Ah Heng has always been professional, patient, and willing to share helpful advice on how to maintain our air conditioners. He carries out every job with a smile and always makes sure everything is completed to our satisfaction. Throughout the servicing process, he keeps the work area clean and organised, which we really appreciate. His dedication and work ethic deserve recognition. We have been requesting Ah Heng for our servicing appointments for the past two years, and he has never disappointed us. Two thumbs up to Ah Heng, and highly recommended!

I've been using Sky Blue for my aircon servicing and the experience has always been excellent. The technician was punctual, professional, and very thorough during the servicing. He checked everything carefully and made sure the unit was clean and working properly before leaving. The aircon is now cooling much better. Great service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Despite all the good reviews I see online, unfortunately I had a bad experience with them. I had my 3 air-conditioning fan coil units serviced by them this morning and informed the technicians that the master bedroom unit was not cooling properly. The first solution they suggested was an expensive chemical wash, without carrying out any meaningful troubleshooting first. The service itself was also done rather sloppily and did not feel thorough. When I asked why the black blower roller wasn't removed and cleaned, I was told that doing so would incur additional charge. Overall I was very disappointed with their quality of service and felt that the cleaning was incomplete. I will not be engaging this company again.

I would like to share my experience with Sky Blue. About a year ago, I engaged them to install new air conditioners and replace the entire piping system in my home. Since then, I have been using their servicing every three months. So far, their service has been excellent. I would especially like to compliment one of their staff members, Mila. Recently, I experienced a water leakage issue at night and sent a message to the company. The next morning, Mila got back to me promptly and, despite their schedule being fully booked, managed to arrange for a technician to come by that same day. The technician arrived as promised, quickly identified the issue, and resolved it without charging me any additional fees. I truly appreciate the effort and customer service provided by Mila and the Sky Blue team. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻

When my aircon started leaking, my regular technician could not make it, but the company arranged another technician within a few hours. Leong was efficient, professional, and thorough. He explained the issue clearly, completed the work quickly, and gave helpful advice, including flushing the drainage pipe to clear minor blockages and improve water flow. He also advised monitoring my aircon’s cooling due to a possible gas valve issue. Very satisfied with the service.

Ah Heng came over to service and carry out a chemical wash on the compressors, as well as a chemical overhaul on the 3 aircon units in our bedrooms.
