Extremely disappointing customer service and delivery management. The delivery was originally scheduled to arrive before 1pm. It was then repeatedly pushed back first to 2pm, then to 3pm. After waiting for hours, we were eventually told by the technician that the warehouse was already closed and the delivery could not be made. What was even more frustrating was that the office then asked us to reschedule the delivery to Monday. We refused because this was clearly not an issue caused by the customer. We had made ourselves available during the agreed delivery window, and the repeated delays were entirely on their side. If there was a warehouse operating hour constraint, this should have been properly coordinated before confirming the delivery timing with the customer. Customers should not be expected to rearrange their schedules because of poor internal coordination. Very poor communication, coordination, and ownership of the issue. The customer should not have to bear the consequences of the company's own scheduling and operational problems.

Excellent service from Sparkflow! I’m very happy with the track light installation completed today. The team was professional, polite and efficient, and their workmanship was extremely neat and well done. The final result exceeded my expectations, especially how nicely they managed the wiring and trunking. Everything looks clean and professionally finished. One day before installation, they ws on date and time confirmation. Was a bit anxious when they still have not come by 5.15 ish pm. Chat in ws to check and they reply quickly that my hse is next which was reassuring.The installation was quick 👍
