The aircon was working normally before their servicing.
And they charged very expensive…

We would like to clarify the service details based on our records.
On 28 August 2026, we carried out the second scheduled contract servicing for 3 units. The services carried out were:
• Chemical overhaul wash for 2 wall-mounted fan coil units – $260
• Chemical wash for 2 outdoor condenser units – $160
• R32 refrigerant top-up for 2 outdoor units – $240
For the outdoor condenser cleaning, you also requested an additional outdoor unit to be cleaned. As you are our regular customer, we accommodated the request and cleaned the additional outdoor unit at no extra charge.
On 31 August 2026, you contacted us to report that one unit was not cooling sufficiently. We arranged for our technician to return as soon as possible to inspect the unit and make the necessary adjustments. After the adjustment was carried out, the air-conditioning was operating normally again.
We take after-sales service seriously. Whenever a customer reports an issue after servicing, our priority is to attend to the matter promptly and do our best to resolve it.
Regarding the pricing, we understand that customers may have different expectations when it comes to service costs. Our service charges are transparently stated and the charges above were based on the services requested and carried out. There were no hidden charges.
We are therefore disappointed to see the service described as “very bad”, particularly when we responded promptly to the reported cooling issue and the unit was operating normally after our technician's adjustment.
We respect every customer's feedback and will continue to maintain transparent pricing, proper workmanship and responsive after-sales service.

Very disappointing experience. My main concern is not the price, but the way the service and additional charges were handled.
I initially contacted this company to assess the condition of the air-conditioning system and whether servicing or maintenance was necessary. Based on their recommendations, I was quoted more than S$1,700 for maintenance, and I was also told that replacing certain parts could bring the cost to more than S$2,500, without any guarantee that the issues would be fully resolved.
After considering the cost and the condition of the system, I decided not to proceed with the major servicing. I only agreed to normal servicing for the six indoor units.
I subsequently engaged another established air-conditioning company to independently inspect the system. Their assessment was that the six units were generally in good condition and did not require the extensive replacement of parts suggested earlier. The three outdoor condenser units also appeared to have received only basic external cleaning rather than the chemical wash that I was later charged for.
What disappointed me most was that I was subsequently charged for “3 units chemical wash”, even though I did not knowingly authorise this additional service.
When I questioned the charge, I was initially told that the technician had shown me before-and-after photos. When I asked to see those photos, I was later told that no photos were available because I was present during the servicing.
The company eventually provided only an invoice stating “6 units normal service” and “3 units chemical wash”, without a detailed breakdown or evidence of my authorisation for the additional work.
I also received a quotation for replacing the entire air-conditioning system, despite my original enquiry being about assessing and servicing the existing system.
After I continued asking for clarification, my phone number was blocked and the company stopped responding.
I am sharing this experience so that other customers can be careful to confirm the exact scope, price and any additional work in writing before allowing servicing to proceed.

Our technician did not quote S$1,700 for maintenance or S$2,500 for parts replacement as stated in this review. When our technician inspected the system, the air-conditioning condition was found to be very dirty, and the outdoor condenser units were heavily clogged, which could affect proper heat dissipation.
The customer was informed of the condition. As the customer mentioned considering replacing the air-conditioning system, we recommended first cleaning the outdoor condenser units to improve heat dissipation and then monitoring the system's performance before making any decision about replacement.
The customer was present during the service and was able to see the before-and-after condition of the outdoor units. The chemical wash was carried out as part of the agreed service, and the charges were reflected in the invoice.
We respect that customers may have different opinions about pricing or whether a service is necessary. However, we believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect the actual services provided and the circumstances at the time.

I did a regular servicing of my aircon with LK but my aircon started leaking after 3 weeks. I intended to service the aircon for preventive maintenance but ended up with a problem. When the technician came the 2nd time, he advised me that my aircon back coil is very dirty so requires a chemical overhaul. It will cost $140 per unit. If I don’t want to process it, I can just inform them. The 1st technician didn’t advise me that the aircon unit needs a chemical overhaul previously at all. I don’t have any leaking problem before the servicing. If the technician had did a good job cleaning the aircon previously, the aircon would not have leaking problem just 3 weeks after servicing it even the back coil is dirty. Moreover, it is not even leaking before they service. I have to pay twice for the servicing within a month.

We would like to clarify the service history for the two units mentioned.
On 5 August 2026, our technician carried out regular servicing for 5 units — Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Master Bedroom, Dining Hall and Living Hall. During the servicing, our technician noticed that the back coils of some units were dirty and verbally highlighted this to you.
On 28 August 2026, when you contacted us regarding the leaking issue, a different technician attended to inspect the units. Upon inspection, the back coils of the Bedroom 2 and Master Bedroom units were found to require more extensive cleaning. A Chemical Overhaul Wash was therefore recommended.
The technician explained the condition of the units and the recommended chemical overhaul to you, and the work was only carried out after receiving your agreement.
We understand your concern regarding having servicing carried out twice within the same month. As the first and second visits were attended by different technicians, there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the previous servicing records and the charges for the two units.
We have since reviewed the matter internally and reminded our team to check previous service records carefully, particularly when additional works are recommended shortly after a previous servicing, to ensure clear communication and avoid any misunderstanding.
We regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback. We will continue to improve our service procedures and communication with our customers.

This company serviced my aircon every 3 months without issue. At each routine visit, technicians confirmed everything was working fine - no mention of condenser problems, no suggestion that chemical cleaning was needed, no sensor issues.
At the final move-out inspection, suddenly all three issues appeared at once: chemical cleaning “required,” dirty condenser, and a faulty sensor. I specifically asked the technician why the sensor failed - he had no explanation, only that it was “broken” and needed replacement.

Your air-conditioning units were previously serviced under a package with servicing scheduled every 3 months. After the package was completed, this visit was arranged as an **ad-hoc service**.
During the visit, you specifically informed us that you were moving out and wanted all the air-conditioning units to be thoroughly cleaned and checked before handing the property back to the landlord. Our technicians inspected the relevant units on site and explained the findings, recommended works and charges to you.
At that time, you were fully aware of the recommendations and **readily agreed for our technicians to proceed with the necessary works**. The **Chemical Overhaul, Outdoor Condenser Cleaning and R410A Gas Top-Up** were therefore not added later without your knowledge. These items were explained and quoted before the work was carried out, and we proceeded only after receiving your approval.
Regarding your point that the technicians had previously confirmed everything was working fine during the 3-monthly routine servicing, we would also like to clarify that **the absence of a remark in the previous servicing does not necessarily mean that a component had absolutely no condition at that time.** It means that based on the inspection at that particular time, the condition did not reach a point where immediate repair or replacement was considered necessary.
Air-conditioning equipment is subject to changes over time depending on usage, operating conditions and the condition of individual components. Each servicing is assessed based on the actual condition observed at that time. The fact that a component was not recommended for replacement previously does not mean that it can never require attention later.
In particular, during this visit, you specifically requested that the air-conditioning units be thoroughly checked and cleaned before the move-out and handover to the landlord. Our technicians therefore carried out another inspection based on the condition at that time, explained the recommended works and charges, and proceeded after receiving your approval.
We understand that you may have been unhappy with the final amount. However, we would like to clarify that the items listed were not suddenly added without explanation or without your approval.
We always require our technicians to explain any additional cleaning, repair or replacement work and the related charges to the customer before proceeding.
We also attempted to contact you directly to better understand your concerns and explain the situation, but unfortunately we were unable to reach you. Therefore, we are providing this clarification here.
