Excellent service, I have use many air con company and most will try to tell me reason to add on charges. But not this company. I did chemical wash for 3 units and 1 normal. They did a good job. No more funny smells from the air con. Definitely will stay with them.

I had a great experience with U Sin Aircon, especially Edmund and his team. They helped install 5 air conditioners and 2 condensers at my place, all within a full day, which was really impressive given the scale of work. There was a large team on-site, and everything was very well coordinated. Edmund was extremely detailed throughout the process and ensured that the installation was done properly. The workmanship met my high expectations, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and professionalism shown. Updated I appreciate that Usin’s customer service has taken this incident seriously and offered a goodwill refund as part of their service recovery. Since I have already managed to clean the blower myself, there is no need for them to send a team down. ——— Very disappointing experience. I paid for servicing of two aircon units at $35 per unit, only to later discover that the technician did not remove the blower for proper washing and merely vacuumed it. This falls short of what was expected for a proper servicing. Customer service later confirmed that the blower should have been removed and also acknowledged that the technician should have informed me if it was allegedly stuck. No such communication was given during the visit. To make matters worse, I reached out on Friday and only received a response on Monday. The explanation given was that the blower was stuck and they were concerned about causing damage. However, after watching two YouTube videos, I was able to remove and clean the blower myself. It is honestly surprising that a trained technician could not do what a customer managed to do independently. To be fair, the customer service team handled the follow-up professionally and offered to send another team down, which I declined as I had already resolved the issue myself. Overall, this was a poor service experience with fault on the technician

I am extremely grateful to Sanny for her recommendation of the aircon brand and system for our house. From quotation to the completion of work, Sanny was very patient in explaining everything to me. Her technical team is extremely professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. The running of the aircon trunking was done super well, very neat and pleasing to the eyes, I did not even require box-up in some of the rooms or in the master bathroom, as it was so neat and nicely done. Post-installation, the team cleaned up the place very well. As I have chosen not use my ID's aircon contractor, but to engage one independently, I am really so thankful it's U Sin's team who came on board and saw me through my reno journey. They advised well, very meticulous with details like making sure the drainage pipe was taped up before the tilers completed the work in the bathroom, this was to ensure cement/dust would not go into the drainage pipe and cause blockage later on. I appreciate the way the team has shown attention to details like that. I highly recommend U Sin for your aircon needs! =)

U Sin installed air con system (System 4 ) for my home. I completed my 1st air-con servicing with them in Aug 2025. Belated review but I want to compliment the company for a job well done. Booking for the service via WhatsApp was easy. U Sin service booking staff and service technician were polite and professional. Honest with no hard selling of unnecessary services. So glad that we chose U Sin for aircon installation for our 4 room BTO. Paid more for upgraded materials (SWG21 copper pipe & 1/2" thickness Class 0 Armaflex Insulation). During installation day, Ah Wen understood quickly the way we wanted to run our trunk and water pipe. We took his inputs to make sure that it is practical for the functioning/durability of the aircon units before deciding on the final installation route. Our BTO project had a lot of beams and in order to run the trunking within the units, it would have to overlap the door frame. Ah Wen & Iskandar went the extra mile to help us patch up the gap between the trunking and door frame. Even the pipes left outside the service yard before the 2nd installation trip was so neat compared to other aircon companies. Ah Wen & Iskandar both did a very good job for both installation trips. Thank you both for being so helpful! Highly recommended 💯

Called for serving with chemical cleaning of the blower for 2 units, quoted $76.30 as a discounted price for new customer, but paid additional $25 for the chemical cleaning of the bower. Telling me $76.30 is a normal price without chemical cleaning, but I already gave the request and you should have included that, and why told me about the discount? So I was lied to about that. And I would not have done it for $25 if you had told me that.

I didn’t engage U Sin Air-conditioning Pte Ltd for any service, but I feel compelled to share an alarming experience with one of their company vehicles. While driving in my neighborhood, their driver recklessly cut into my lane without checking properly. I had my child in the car, and this careless behavior put us both at serious risk. This incident was on 5 Oct at 11.30am, Tampines North Drive 1, Block 608. The driver please step out to explain. It's extremely concerning to see a company allow such reckless conduct from their drivers. I demand an explanation from U Sin Air-conditioning for this dangerous behaviour, and I urge them to ensure their staff take road safety seriously before someone gets hurt.

Poor insulation materials used which caused multiple users having pipe leaking issues in the same estate. Poor service recovery and blaming consumers for the leakage, when the problem is caused by the choice of materials used.

Done chemical cleaning on 2 fan unit and normal servicing for 1 fan unit. The technician try their best not to dirty our place by covering up the work area. Minimum housekeeping for us. To access the compressor at ac yard, safety harness is used. Price is rather reasonable but workmanship is good. They provide servicing as well as sales and installation of new unit. I availed of chemical cleaning (~$138.++) as the aircon in my room is no longer blowing cold air. Technician also checked the condenser. He advised to have the filters cleaned as it will affect the efficiency, i did not opt-in. He checked the air pressure and showed me idle and running state. As there is no issue with pressure, no topup required. Value for money as most of the competitors are charging $150++ for same chemical service.

Sanny was very patient and helpful when we queried about different options available to us. There is no take it or leave it type of package offered by bigger aircon companies. The workers were very professional and helped to do some basic cleaning after they finished installing the aircon. I would recommend using them for your aircon needs.
