After 5 or so years with this company whom I have been very happy with this year their service level has made a sharp decline. aim editing my 5 star review to this. Lately technicians will rush through jobs, salesmen constantly try to upsell and when we did our re-piping with them I can see how little they care about their customers. Made a huge mess of my place, didn't protect any of my furniture, untidy and poor workmanship, leaks within 1 hour of their job, moisture on trunking within 2 weeks of their job, high pricing. Absolutely unacceptable of them. After 5 years quarterly servicing with them I am done. Never again with this company and I strongly recommend you avoid them too. They burned my trust.

Very polite and knowledgeable. Also advised on what I should do for now and monitor the compressor for a week before deciding on more replacement work. Air con not cold. Top up gas and need to monitor.

Great service, on time. Experience, good follower up and timely reminder of servicing date. Did a service of my a/c by 2 technician Edwin and Thu, the work done by them is very good.

The air conditioning servicing was carried out professionally and efficiently by Ah kun(John) & elwin. The technician arrived on time, conducted a thorough inspection and provide recommendation. The system is now operating smoothly with improved cooling performance and airflow. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the servicing.

My first experience with Chan Brothers Aircon was excellent. Kun and his team were friendly, professional and very helpful. They took the time to explain in detail which parts needed to be replaced and why. After completing the work, they also cleaned up the area thoroughly and left everything neat and tidy. Great service and workmanship, i will definitely engage their services again!

I have been using Chan Brother Aircon Servicing for around 4–5 years and previously signed up for their maintenance contract, with servicing three times a year. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that others think twice before using their services or signing up for a maintenance contract with them. Almost every time they came for servicing, I was given recommendations for additional services and additional charges — including chemical washing, refrigerant/gas top-ups, and other services. After about three years, I decided to replace my entire air-conditioning system with a brand-new system, including brand-new piping. Everything was newly installed. Then, only six months later, during their servicing visit, I was told that my air-conditioning system needed another gas top-up. I found this extremely concerning. A brand-new aircon system with brand-new piping requiring a gas top-up after only six months did not make sense to me. I immediately contacted my own contractor to inspect the system, and they checked the piping and confirmed that they could not find any leakage. What frustrates me most is the repeated pattern I experienced over the years: whenever Chan Brother came to carry out maintenance, I was frequently advised to perform additional paid services, including gas top-ups and chemical washing. After experiencing this repeatedly for several years, I have completely lost confidence in their servicing recommendations. Based on my own experience, I would NOT recommend Chan Brother Aircon Servicing to others. My strong recommendation: DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES. If you do engage them, I strongly suggest that you get a second opinion before agreeing to any additional charges, especially for refrigerant/gas top-ups or chemical washing. This review is based on my personal experience as a customer over several years.
