Thomas from the Pasir Ris branch diagnosed the issue with my PC quickly (within 5 mins) and was very quick to change my PSU. Computer could be collected in half an hour and he helped to dust blow the CPU too. Prices on the Dr IT website are also transparent for straightforward hardware installation, so you can see what price to expect on their website. All in all no frills and efficient.
