This is the first time I engaged Crizto to solve some water leaking lesues in my company. They are v professional and patient. They provide v good advice. they are so patient that they accompany us to see JTC MANAGEMENT to resolve the issue. I am v impreseed and thankful for their support and assistance. Very disappointing experience with Crizto. I engaged their service to replace a pedestal water closet, but less than a year later, the pedestal seal underneath completely came off. The pedestal was no longer properly secured, and urine started seeping out from underneath. I tried explaining to Crizto that this appeared to be a workmanship issue, especially since the other pedestal water closets in my house have been functioning perfectly fine for many years without any problem. However, instead of offering to inspect or assess the issue, they repeatedly denied responsibility and insisted it was simply “wear and tear” — after only one year of use. To make matters worse, they quoted me another $XXX for repairs, excluding transportation charges. Very poor after-sales service and disappointing accountability towards their own work. If you are considering engaging them for pedestal replacement works, do take note that it may not last long and you may have to pay again for rectification should issues arise shortly after installation.

I am writing this review to commend Crizto Singapore Pte Ltd for their exemplary levels of service once again. I first engaged Crizto several years ago for major works in my home and their levels of professionalism and high standards of service impressed me greatly at that time. In particular, Mr Amos Phua who heads the company had at that time personally attended to the issues in my home and ensured successful completion of works in a timely and efficient manner. I was happy to write a positive review for Mr Phua then and today, am writing this new review to once again express my deepest appreciation to Mr Phua for once again responding so promptly when I required urgent works done in my home. Mr Phua and his team of workers are indeed an example of what it means to provide the highest levels of customer service, from the first point of communication to the completion of the works. I continue to have the highest levels of trust in the services of Crizto Singapore Pte Ltd and am sure that under Mr Phua's continued leadership, the company most certainly deserves to leap to greater heights.

Yesterday called Crizto, for plumbing services, this morning their guys came... Services are very efficient, prompt and fantastic... They helped me to install the kitchen sink n fixed up with my amazon tap n did the drainage piping.... Their services rendered were wonderfully pleasant n moreover they helped me to resolve countless headaches tat I previously had with another plumber.... Very professional n money well spent 👏 very glad that I found them n had engaged them

Have been using Crizto toilet bowls for more than a year. Tested and proven to meet my expectations. Replaced my MBR wall hung toilet bowl with Crizto and grounded toilet bowl for my common bathroom. Maintaining it's cleanliness is a breeze due to it's design especially for the MBR wall hung. The elongated; olive shaped allows you to sit comfortably and also allows bidets washing to reach out easily. Good quality as the toilet bowls does not collect stains easily. Having said that, of course regular cleanings are recommended. Eg. once a week or twice a month for my case. The frequency of washing also greatly depends on the frequency of usage too hence it may varies accordingly to individual households. The common bath toilet bowls height is comfortable even for children. Both toilet bowls seat covers are soft closing. Great flushing system and water saver. Experienced plumbers. Quality workmanships.

Mr Phuah and his team are very professional and fast in their service. Within 1 hour, they diagnosed my pipe leakage and completed the entire repair within half a day, which included laying new pipes and tiling over (mine was a landed property). Price is very reasonable too. Highly recommended!

I had significant water leakage resulting in 2 visits by PUB. Contacted Crizto on Friday. They came on Saturday, quoted and agreed. Men started work on Monday, all.finished by Wednesday. Their men are professional, very focused on the work, responsive to quests, comments and requests for additional work. I am happy with the quality.

I would like to highly recommend Crizto Singapore Pte Ltd for their superb professionalism. We had some serious and major issues with our plumbing works and Mr Amos was prompt, professional and highly knowledgable in rectifying our issues. He understood the urgency of the repair works and was quick to recommend how to fix it, coming up with a concrete plan and providing prompt service that really helped us resolve our issues fast. Crizto Singapore provided us with a logical fix which also helped us bring down the costs as compared to other companies. Chanced upon Crizto Singapore via Google. Vet their reviews and decided to engage their service to replace my kitchen sink. Chatted on what's app with Anthony and team, arranged for a site visit measurement and few days later they provided their suggestions on the suitable range of sink n tap with piping works to suit my marble top. Installation was completed today in under 3 hours. Very professional and workmanship is simply tip top. These guys know their stuff. Highly reccomended. Thank you Crizto Singapore 👍

Excellent service! They respond fast, show up quickly and are professional. I’ve also experienced issues of defective parts that were not their fault, and they show up within 24 hours to repair the defects. Superb and honourable company. I'll work with them again. i contacted Crizto via Whatsapp off office hours and was presently surprised the Amos replied promptly and provided information on the rain shower set which I was enquiring. Appointment was made quickly when I made the decision to have it installed. The Staff Michael and his men did a good job during installation as well. Am happy with the service and hope that the after service will be good too;)

When PUB officer alerted me this morning that there is a leak in my water pipe, I immediately looked at the PUB’s recommended list of licensed plumbers and managed to contact Crizto at the 1st instance. Crizto arranged straightaway for a team to view my water installation and did a thorough diagnosis of the situation. Upon confirmation that the leak was from an underground pipe, and upon my agreement, Crizto team initiated the repair and necessary replacement of the section of water pipe immediately. The repair and replacement works were speedily and efficiently done. Engaging Crizto is the right choice I’ve made. My sincere thanks to Anthony, Amos, Michael and the team of hardworking staff.

I contacted Amos regarding my taps leaking issues. I was happy they were able to give me cost quotations based on the photos and video I sent them. This enabled me to make a quick decision to engage their services. They were also able to do the tap replacements the next day. The workers arrived punctually and were friendly and careful in their work. They tested the new taps to be working properly and cleaned up the place before leaving. Very happy with their good work done. Highly recommended!

I am super impressed by Mr Amos Phua's responsiveness and professionalism. When I first contacted him about my renovation in April, he was totally committed to provide the best info that is possible for me to make a decision. Two weeks ago when I contacted him again to consult on another matter relating to inter-floor issue, he demonstrated again total commitment and dedication in providing all the information necessary for me to understand the issue better. Asking Mr Phua was like consulting a lawyer :) He would source for relevant information before giving any advice, so that I could understand the reason behind his advice and recommendation. I called Mr Phua, a PUB Licensed plumber before 10am to assist with pipe leakage and Mr Phua responded immediately and sent his team within half an hour. Anthony and his colleagues from Crizto Singapore Pte Ltd arrived promptly. His team did a quick assessment of where the leak might be as there were no visible signs of it. They had the proper tools and equipment to handle the job. They coordinated promptly with PUB whose team arrived very shortly. They were careful to keep the hacking to a minimum and the teamwork was impressive. When they finished the job with minimum fuss or hassle, the hacked and repaired area was bareful visible, a testimony to their workmanship. Kudos to Anthony, and his colleagues, Kumar and another whom I did not register his name and Crizto for a job well done, undertaken with due care, teamwork and professionalism. I will recommend Crizto to my friends and colleagues.

Did you remember my sharing on moving to a new home this April? And that's where I got new furnitures and did a positive review? Well, now we had an issue of leaking pipes in this new home! So nice of PUB to visit and alerted us on the water leak. We quickly got 3 different companies to quote, to help us solve our leak issue. Why we chose Crizto finally was because we found Amos to be very responsive, was confident to solve our issues and he said he knew where the leak was. We couldn't find the riser and was worried that the plumbers may have issue with the repairs. However, he is very knowledgeable and shared the step by step process to solve the leak. His quotation was reasonable and so we proceeded with his company. Though he had many other onsite job on hand, his team came immediately the next day and prioritise our job firs!. The work took 3 days to complete, As the boss of the company, Amos came onsite personally each day to check, and monitor their performance as well as update us the process and what his team will do. He even went the extra mile to help fix our faulty light! With him, you can be assured that you are in good hands, just as we have received! Thumbs up to Amos and his dedicated team. We wish to compliment the staff for the expertise, attitude and team spirit to complete 2 replacement of toilet bowl within 4 hours on 20/9/23. The quotation given was reasonably higher than many online plumbers. We have decided to appoint Crizto for the plumbing job as it is a BCA registered contractor. This first experience with Crizto is definitely above our expectation. The mutual respect and support between the site and office staff is heartwarming. None of the staff was upset despite there was a need to swop the delivered item. Please keep up the good work!

Well, when it comes to Crizto, I have only one word -- Committed. I have tried several repair services. All the years of calling for emergency repairs or simply just normal maintenances, I have never come across someone who is so committed as Amos. I chanced upon his company one day and I would say his services were unbelievably excellent! Years have passed and his pleasant, helpful and professional attitude remain unchanged. Let me introduce you to Amos, the boss of Crizto. He is one of a kind, ha ha, extremely rare, at least to me. Upon our first meeting he already gave very professional advice without the expectation that his services would be engaged. He is transparent with his knowledge and does not withhold anything from you. I remembered on our first meeting, I had engaged another contractor instead and ended up paying so much more without having my problem resolved. When I chanced upon his team, they were able to detect the piping problem so fast that the flooding nightmare in my house was instantly resolved! I have since engaged him on several occasions and each time his team does not disappoint. His men are well trained and friendly. They are able to quickly locate the fault and give very detailed explanations on their investigations. Thier work is very neat and clean, with guaranteed high quality after care services. Personally, I am unable to find any fault with them as they provide extremely impressive work. It is easy to find someone to repair your pipes, but to provide service that has exceeded all expectations is a challenge that Crizto has proudly outdone. Amos is also able to answer my queries regarding anything about the house even though he specializes in plumbing. Keep up the good work. I will definitely come back to you guys and no one else if my toilet / pipes are ever in need for repairs.

I’ve gotten a few quotes and I must say Crizto is one of the most professional and transparent in their costing for the whole plumbing job process. Tip top services! WA them to share about our water-heater / tap problem just over the Xmas holidays, they replied right away informing that they will revert on the first business day after the holidays! Right after the holidays on Tuesday early morning around 8tish they message to say they will come around around 11. All fixed before noon!! Strongly recommend to any one who need related services! You need a HDB approved plumber to install/replace your water heater tank, since 2018. It is an offence not to, so I found out on firstly from a post on home DIY fb page and verified it on the PUB website. Every other avenue I asked, Lazada sellers, physical shops, all insists that no need approved plumber, their plumbers are very skilled. Anyway, I preferred a safer option (do the play with your life). My previous water heater was installed without an earth wire! When I compared the new and previous plumbing works, it was world’s apart. Very prompt replies and professional service and follow up. Professional and skilled workers. Pay a bit more for better quality work and peace of mind, it’s worth it.

We were very bothered by water coming down from our toilet ceiling and also into our kitchen cabinets which was sharing the wall with the toilet. Amos sent his staff to check and they had their equipment ready to be able to identify the leak on the first visit . The leak was quickly resolved with my neighbour’s agreement and repairs to our ceiling plus other aesthetic works were followed up promptly. At every point, Amos will ask about our satisfaction of the repairs and if any improvement needed. Crizto has set a very high standard for service which is so far quite unmatched in our opinion.
