I had a great experience with Kai, who helped me handle a drywood termite issue in my home. He was very careful and attentive throughout the process, and showed great patience in explaining the situation and the treatment options. Approached the Ecospace team for a drywood termite issue and the team handled it with professionalism from start to finish. From the first phone call to the inspection/extermination, they were punctual, knowledgeable and explained the treatment process in simple terms, answered questions patiently and upfront about costs. Thanks to Farhan for carefully checking the affected areas, and walking us through the best solution. The treatment was done efficiently, giving me peace of mind knowing the issue was properly addressed, along with some tips for future maintenance.

Whilst staying on 1st floor is great, having the “garden” right in front of me as well as 2 exits, making it feel like a landed feel, it has it’s problems as well. I can manage ants, mosquitoes or even cockroaches and lizards but rats? I’m at a total loss and especially in a household with toddlers. After reaching out to a couple of pest control companies, most responses felt cold and just out to earn a quick buck off me but something about ecospace felt different. Specifically Hong Feng whom was especially sincere about understanding the situation, conducting proper assessment, running thorough checks as well as the eventual capture of the rat which gave me comfort of knowing that my house is safe once more. I’m thankful I found them and would definitely engage their service in future. Thank you again for the excellent work, we are definitely grateful!

Alif was very prompt in responding to my enquiry, and helpful to arrange a technician suitable for my needs. Technician Rui Fang arrived earlier than appointment time, did very professional detailed checks on every part of the house looking out for termites and possible pests, identifying areas that required treatment, then moved to conduct detailed checks in the garden and outdoors. Very experienced and cautious technician, yet thoughtful and respectful to our needs. Their admin staff Jessie is also patient and responsive to my request for clear documentation.

Great experience! I had a cockroach issue in my new kitchen and Eco Space sent a personnel over the next day. Iskandar very kindly helped to check the small corners of my kitchen and gave his assessment of where the cockroach could have been hiding at. He also reassured me that my kitchen and plumbing layouts and material were fine and not contributing to the pest issue. I feel relieved that Iskandar managed to apply pesticide/ baits at the hidden corners that matter and I am less worried now about pests in my house. Thank you so much Eco Space for the great and prompt service!

New neighbour just started to move in and the house is currently under renovation. Came home one day and to find ANTS at our corridor. Swarmed with ants EVERYWHERE. Shoes, floor, shoe cabinet and our front door. We tracked where the main source of the problem came from and to only find out that it came from their house. The contractors dumping their trash (bubble tea cups) by their door. Tried to contain the ants by putting ant baits, spraying insecticide. The ants will eventually stop crawling for a short while but it kept coming still. Our bedroom is along the corridor, the ants were starting to crawl up the wall. Tired of having sleepless nights being paranoid that the ants might crawl up on us while we’re asleep as we have young kids at home. I finally decided to get help from EcoSpace Pest Control. Their man name Adi came to get the treatment done. We asked questions after questions and to our surprise, Adi really knows his job well. Not only he explained clearly, he too went an extra mile by inspecting on our house in and out. Adi was really patient and didn’t do his job because it’s his job. He showed concern as he understood that we have young kids at home and he assured us not to worry, that the treatments are safe. Adi truly deserves a pay raise!

A 25th storey apartment had termites issue. I contacted EcoSpace and Darren Lim professionally answered my queries and provided a quote. An appointment was made. Radzi and team attended to the issue. They returned to site a week later for review. A report was provided that the termites were terminated and there was no trace of any. From answering queries, providing quote, scheduling appointments and on-site servicing, the team at EcoSpace was professional and effective. Well done! Keep up your good work!

Found some bug infestation on my newly bought dining table. Reached out to EcoSpace hurriedly and Peter was able to provide a calm and insightful consultation for free (even replied my texts in the evening). The next day, Kelvin (the ops person), visited my place to do a very thorough inspection and offered options that I can bring back to the seller. Really appreciate the human touch behind every interaction, as if they understand the stress any homeowner might have when facing such issues.

Thank you to Iskandar and team, and Victor and admin for being so prompt i almost went crazy going through this entire ordeal because these bed bugs really don't want to die hired THREE other companies before them and they all were so bad because the bed bug problem persisted yet, these other companies did not reply me after that Ecospace was so responsive unlikes the other three Victor also made sure to ensure every question I had (I have a lot ... because that time I was already on my third company and running out of funds....) Iskandar and team were so meticulous in every thing they did. They also calm me down and ensure me that they will do their best If you are looking for a responsive and responsible team, please look for ecospace

Hired them to solve rodent issue. They gave false assurances that they were professional and would resolve the rodent issue. Unfortuantely, it didnt turn out that way. Representatives gave conflicting instructions during the process. Rodent problem continued to persist less than a week after they "completed their job" and when notified they accepted no responsibility and said that the job was considered done. Best not to use this company.

Strongly recommended for people having bedbugs or pest issue! Was losing sleep due to bedbugs and Darren was super patient and helpful answering all of my questions even in the early morning or after office hours. The team were very detailed and helpful during the treatment as well. You can stay in the premises as well without worrying where to go for hours.

Highly recommended! When i first approach for their service, I asked if i will need different pkg that require recurring follow up. Victor informed to get 1 time service first to access how bad the situation is before they can advice us. This 1 time service also cover after 1 week review. However for my case, the ants are persistent & Victor assisted 2nd time service. To my dismay, the ants came back after another 1 week plus which I texted Victor again. With no hesitation, he arranged his manager to assist this time round. Im very satisfied with their service overall! Their service level is defintely not looking for 1 time business.

Very impressed with service. General Manager Victor came for site inspection. He came on time. Very patient to explain problem to us. When he confirmed it was not likely a pest problem, he continued to explain the issues to us eventhough he knew that he would not have the business. Very hard to find a genuine person who is interested in the problem and knowledgeable. Later he left with some advices and did not charge inspection fee. Would highly recommend to my friends and neighbours next time. It is important company has expertise , responsive and and good work ethics to customers. Ecospace fulfills this.

They came up for one treatment and within 4days we reported there are still rodents spotted. They did come up for another thorough treatment but of no avail as we spotted another few on different occasions. It clearly shown the treatment is not effective and address to the problem but this time they are going to charge even though they have not address to the service that we paid for.

I had a beehive building up in my home. EcoSpace team was extremely patient, helpful and provided excellent guidance what to look out for via WhatsApp. Even on a Sunday! They even offered an on site job in 2 hours. Very professional and highly recommended.

I would like to thank Victor and his staff for addressing my bed bug problem. Prior to engaging Victor's company, I had a terrible experience with NoPests services. Not only did they not address the bugs problem, they blame us(customer)for not following their instructions. Not only that, they will keep charging us to continue with their services. Lucky enough I googled search and found EcoSpace Pest Management. Their staff were very puntual, patient, understanding and very professional in their approach in addressing the bug problem. They did many treatments and only with their undying efforts the bed bugs were totally eradicated. I would highly recommend EcoSpace Pest Management to anyone who have a similar problem. Called EcoSpace Pest as I had a Wasp situation in my children's bedroom, the customer service rep gave clear instructions to help contain the problem. The Pest Control guys came within an hour and helped remove the nest. After all the necessary work was done, they provided some advice to help with wasp prevention and future wasp problem. In my opinion, this company's staff are professional and knowledgeable.
