Thanks for the review! That musty smell is almost always the drain tray and the coil rather than the filter, which is why it comes straight back when only the filter gets washed. Good to hear all four are clear of it. Ah Chong and Xiao Ming will be glad to know.

I've had a bad experience before with another aircon company that sprung surprise costs on me, so I was a bit wary going in. Xiao Ming and Ah Chong completely turned that around. They came down today to do a chemical overhaul on 3 of my units, and the whole experience was great from start to finish.
My condenser unit is on the roof of my house, so they had to bring a high ladder to reach it. Despite the extra effort involved, they handled it professionally and safely without any fuss. While up there, they told me 2 of my units needed a gas top-up, but were upfront that the rest didn't need it. No unnecessary upselling, just honest recommendations based on what was actually needed.
Pricing was very clear and upfront too. No hidden costs, no extra GST charges added on later. What was quoted was exactly what I paid, which I really appreciated after my previous experience.
They were punctual, professional, and worked efficiently throughout. Took care to protect my flooring before starting, and cleaned up thoroughly after. I'm writing this review at night, and the difference is already so noticeable. My aircon is a lot colder now, to the point I actually had to adjust the settings for the first time. That's how good the job they did was.
I took the time to write this review because I really appreciate a company that deals straight to the point and doesn't charge for unnecessary things. Highly recommend this team, especially if you're looking for honest, transparent service. Will definitely be booking them again!

Being told that two units needed gas and the others did not is the whole job in one sentence, and it only means something if the person up the ladder has no reason to say otherwise. A condenser on the roof is exactly the kind of thing that quietly becomes an extra line on someone else's invoice. It was part of the job. What we quote is what you pay, and there is no GST waiting at the end.

My 42 years old Carrier air con wasn't cold when I switched it on last night
I rarely use it since the last haze
I contacted them last night and very kind of them to squeeze in an appointment today at 3-5pm
They came at around 4.15 and the man is very professional
I told him that it wasn't cold and could be no more gas
He said it couldn't be no gas as soon as I switched it on
He immediately said is the fan problem
He removed the obstruction on the fan and the aircon works perfectly
So honest of him and not trying to give other reasons to increase the repair cost
He just charge a meagre $50
Highly recommended for their honesty which is rare bred

Very professional, can tell from their quality of work, of coffee real test is next few months of usage, they have been patient and not pushy over their work, will call them back for maintenance, unlike other companies that are slow even to go on site visit, their response is swift and to the point, they are independent of ID and that's what draws the line

Really happy with the aircon servicing by Selvan and Ravi. They did a very thorough job cleaning the aircon. The blower/roller was really dirty and black before, but after cleaning, it looked almost white again! 😍 They were professional, careful and did not rush through the job. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them!

Selvan and team from LM Brothers Aircon were helpful today in my first but long overdue servicing needed (I had overlooked to look into this for the longest time) which certainly makes their tasks a lot more challenging.
They were able to diagnose and give me assurance on my concerns. Cleaning was good, and also happened within the scheduled window which they arranged and came earlier after confirming with me.
I should add that when I WA the Company for an appointment earlier in the week, the process is prompt, easy and clear with costings stated upfront. Kudos to the Team.
Also to be clear, they had ladder and equipment but I had no space to afford and asked them to stand on my sofa instead and that its ok, hence they layered the sheets they brought with them to do the servicing.

I had a great experience with Selvan and Ravi when they came to service our air conditioning units on Saturday. They were very thorough with the standard cleaning and vacuuming.
I mentioned that one of the units had a bad smell, and they managed to fix the issue promptly. They also noticed that our outdoor compressor units were heavily clogged with dust and proactively recommended a wash to keep everything running efficiently.
