and has persisted since shortly after installation, we would expect proper troubleshooting to be carried out. It is not unreasonable for us to seek support for a problem that may be linked to the installation or system itself. We hope you can understand our concerns and the inconvenience caused, and that the focus will be on resolving the issue rather than assigning blame. We note that a technician is being sent down today following the review. However, we would appreciate it if our availability could be checked in advance for future visits, as we will need to make arrangements to leave work earlier. Nevertheless, we appreciate your response, finally, and would be grateful for a thorough inspection and a clear resolution to this matter. Thank you.

After doing my research for airon decided to go with JK. Never regret engaging them for my replacement. Went down to show room to speak to Christine who is very knowledgeable and patiently recommended me the best aircon with very attractive price. Their installer are very friendly and did a nice job and help me cover my aircon as my place is still undergoing renovations. Well this is my second experience seeking a company to install aircon at my home. The first one was so so and I don't have anything good to say or recommend my friends to buy aircon from them. Has been engaging JK for their service for almost 10 years. Their technicians are professional, friendly and patience. They will check to make sure we know what are the types of cleaning services needed for our air cond units before they start on their job. Installed aircond on year 2021. Everything was good until recently there was water leaking from the piping. Called JK but no reply at all. I have to get another contractor for assistance. Although warranty period was over, but this should not be the attitude a professional service provider should have, not replying message at all. Think twice before you engage JK!!

Called about 30mins before and confirmed. They were friendly, amicable and continuously worked without a break. Quite fast installation. Overall, pleased and happy with this. Good job!
