I had a great experience with Caredy Aircon. The technician was professional, honest, and never tried to upsell any additional services. In the past, I've used a few other aircon servicing companies, and they would often recommend extra services that significantly increased the final bill. As someone without much knowledge about air conditioners, I often felt pressured into agreeing without really understanding what was actually being done. With Caredy Aircon, the experience was completely different. The technician simply asked if I had any concerns about my air conditioners, explained what he would be doing, and got straight to work. The whole process was transparent, straightforward, and hassle-free. All my air conditioners are now clean and working well. I'm very happy with the service and will definitely be using Caredy Aircon again. Highly recommended!

Really happy with the service from Caredy Aircon. Booking was easy and they turned up on time and ready to work. The technician was friendly, took the time to explain what he was doing, and did a thorough job — no rushing, no upselling, just honest work done properly. I’ve used another aircon company before and the difference was clear. Caredy was more careful, more communicative, and left everything clean afterwards. My units are running noticeably better now. Super punctual and fast service. Had some issues with ny aircon condenser unit. Instead of simply proposing to change the whole system (like other places). They gave a cheaper and less hassle solution to change the pcb and fan motor instead. Really thankful for their honesty and good service. And really got the issue settled very fast. Contacted then next day come check. And the following day managed to squeeze in a slot to repair.

Enquiring and booking with Caredy (Jin Teck) was easy and straightforward. Servicing appointment was confirmed within the day and Jin Teck showed up on time. He was able to explain clearly what to be expected of the servicing of AC units. Some much needed AC maintenance knowledge was shared by Jin Teck as well. All in all, a fuss-free and happy experience with Caredy. Will definitely contact them for the next AC servicing appointment.

Really efficient, friendly and honest work ethics! Usually i will ask to service condenser and other companies will just do it even though is see like they spray water only then charge. But Caredy was upfront in telling dont need when not needed and explained the jobs to be done to maintain. Will definitely stick to his company for future services. Also first time i see a co. cover my items with plastic sheet to get them from being dirty. Overall excellent service.

Great repair work by Caredy and his team! He went out of his way to squeeze me into his busy schedule. It turned out to be a tricky power PCB issue, and he actually took two trips to source the exact parts. What impressed me most was his honesty,he was fully prepared not to charge me for the initial part when the diagnosis shifted, ensuring I only paid for the actual fix. Very efficient, transparent, and highly recommended if you want a technician you can truly trust!

I tried many aircon servicing places. Even the famous app where you can engage freelancers. Let me tell you nothing beats this company. Just stick to this man, he guide you through all the way, very honest. I mean, he puts his face in his advertising because he is very confident about his quality of work and reputation. My aircon is tip top condition thanks to them. 100 percent recommended. Don't need wait just WhatsApp them already.

Engaged them for system 4 Aircon servicing. Everything was great! Chat was responsive, good communication. Price is transparent. They kept me updated that their crew may be late. Service provided was efficient. Their 2-men team arrived and started work right away. No upselling etc. completed in about 30 mins. They also ensured that the area is covered, and cleaned up any dirt or spills at the end. Very satisfied. Will engage them again in the future.

After for so many time i keep on changing and finding aircon co. To do my aircon problem, at last i manage to find this Caredy Aircon co. Came across the Facebook ad and somehow decided to risk giving it a shot. Pleasantly surprised at the team that came down to troubleshoot - they didn’t push for more repairs than necessary and was transparent with pricing. They were swift and clean too. There were some follow ups that needed to be addressed after and the boss himself came down to repair on the same day I requested (surprisingly yes - the guy on the Facebook ad is real). No shirking of responsibility, no further repairs that needed to be done, just a quick nick and he was done. Feels like I’ve finally found a good egg in the Wild West of the air con industry. They’re not the cheapest but nothing beats feeling like you can trust your air con guy.

I am very pleased with their service. They throughly cleaned the blower, and I did not see any dust stuck inside the blower. Even when I only turn on the fan, I no longer smell the sour air coming out from the aircon. Very much recommended

Our aircons don't feel as cold even after chemical wash. The previous technician tried to upsell a bunch of services mounting up to $780. I engage JinTek to do diagnosis, ends up nothing wrong and he didn't suggest any unnecessary service. Fully recommend if you need honest aircon technician👍

Was looking for air con servicing and an ad for them randomly popped up on my Ig page, and I went to check them out, coz we just had a bad experience with a company we had been using for years. The one thing that stood out was their punctuality. The appointment was arranged for 9am and they were outside my door at 8.45am, having texted me 3 mins earlier to let me know what time they will be coming. If you have arranged for air con servicing appointments, you will know this is an absolute anomaly as most will arrive AFTER the appointment time. They were very polite, took the time to explain what they were going to do and above all, kept the place free from mess and cleaned up very well after the work was done. They were very quick and efficient and finished the servicing well within the timeline quoted. Aircon is working like brand new, and I'm glad I contacted them. They definitely deserve all of the 5 star ratings given. Will for sure keep using their services from now on. 😊
