   Mitsubishi has a certified repair company called Dr. Cool in Singapore. This is not this Dr. Cool, but an unrelated company that loves to pretend they are the real deal. When talking to this company they'll gladly pretend they are certified and able to repair air-conditioning units, compressors or condensers and carefully craft sentences to not confirm nor deny they are actually in no position to fix your broken aircon. Once on-site to "inspect" the broken compressor, they'll charge you $40 to try some magic (in my case, release some gas even though we all knew that was not the problem, but "we have to try it"). When reaching out to them the next day to tell them their fix did not actually fix anything, and demanding a proper diagnose of the machine and asking to replace the broken part(s), they'll tell you it's impossible and/or too expensive to repair, and they'll suggest you to buy a second hand compressor. Never mind that the unit is still under warranty and Mitsubishi may pay for the replaced parts. Once they sucked easy cash out of you, you will never hear from them again, and they will not come back to attempt to fix (or replace) the broken part (because they don't actually have the know-how). They will also refuse to refund the $40 because they wasted your time (you could've gotten the real Dr. Cool to come and fix your aircon meanwhile, instead of wasting time and money on these swindlers). So, you do what apparently many have done before, leave a bad review and move on with your life.

    Worst service ever in my life. Engage their service for 3 times in less than 1 year. Every servicing also ask to do chemical wash. Went out to my motor generator to do servicing and did not even close back the bracket causing rainwater to enter in which affect my motor generator now! It's obviously did it on purpose because did not even screw back a single screw to close the generator's bracket. I have all the receipts with me and I will defintely bring it up to CASE! I regretted introduce this company to my friends as well. My friends encounter the same issue as well when he was told by the service staffs to do chemical wash every 3 months. This is ridiculous! Please do some homeworks on individual company before engaging them for servicing.

    Worst aircon cleaning service provider I've engaged to date. Cleaned 3 units for more or less 10mins tops. I guest you get the entire picture of the quality of work. Didn't even touched the evaporating coil of all the units. I have video recording to backup my zero star review (i may upload in youtube). So this is a legit review unlike the others who posted 5 star rating for them. Contacted doctor cool after Mitsubishi heavy Industry Singapore referred them. Shame on doctor cool... shame on Mitsubishi heavy Industry Singapore. Stay safe everyone keep away from Doctor Cool!!!!

    I contacted Doctor Cool to do a gas top up for my family, when i was busy for an interview. Their serviceman came and asked how many units we have (like any other companies). It is a question that any aircon repairman will ask, is this a system 3 or 4 so they are aware? So my family replied 4. Then their service man automatically started servicing 4 units, even thought we did not ask for such a service! One of them even commented your units are very clean. My family ended up paying 85 for cleaning extra. Even though I called them and specifically asked for just a gas top up. This was a severe breach of trust, so I felt more peace to engage someone else going forward.

    Would have given it a zero if there was an option. Paid for a year contract of servicing for 4x and after money received totally disregarded the service obligation aftet the 1st service. Dismissive of responsibility as a 'small matter' over the phone. Extremely poor service. Would not engage their sevice if given a choice.

    Brilliant services exceeding our expectations time after time. I have used them for regular maintenance and so naturally went back to them for new a/c for my new address. Truly one of a kind and highly recommended for a/c servicing or installation. Tried both and was impressed with their ethos and workmanship.

    Terrible service, they came and clean my 5 aircons and now 3 of my air cons were unable to start, the best thing is non of their given numbers are working. There are two mobile numbers given in the website, non of them works. Trying to contact them since 4pm till now.won't recommend to anyone. Please do not use Doctor Cool Service. I had to update my comment again, recently one of my air con in the living room started to leak water, so i complained guess what technician never show up, the owner ask me to call the technician, what kind of a service are you providing. Should be banned for life.

    This is not an honest company. My aircon units were new and I signed for 1 year maintenance contract. I have been advised to perform a chemical wash and top up gas despite the age of the aircon. On questioning as to why gas top up was required, the company claimed it was the installer who did something to my new units that cause the gas to leak. Various independent checks with other air con companies proved otherwise.
