Found the company from a reddit forum. Hao Jun from Customer service was very understanding and patiently answered my queries. I got my 4 units serviced as well as installation of rubber padding for my external compressor that was mounted on a bracket which helped to reduce the vibration noise I was hearing. Team (Raf, Iba, Ruh) were very professional, throughout the cleaning process, explained to me what they were doing and why, they also disassemble my unit blower to give it a deeper clean as it was dusty. They did not rush through the servicing, taking time to answer when I had questions on the AC unit. When they were done, they walked me through each unit showing it was serviced. Definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company

I'm so pleased with the repair service provided by Kai Leong Air-conditioning. I have Aircon problem on my living room, about 2 months after the warranty period provided by the installer. As suggested, the installer could not help since it is over the 1 year warranty period. It was such a pain contacting Mitsubishi heavy industry. Mitsubishi electric would not help since they are separate entities. I have engaged 2 separate companies found on Google, both could not help even they suspected there's a leak somewhere. They offered topping up of gas at a high cost and one even suggested going back to seller or replace the Aircon. Replacing the Aircon just after 1 year 2 months is too costly for me. Thanks to reddit, I read recommendation of Kai Leong. I message them, Marcus the representative replied almost instantly. He gave clear expectations, steps and quotes and I secured an appointment easily. Two skilled technician came, they are professional enough to run through several tests and determined the leak is from one of the copper chamber on my Aircon unit itself. They managed to sealed and patched the leak. One month after the repair, my Aircon is still functioning well. Although the repair cost is not cheap, it is still highly recommended for the ease of contact and professional work carried out by their technician. I have wasted more than half of what I paid to Kai Leong for previous engagement with other companies. Thanks Kai Leong.

I came across Kai Leong Aircon company from reddit and decided to give them a go. Their customer service was very responsive and helpful! When the technicians came down for the first service they were very polite and respectful throughout! The main technician seemed very passionate about his work and he informed me of any issues he noticed about my air conditioners. He was also very transparent about what they were going to do during the servicing which I appreciated a lot. Even though they were really quick and efficient, they also cleaned up spotlessly after themselves! After the service my aircons also felt significantly colder which is great haha. Based off my experience so far, I would definitely recommend this company but I do intend to update after finishing my 1 year contract with them :)

Found Kai Leong Air-conditioning through Google search on "honest air con servicing". Their response to my queries was fast and professional. When their guys came to service my air con I was even more impressed. Shout out to Rafiq who is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his work. He did a thorough check on all my air con units and rectify all the issues with no up selling. Prices are all transparent and indeed honest! Will be using their air con servicing from now on.

Very good service and response time from Kai Leong, be it the service staff and the admin staff. Service staff are always punctual and clean up after a good job done. I have been using their service for more than 25 years. They have been consistently giving excellent service hence the reason to continue to use them for so long.

So far, this is the best I have experienced. My aircon were installed by them and they give very good recommendations based on your needs. Their technicians are very experienced and professional. They will even give very good advice. Their technicians also do a very good job in cleaning and servicing.

I came across this place as a Reddit post, and decided to give them a try even though they didn’t have as many reviews as some other places. Was very happy and satisfied with them, from booking until end of service. Prices were also extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Don’t let the Reddit hype fool you like it fooled me. I went with this shop expecting premium service given the high price point, but the quality of the installation was subpar at best. I could have saved a significant amount of money and stress by going literally anywhere else. Avoid.

I came across this company on Reddit and, despite them having a relatively small number of reviews (4.7 from 34 reviews), I decided to give them a try as my usual aircon servicing company’s technicians were on holiday. I called in and Hao Jun (who I understand is the boss) was very responsive and arranged for technicians to come down in less than one hour, which was impressive. During the call, I was informed there would be a fee to check for an aircon leak, but this was later waived as I proceeded with servicing 3 aircon units (total $98.10 inclusive GST). They also recommended servicing the condenser unit ($40 + GST), which I agreed to. Around two hours later, I noticed the aircon was still leaking, and earlier they were unable to identify the source. I called back, and Hao Jun reassured me he would send the same technicians (Iqbal and Mahid) back again. True to his word, they returned in under two hours. This time, they identified the issue and fixed it by tightening the aircon drain pipe joint and sealing it with glue to resolve the leak. They also pointed out that the blower was cracked, which was something my usual aircon servicing company (who installed and has been servicing my units for years) had never highlighted. Overall, I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to follow up and resolve the issue. Good service recovery and commitment to getting the job done right 👍 Tip: If you suspect a leak, it helps to keep the aircon running so the technicians can better identify the source of the issue.

Engaged Kai Leong Air-Conditioning to service two of my Mitsubishi Starmex units. This was after hearing about their great reputational heritage from several online friends of mine. The booking process was straightforward and Ms. Cindy was responsive throughout the conversation. She followed up properly and kept the arrangements clear. The two technicians arrived on time and worked carefully. They pointed out that both units had a roller issue was caused by a previous contractor and explained it clearly. Despite that, they still cleaned both units thoroughly. They didn’t rush the job and took time to answer my questions. I appreciated that they were honest and didn’t try to upsell anything. The aircons have been working well since the servicing. Overall the service felt reliable and professional. Communication before and after the job was good. Outstanding Service. I'm impressed. The technicians did an incredible job performing a full chemical overhaul on one unit. They dismantled it completely, like assembling & disassembling Lego bricks, & cleaned every part inside out. It was a thorough & meticulous process. This is when I realised how many other air-con servicing companies are cutting corners, spraying chemical & wiping on the spot without real cleaning. Kai Leong’s team showed me what proper servicing should look like. Highly recommended for anyone who values honesty & quality work.

Used to be very good but now maybe having more business thus their service cmi. WhatsApp them after their people didn’t fix my aircon properly but received no reply. I have to call them personally to report the problem. As from the photo, I checked after they left and u can see my fan coil unit is still very dusty. I’m planning to get another contract who can do a better job

The technician came on time .. and they checked on the aircon and took the initiative to cover my furniture underneath.. they were careful while cleaning and vacuuming.. the Air-con is as good as new after servicing.. highly recommend

Their aircond cleaning is good however on the pricy side. I stopped using them when I asked them to check my master bedroom aircond and a guy came, took 5 minutes to check the gas and pour water on my Compressor and charged me 85.60 for it. That's the time I told Kai Leong, will no longer be associated with their services.
