L shape sofa cleaning First round of cleaning - the job was not well done - many of the stains on the sofa were not removed I gave feedback to Dr Clean and they offered to do a touch up (complimentary) On the second round - the cleaning was much better - many of the stains came off I am grateful that Dr Clean was willing to look into this matter until the job was well done

Two of the team were good and on task. The third said she was "scared" and so left the other 2 to clean the window exterior. Perhaps wrong job fit?

I had a great experience with this cleaning company. The cleaning team was professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to detail. I also want to commend Zoe for her outstanding after-sales service. She was responsive, helpful, and followed up promptly to ensure everything was satisfactory even after the cleaning was completed. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable cleaning services with excellent customer support!

Outstanding service from Moe and her team! I booked a move-in deep cleaning for the toilets and kitchen, and everything was left absolutely spotless. Moe is incredibly professional — she checked every single corner and made sure it was perfectly cleaned. The whole team was polite and friendly, and once they finished, they invited me to inspect the work to confirm I was happy with it. I can’t recommend Moe and her team highly enough. If you need reliable, thorough, and detail-oriented cleaning, this is the team to call. Five stars!

I initially had some issues with the cleaning service, but what really impressed me was how quickly Kelvin stepped in to resolve the situation. As soon as I reported the hiccup, he personally came down and ensured everything was properly taken care of. The level of service recovery was outstanding and honestly exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that takes customer feedback so seriously and acts on it immediately. A special shoutout to Sha as well. She did an amazing job cleaning my home and went above and beyond what was expected. Her work was thorough, efficient, and incredibly detailed. I was especially impressed with the toilet cleaning! I have had many cleaners clean my home before, but this was the first time I realised my toilet seat was actually white! The difference was truly noticeable. Overall, this company delivers excellent cleaning services and, more importantly, stands behind its work. If you’re considering engaging them, don’t hesitate. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you, Kelvin and Sha, for your dedication and professionalism. You both deserve a pay raise!

Engaged Doctor Clean to do post-renovation cleaning and formaldehyde removal. Anshu and his team of 5 did a fabulous job in the clean-up! They arrived earlier than the originally scheduled time. Floor was squeaky clean and the house smells so much better than before! Anshu even gave us suggestions / tips on how to get rid of some stubborn stains.

Moontasim did an exceptionally thorough upholstery cleaning for my son's new bed. Even though the bed was delivered after the major renovation was completed, it had accumulated quite a bit of dust. He carefully cleaned not only the exterior upholstery but also the interior sections and the areas behind the bed that are often overlooked. The service also included steam cleaning, which left the bed feeling fresh, clean, and hygienic. I was impressed by his attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to doing a complete job. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality upholstery cleaning services

Engaged Doctor Clean for post-renovation cleaning, and I’m very pleased with the results. Parshant, Mon, and Shwe Yee were professional and thorough throughout. They paid great attention to detail, making sure every corner was properly cleaned—removing dust, debris, fine particles. They were also punctual, well-organized, and worked efficiently as a team. They were not particular on the total time spent, rather they were more focused on handing over a clean house. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable and meticulous post-renovation cleaning team!
