Contacted this company regarding spare window lock keys, they gave me one free of charge even though I didn’t buy the lock from them, not many companies like this around, fantastic !

5★ — Edgar’s team was superb: fast replies, on-time survey, and a transparent quote. Flawless install—perfect tension/alignment, neat finishing, zero mess— with a clear safety/maintenance briefing. The grilles are rock-solid yet truly invisible, opening up our view. Highly recommended.

We engaged Elelaurel for some carpentry work and were very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. The project was completed within two weeks, and the workmanship displayed exceptional finesse and quality. What stood out was their attention to detail—not only during the job but also after completion, with a follow-up check to ensure we were satisfied with the final results. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the quality of work and the service provided. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and skilled carpentry services.

Danny & his team @ Elelaurels did a very good job for my home renovation. We gave the inputs for the design especially the island table & wine counter & Danny’s team executed it very very well. I was very impressed by the tiling, carpentry & overall renovation works. I also got very positive feedback from all my friends & colleagues. Xie Xie ni Danny

Contacted Elelaurels based on the Google reviews. However, I had a bad experience with them. Arranged for a site measurement but the person did not show up on the day. Didn’t have the courtesy to inform and could not be contacted. Made the trip specially to open the door for them but alas, it’s a waste of my time.

Had abit of issue with my balcony grille installation previously , wasn’t exactly please with the sales that came to do measurement, the message conveyed to the installation team didn’t went as smooth. It had to be rescheduled BUT this review came because of their workers, Bala and the other 2 ( Indian ) installer. Their work is good, clean and they even helped to clean up the area nicely. Bala is professional and friendly, will go the extra mile to help you with the installation. Will recommend to others !
