   We had a great experience with Degrille from start to finish. Daniel was prompt and responsive throughout, patiently guiding us through our Ziptrak options and assisting with the colour matching of the panels to ensure they complemented our home. Special compliments go to the invisible grille and Ziptrak installation team for their exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. The installation was neat, precise and professionally executed. The tracks were well aligned, the finishing was clean and seamless, and the Ziptrak system operates smoothly. Thank you Sapan Miah and Kali.    With the arrival of my first grandchild, it was definitely time to get grilles installed. I messaged the a few companies one evening and immediately received a reply from Alson. I was surprised at the super quick response. He arranged for a site visit the very next morning. He was very professional, friendly and offered good advice and suggestions. An A* employee. On the day of the installation, 2 installers arrived punctuallly. They were very polite and very efficient. They worked quietly and swept up after themselves. If Alson and the installers were representative of the staff at DeGrille, I think home owners are in good hands. I would highly recommend the company if you are looking for someone to install your invisible grilles.

   I was very anxious to get zipblind for my balcony because there are so many providers out there but you will not know how good they are it until you commit to one. DeGrille gave me one of thr most competitive quote in the market. For me I just want a functional space, no need other function like led light or rain detector etc. My PIC was Alson. Very prompt in replying. I visited their showroom to see the sample. Not the most fancy showroom set up but good enough for me to see the actual item (but honestly could be improved better to impress your potential customer!). Site visit and final measurement were done on two separate Saturday, which was very helpful due to my work commitment. Installation was 3 weeks after confirmation. Which is quite fast. Alson and colleague also cleared with the condo management directly on the installation method and shades color. They explained to me how the installation will be like, considering that I have ceilings with different height. Installation started as early as 9am and ended before 5pm. I requested for a touch up visit another time because it was not perfect at first time (and it was already 5pm) which promptly took place 4 days later. The touch up took less than 30 min, and I am happy with the final result. It rained heavily the next day and my balcony stayed dry. So far so good.

   HDB curve balcony are quite tricky to fix any types of grille. Some company gives us very high quote without even doing site survey. I chance upon DeGrille and decided to give it a try. They did accurate measurements and gives clear information how the grilles can be installed. Apparently mine i need it with frames and i tot it would be bulky. Once installation is done, im soo amazed. It actually turned out to be nice and neat! The process from the start to end is a breeze! Thank you DeGrille i love it.

The work done was of very good quality, the installation was smooth, and the result beautiful. We did floor-to-ceiling vertical type for our living room, and horizontal type for window only in all our other rooms. The price was reasonable and we're very happy.     I am quite disappointed with the whole installation and the outcome of it. Recently I installed the grill in my living room and service yard. The first round they came I was not told that they will need to reposition my clothes hanger and was told only on the day of installation, which I am worried about because if they removed it who can ensure that it will be properly installed and guaranty it will not break after a few usage. Hence I halted the installation and to further clarify with them and shared my concern and also asked for photos of pass installation to better manage my expectations. (I asked for a service visit to at least explain to me how it works unfortunately that did not happen) Anyway comes the next installation, 1) They came down with the wrong fitting for my study room window. 2) During the installation of the service yard grill it is obvious that the installer is not confident (which the company claims they are experienced) to remove the cloth hanger and reinstall back and my greatest fear happened, now my hanger is spoiled. 3) based on the provided photo the frame looks lean and slim but after the installation it turn out so thick and made my window become so small. So in conclusion, I ended up asking for a fund for my study room window, a spoiled hanger and a very eye sore thick frame and a smaller window. To be fair my review is on the window grill and I will definitely NOT recommend it.

    Very bad experience! If can put no star I want to put no star. Come to measured a couple of time and during installation still can say measurement wrong. Best is, no service recovery. Straight refund deposit and don't want to carry on installation.

    Really appreciate Wee for his patience throughout the countless times questions went back and forth. Wee took the time to explain and clarify and helped to liaise with our vendor for blinds and curtains to ensure that the grilles and all fit. He helped to secure an early installation date as well and when our family was overseas, the messages and coordination did not stop. Wee is professional and I would recommend him anytime.

    HIGHLY AVOID. Bad initial quote estimation - Given initial quotation, giving specific reference photos. When it comes to the actual site measurement, which are of the same dimensions, the prices are different. Bad service - Asked about the breakdown of the costing of the grilles. Given quotation just by lump sum. When asked more, given quotation via notepad, broken down by only the location, not dimensions. When asked for the breakdown, he tell me to go measure myself. Not worth your time and effort to reach them as you will spend time chasing for your own quotation. Recommend to try Time Home Solution instead. The prices are better too.

    Salesman (Daniel) doesn't provide any information and just keeps MIAing with a different excuse each time. I only get replies if I chase for it myself. Really bad impression of the company if this is how it is even at the pre-sales stage. Why waste each other's time?

    Engaged degrille to install invisible grills on 4 windows. The installation team did an excellent job. So professional and efficient! We had some concerns about the positioning of the bar so they discussed with us before installing. They vacuumed at the same time as drilling to minimise dust, and cleaned up thoroughly after. They were clearly experienced with the installation and tightening of the wire which was quite a delight to watch. The end product was very neatly done. And the best part is that the guys were kind enough to briefly help out another one of our contractors who was struggling with their own installation. Great job Sapang and the rest of the degrille team! Thank you!

    Daniel was professional and responsive for my invisible grill installation. The quote was the cheapest among all vendors I asked, but the quality was not compromised as seen in pics below. The foreign workers they engaged to install were also polite and fast. Happy to recommend them. I waited for 1.5months from payment to installation date.

    DeGrille installed our balcony cat-proofing wires. This company is worth our 1-month wait. Customer service was very responsive, organised, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The installation crew arrived on time and made quick (and accurate) work of the wire installation. The bonus is the crew also cleaned as they go and helped us move away and move back furniture that was in the way of the installation so we had very little clean-up to do afterwards. We are happy customers and would not hesitate to recommend DeGrille for their wire installation.

    My invisible grilles were installed within 3 hours for 3 back windows. Lead time was about 1.5 months from the first site visit to the installation day. There was a few days delay but everything was rectified quickly. Great service! Invisible grilles look great too.

    I recently had to install invisible grilles as I was adopting a dog and I needed one done very fast and reasonably priced as I'm very reluctant to fix grilles. As it were I contacted Raven on a Sunday and got a very reasonable quote for fix grilles. Raven came down to my place to take more accurate measurements and fix the date of installation on the Saturday of that week (faster than any other installers). The installers were very prompt (early in fact) and were the most professional workers I've ever met in this region. They knew their work, were extremely neat and got the job done in about an hour. I have to say that I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone. And, I am in no way connected to this company and was actually given the name by the dog adoption agency. Siang Ter Foo

    Delay in installation of casement grille by 1 week (took up an addition day of my time) and on actual day of installation, the installation crew were late for more than an 1hour that affected my personal appointment. For the former, I was only notified on the installation day that the casement is delayed due to their supplier issues and the latter, delay in a job earlier in the day was cited. For the late arrival of the crew, I was not even given an prior notice that the crew would be late until I called them half and hour past the scheduled arrival time. The installation crew could have been more professional and careful in their work, as they caused damages to my wall, which they patched up later but could have been avoided in the first place if they had been more careful. Casements with obvious dents were also installed, which only suggests the integrity of the installers. Overall poor experience.
