Very friendly and helpful boss. He explained the options to fix my ssd problem in detail, and even helped to clean my fans unprompted. Comes with warranty as well, awesome service :) (screen here is black but my laptop is fixed and bootable again)

They provide laptop sale as well - both new and refurbished laptops. Bought a refurbished Lenovo laptop at a decent price which is at good condition. Staff was helpful with my questions.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PC HERE Brought my pc here for diagnosis of no signal to monitor and he dare to tell me my CPU spoil delete the message and added in that GPU spoil also and still dare to upsell me a 5050 when I went to take it back, brought to Sim Lim to get a second opinion and turns out it was faulty ram. Completely unprofessional with no proper diagnosis and still dare to charge me $30 for taking out GPU and cpu lol

I brought my wife's desk top for diagnosis and repair. Mr Mohammed was very expert. He diagnosed the problem precisely. We went home had dinner and within 2 hours it was fixed and we got the computer back. Like new.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to HITECH for their swift and kind assistance when I urgently needed to print missing dog posters on a Sunday. They were quick to help and made the whole process so easy during a very stressful time. Their prompt response and willingness to assist at short notice meant a lot to us. If you live near Kembangan and needed to have a fix? Just this is the right place to come. My laptop is Hansung Laptop from Korea but I thought there were no parts to fix it but they literally have THE WHOLE STOCK. The inner place was kinda small but it is fully airconditioned with cool style. Never underestimate from the outside. The room, facilities and the owner are the best. Summary. 1. Fast fix (has a lot of parts that can replace your gadget) 2. Even though you are not good at english just go and check they just found out what's the problem is 3. Hansung laptop owners? This is the place 1. The fast repair center - I broke my left hinge and the LCD monitor and I thought It would take several days to fix it but NO. I got it tomorrow morning. I saw some people around there but I didn't know they would fix it that fast! 2. The great service. - The owner and the workers are really good even though I am from different nation. They respected me and did what they could. For people who aren't good at English, getting repairs is easy because they just check the problem. You can also easily contact them by phone. I really liked that they responded. Nowadays, it's really hard for people to check by phone, but they reply, and most of the work process and the result comes to your phone. 3. Best for Old Gadget Owners. - This is good for people with old gadgets to fix. I really didn't expect it to be part of the process because my model is really old. I asked a lot of places for repairs, but Hansung laptops aren't really famous in Singapore. This is the place for people with Hansung laptops. Korean If you live in Kem Bang Gan and have a Hansung laptop? Go here. It's convenient to get to since it's near the Kem Bang Gan subway station, and most importantly, it's really fast. Normally in Korea, it would take a week to get a Hansung laptop repaired, but here it's just a day. If there aren't many people, it was even finished in a day. I think they would fix other things quickly too, even if it's not a Hansung laptop. Above all, the owner has a very laid-back style, so it was really comfortable because they understood and corrected things even with just a little explanation. Best of all, there aren't as many people as you might expect, so if you go early, you have a very high chance of being prioritized. Go Koreans living in Singapore!

Wanted to enable Word services on my new laptop. Mohammad shared options clearly. Making it easier to make a quick decision. And for second issue, presented a problem / need that I foresee in weeks/months to come. Again Mohammad gave me a solution which I don’t know previously existed. And was transparent about his cost price and seeking margin. Which helps in reducing unwanted further discussions on negotiations, since market fair value is discussed. After sorting out domestic arrangements, will come back to complete second transaction. Appreciate prompt service, as always.
