Excellent service from Mani and his team! They did a very thorough job, and Mani went the extra mile by inspecting our aircon health and sharing helpful maintenance tips. Always a great experience with Everest for our bi-annual servicing.

I got to know them from Tik Tok and decided to try their services. 2 guys came down, they were very meticulous. One of my Aircon is above my dining table and they covered with a plastic cover. This was something that I did not see with other service providers. The jetwash was something that I did not try before, and after cleaning, I can smell that the Aircon is cleaner. Will engage them for future services!

It is really very clean. The water jet is very powerful and a lot of dirty come out. They washed everything clean and tidy up the place as well. I will engagen them

Senthi and Joe arrived a little later than the appointed time. They told me sheepishly that they had to pick up a new vacuum cleaner on the way as their old one retired, suddenly. Anyway, they conducted the jetwash of 5 FCUs meticulously and in a well-coordinated manner. Everything was done in an hour. I would have left a 5-star rating if they had not left a little mess in my common toilet which I had to squeezee and wipe down. Overall, it was still a highly positive experience for me and my family to be enjoying cool fresh air in this hot weather. I'll contact Everest again in 3 months for servicing. Cheers!

We installed our aircon on 10 February, and this has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. The issues began even before installation. The site viewing and installation teams were not aligned, and the overall coordination felt unprofessional and disjointed. On installation day, work started at 10am and only finished around 7pm. By the end of it, the entire house was left dirty, our newly painted walls were scratched, and one of our basins was choked. The patching of the trunking/boxing was also poorly done and far below what we would consider an acceptable standard. Within just a few days after installation, the unit started leaking. During the first repair, we were already informed that the issue was due to improper pipe installation and were assured it had been rectified. However, the same issue recurred after 2–3 weeks, from the exact same spot. Now, within a few weeks again, it has leaked for the third time — still from the same location！！！ At this point, it is difficult to accept that this is anything other than a recurring installation fault that has never been properly resolved. Each incident has forced us to stop using the aircon, endure uncomfortable nights, and make arrangements for someone to stay home for repairs. This level of disruption, especially for a newly installed system, is simply unacceptable. Today, when we reported the issue, we were told the team is fully booked. Given the repeated nature of this unresolved problem, this response is particularly frustrating and reflects poorly on the company’s sense of responsibility. Overall, this experience raises serious concerns about workmanship, accountability, and after-sales support. We hope the company takes this matter seriously and provides a proper resolution, as this is not something we can continue to accommodate and we are prepared to pursue further action if necessary.
