I recently used their service, and the experience was completely unprofessional.
The assigned cleaner came to my home three times, and during her visits, she damaged both my bidet and my shower head without notifying me. I only discovered the damage when I went to use them afterward.
On top of that, she consistently arrived late and left early. I wouldn't mind an early departure if the job were done properly, but the cleaning was incomplete, and she expected me to inspect her unfinished work before leaving.
When I brought these issues to the company's attention, I informed them that I would pay to repair the damages myself, but requested that no further cleaners be sent to my home. Instead of taking accountability, the company asked for video evidence of the damage and then dismissed my concerns by stating their cleaner claimed to "always check with the client before leaving to confirm everything is OK."
Extremely poor customer service and a total lack of accountability. I will definitely not be using them again.

We did look into this. Our cleaner has serviced your home three times and reported that she had not used the bidet and found no issue with the shower head at the end of her last session. Requesting photos or video is our standard first step for any reported damage, as it helps us establish when and how it happened rather than a way of questioning you. We're also sorry that our earlier response came across as dismissive of your concerns — that wasn't our intention.
Your comments on punctuality and thoroughness are useful to us, and we're reviewing the session timings with the cleaner directly. And when you asked to stop the service, we waived our standard 30-day notice and termination penalty so you could end immediately at no cost.
We will take your feedback into account as it is valuable for our continual improvement.

Disappointed with the service from Home Cleaning SG. I requested an English-speaking cleaner before booking and was assured this would happen, but the assigned cleaner spoke mainly Mandarin, making instructions difficult. I paid extra for the cleaner to bring equipment, but the vacuum cleaner provided was broken, so they had to use dry wipes instead of vacuuming. The cleaner was punctual and did a good job on the interior windows but required repeated prompting for other areas and could not complete the short task list in 3 hours. The agency apologized, blacklisted the cleaner for my home, and waived 1 hour of the service fee. While I appreciate the gesture, the matching process and equipment readiness need significant improvement.

Everyone is very responsive and accommodating whenever I need to reschedule. I have engaged their 3hrs service for a 3 bedrooms. I didn't expect her to iron clothes nor change bedsheets. I dont need her to clean the kitchen, out of 3 bedrooms, i only need her to clean 2 rooms, living room, wash 2 toilets & scrun balcony.
She used 2 hrs to wash 2 toilets. 15mins to scrub the balcony. So tell me how much time she left.
The customer service can replied me 'Apologies for this. If needed, please feel free to guide the cleaner on your priorities and preferred areas of focus. Rest assured that she will do her best to clean all required areas within the scheduled service time'
How to?? She already used 2 hrs to wash toilets. How much time she left to do her best to clean other 'required' areas? Isn't is brainless to said like that?
So obviously, she start to rush and didn't even clean/wipe off most table top.
She dont even know how to use mop.
She mopped the area, step/walk around the moped area. Is she even proper-trained??
And is that the way how she need to fold a blanket?

Following our investigation, the cleaner shared that priority was given to the two toilets and balcony, with approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes spent on the toilets to achieve the expected cleaning standard which was more like a deep clean. She also extended her service by around 20 minutes beyond the scheduled end time to assist further.
Our records show that the booking was arranged as a standard 3-hour general cleaning session, and no deep-cleaning requirements were indicated during the booking process. Had deep cleaning been requested, we would have advised accordingly, as deep-cleaning and general-cleaning services are scheduled separately to ensure sufficient time is allocated.
That said, we acknowledge that there appears to have been a mismatch between the expected outcome and the time spent on the prioritized tasks. We also regret that our earlier response did not adequately address your concerns. Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously and will be counselling the cleaner on improving time management, communication, and task prioritization, while also reviewing the concerns raised regarding cleaning techniques and overall service quality.

I engaged Home Cleaning SG for cleaning services in March and April 2026. My cleaner was Tin Tin Moe. She was very friendly and thorough and did not require much guidance as she took the initiative to identify areas to clean without prompting. After a few sessions she no longer required guidance.
