Was recommended to 48 COLD PTE LTD. Faced a problem of initially aircon leaking. However they found the problem of the air con being tilted due to bracket that is loose. They managed to identify the problem quick and correctly and air con is actually totally fine. They fixed a new bracket and everything is good. I totally recommend this company!

Very satisfied with 48 Cold services. Throughout the whole process, Nancy provided very detailed guidance and being very responsive to all inquiries. She’s also very knowledgeable and coordinating very well. During pre-installation site inspection, the technician leader Ah Wai gave very honest and transparent review about the current condition, did not force sell or exaggerate like some other providers I experienced before. Piping and installation processes are very smooth. The whole team made the overall process hassle free and no hidden cost or sales trick. Will continue to use their service for routine maintenance and highly recommend them to other consumers.

There’s a clear inconsistency in what you’re claiming. You said that before your visit, the gas level was below 50, yet the AC was cooling normally. Then after your repair, you claimed the gas was at around 70, but the AC was completely not cooling. That makes no sense. If the AC could still cool at below 50, then at 70 it should definitely be working — unless something else went wrong during your repair. This contradiction clearly shows that your explanation doesn’t hold up. The system was cooling before you touched it. After your so-called refill, it wasn’t cooling at all. And now you’re giving numbers that don’t align with the AC’s actual performance. Again, let’s stay focused on facts: • Cooling worked at <50 before your team came. • Cooling failed at 70 after your work. • That’s not a normal behavior for an AC. • That suggests your repair was faulty, or something else was damaged during the process. You need to stop making excuses and take responsibility for what actually happened.

Nice story, zero accountability. Their Google reply sounds like they care — but in reality, they just want to cover their own mistakes. We were told everything was fine before, then suddenly after their service, it became a full leak. Then they blamed us, said it’s old age, and tried to charge more. Nowhere in their response do they admit that their gas top-up might have caused or worsened the leak. Dishonest and manipulative. Avoid.

You say it was 50psi with photo evidence, but you told us 100psi during the first visit. Then later it’s suddenly 70psi, and conveniently back to 50psi in your photos? Very professional. Very polished. Bravo. You talk about “not serviced in 4 years” — well guess what, it was working fine. We may not be technicians, but we have basic common sense: the unit worked before you touched it, then leaked out completely right after your gas top-up. You say you offered a “free follow-up” — how generous. And then pushed a $450 pressure test (later discounted to $200), but the real joke is this line: “This $200 was not charged.” Yeah — not charged because we didn’t give it to you. Also, don’t twist your words. On-site, your guy said the gas “has completely leaked out” and hinted we should just “change the whole unit.” Now you’re rephrasing everything to sound sweet and responsible? Spare me. You have 2 days to come fix this properly — or we’ll take it to CASE and Small Claims Tribunals. I’ll also make sure your name gets plastered with accurate 1-star reviews across every platform I can find. We trusted you once. We won’t make that mistake again.

This is one of the worst aircon service experiences I’ve ever had. The aircon unit had been working fine for years — no gas issues, no leak, no need for top-up. After 48coldaircon came and topped up the gas (claiming it was at 90, adding it to 120), within just a few days, the gas completely leaked out. When we called them back, instead of taking responsibility, they immediately blamed the customer, saying the unit was already leaking and “if you don’t trust us, don’t call us.” But the facts are very clear: 👉 Before they touched it — no problems. 👉 After they added gas — full leakage in days. Now they say they have to charge $300–$400 just to check again, and claim we have no choice but to replace the aircon. They refuse to stand by their own work or honor any previous service guarantee. The technician was arrogant, dismissive, and even said we must pay because of their “travel, petrol, and labor” — as if their responsibility ends the moment they walk away. Completely unreasonable. This is not just poor service — it’s exploitative behavior. They take your money, cause more problems, and then blame you for it.

A friend recommended me 48 Cold as I was looking around for a system 3 air con. I WhatsApp the number and immediately was provided with so much useful information from the type of air con and also the materials they used . They arranged a site visit on the same day and was delighted that they gave me a quotation after the site visit. They even gave a video to show how the run the trucking and where to place the fan coil. Special mention to Ms Nancy Chong who served me . She was so nice, warm and friendly and she handled everything herself professionally and no hiccups at all. From time to time, they would respond through the WhatsApp promptly of any queries. On the day of the installation, the workers were very patient to explain the installation process and they did the work meticulously . I was so impressed with the material they used and also the professional workmanship. I strongly recommend 48 Cold if you are looking for new air con installation.

10⭐️ service from 48 Cold Pte Ltd! Engage them for my newly renovated house. Everything was nicely done up and their after service is superb! Nancy help me alot. She even demonstrate on the product they are using by sending videos. Their technicians are proactive, experience and will explain anything u want to know or don’t understand. My brother engages them for air conditioner servicing and recommended them to me. Messaged Nancy and she replied very quickly with a detailed breakdown of the servicing contents and pricing.
