Had my aircon installation done by Hasan & Sumon, and I’m really impressed with their work! 👏🏻
Both of them were very professional, friendly and efficient throughout the installation. Everything was done smoothly, and they took great care with the details — especially the water drainage pipe, which was installed nicely with the proper gradient.
They also managed to accommodate our preferred routing for both the gas and water pipes through the common toilet opening, despite the tight angle and limited space around the existing toilet piping. Really appreciate their effort in making it work while keeping the installation neat.
Very grateful to Hasan & Sumon for their hard work and professionalism. Highly recommended!!! 👍🏻

Twin City is highly efficient and prompt in their service. The charge for services rendered is very competitive. As my aircon is still under warranty, Twin City helped me to liaise with the Supplier to carry out the necessary service under warranty. This saved me money on repair and cost of aircon parts. Admin staff, Joana/Kitty and all technicians who did a thorough job are to be highly commended.

Subbiah & Balu came to install aircon at my place yesterday. They were very hardworking, even miss their lunch, never see them take any break despite me asking them to go take their lunch first. So l offered them coconut drinks and biscuits.
At the last part when one of them had to complete the job at the compressor outside the window, there was a sudden heavy downpour, he was drenched, but still continue to finish the job before he came in. Kudos to him for his deligence👏👏👏

On 6th May was the first time I contacted Twin City Air con. I had been so disappointed by my previous air con service provider that I changed to Twin City. They sent technician Michael, he's so nice, patient and friendly. He took time to explain and do the checking properly. He also resolved the problem of my choked pipe for me...which the other company could not resolve and misdiagnosed the problem. First time and I'm so impressed by Michael's good attitude, hope he will be my technician from now on. The aftercare service was also good. They called me to explain what was done during the site visit . They also provided me with a fairly reasonable quotation for changing my air con which is already 10 years old. I'm considering about it. Keep up the good work Twin City Air con and Engineering!

The installers Rahman and Kumar were dedicated and did a good job. I ordered a Midea System 2, and because of a schedule shuffling (on their part, not mine), they came to my home around 1030am. I thought it was going to be a quick job. But no. there was a lot to dismantle and install. New pipes and trunking took a lot more work and time than anticipated. They worked right past 2pm, and finishing only around 3.30pm. They didn't stop for lunch. Kudos to their dedication.
