I called their mainline due to loose and missing screw at my compressor and my compressor is not secure can move back and forth. Back in June 29 2026. There was a woman pick up the phone. Her name is called Lisa she was extremely rude. She argued, shouted and scolded me, accusing my service man went out the window, loosen up the screw which Aircon service people do not even go near my window. I insisted her to give me her name and she told me she is Lisa, but I’m not sure whether this name is true or not as I was asking for update. She shouted “you think everybody in the office is so free we all have meetings all day” This person is, she’s totally un fit to pick up the phone as a customer service.

The contractor has no respect to the privacy customer, enters lady room without getting consent and without apologising as if it is his own house.

Second time engaging them, and the Yap team has once again been incredibly fast and efficient with servicing my aircon. Really appreciate their honesty too! they'll only recommend a gas top up if it's actually needed, instead of trying to upsell unnecessary services. Highly recommended if you're looking for reliable and trustworthy aircon servicing!

Recommended by my uncle. The onsite discussion on the piping layout was led by Keat, while the actual day installation was handled by Md Sohel Rana and his two workers. They were skillful and had eye for detail. My mum was onsite supervising the process as well, and she was very pleased with the workmanship. I think that says it all. Location: Bishan Ridges.

Service and diagnose today was rather rushed. They were supposed to suck the outlet piping but couldn’t find the outlet pipe neither do they try to pump out air instead. As i asked them while leaving they just said there is no jelly build up. Used my toilet without asking permission because I close my toilet lid when flushing because my toothbrushes are right next to toilet bowl. Installation of the unit wasn’t great too, the 头手 did a good job but his junior that came along any how hit and slap the unit when installed slanted. Then water leaked out the next day even it was never turned on.

Today Ah Kit and Ah Shen came to service my new aircon installed by them some time ago. They were fast, took only half an hour. Probably they are very familiar with their jobs and there was good coordination between the two. They were friendly and even helped me with some minor plumbing fixtures. I hope their future services could be as good and that my aircon installed by them could be trouble-free.
