Let me extend my deepest appreciation for Adam and Eric. Eric is very patient and attended to my inquiries many times. He produce great and prompt services. He really went out of the way to help me. Adam also did a thorough job in my cupboards and bedroom as Adam checked all my bedrooms and cupboards and sprayed them accordingly. Unlike the other time, where the three of them just checked my room thoroughly and the rest of the rooms they never move the cupboards or beds but just sprayed. Eric and Adam a big “THANK YOU” to the two of you!!!!👍👍👍

Within a week, I found and killed 3 live cockroaches in my car and knew I had an infestation. Immediately I contacted Eminent Pest Control and was recommended the odorless but lethal C02 treatment (as I have young children and didn’t want any lingering smell) and Eric did a great job discovering and removing two egg cases and killed around 30 cockroaches. Great job and I highly recommend them for any pest control management.

I highly recommend Eminent Pest Control! They responded incredibly fast to our initial inquiry, and we were able to book a prompt appointment. A huge thank you to our technician, Adam. He performed a very thorough inspection and applied an effective treatment. When we experienced a slight reoccurrence more than a month later, they stood by their word—they came back out immediately and resolved the issue completely under warranty. Super grateful to the entire Eminent Pest Control team for their professionalism and prompt help. If you want a team that actually solves the problem and backs up their work, this is them!

Their technicians came every 5–7 days, always explaining what they were doing and giving me confidence that the situation was under control. The best part is that Eminent went beyond just extermination — they even arranged contractors to help replace all my damaged wardrobe structures and door frames. I enquired for a quote via Eminent's online form but never received a reply, so tried their WhatsApp number after eventually finding it. In my message I described the issue I was experiencing in detail & listed the treatments/services which I thought were needed to eliminate the infestation. A few hours later I received a 4-word sentence of a single treatment available, without any other details - no context nor pricing nor comment on its effectiveness or applicability to my issue. There was never any follow-up in any form thereafter. I understand if my issue was not business which Eminent wanted to entertain but if so, why not be honest & transparent about it rather than providing such poor customer service. Have since found a far more engaged & helpful pest controller whom I will not hesistate to recommend instead.

Highly recommend Eminent Pest Control Pte Ltd's services! A stray rat entered our apartment and Eminent was able to attend to this almost immediately- even though it was outside of normal working hours. Special thanks also to Eminent's technicians, Yoga and Lokesh, for going the extra mile to catch the rodent, which was hidden well inside the washing machine. Eminent really went the extra mile to ensure that the rodent was caught and removed swiftly. Thanks again, Eminent!

The technicians that came and got rid of my termites were professional. They tried not to cause too much inconvenience, and were detailed to check the whole place! They also provide a report on affected areas and recommendations.

If possible to give zero star, I would. While Ideal has provided a detailed explanation on the various bedbug solution, the problem is it DOES NOT work. Lokesh came down on short notice for first inspection and on retrospective, he gave us the wrong assessment. While we informed by him that the problem is not too serious, we only did one room instead of the whole house. On second session, we found the bedbugs had infiltrated and infested the entire room, including the bedframe and mattress, and was advised to throw away everything. Having encountered this for the first time, we did what we told and money just keeps throwing down the drain. To make things worst, we got a new mattress and found bedbugs persistently there. Knowing the treatment doesn’t work with Eminent pest control, we engaged another vendor and found the bedbugs in the CURTAINS which was told by Lokesh that they won’t be laying eggs there and he did just a basic steam spray. This is one of the reason why the problem had not been eradicated and clearly shows that the team does not know what they are doing and have been giving wrong advice to the clients. If throwing mattress/bedframe are advice that they are giving, why would we engaged your services in the first place? PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Quick and kind response from Ideal and her team, who responded to our call for help with a small snake found in the storeroom. They came quickly and caught the snake in a few minutes. They also informed me they would release the snake at Mandai. Such a relief that they could help so quickly!

If possible to not give even a single star, I would. Engaged them on April 2024 for bed bug presence on my bedding, Ian and the lady director came by for an inspection and GUARANTEED it's bed bug. Fine, got quoted $800 and 2x treatment for spray and steam. Late for appointment is not ok, as we need to air the unit while my son is out for class, so it will delay the time for us to be back at home. Most importantly, after each treatment, when I do follow up that I am still getting bites, asking for a third treatment as still under warranty, they request for a video to show, otherwise will be charge for on site inspection. I am totally appalled by their replies and services, worse of them all, the treatment were ineffective totally! For those with bed bugs, please DO NOT EVER GO TO THEM, just felt so scam by them and even up till now, my issue are still not solved even after paying that hefty sum, which meant a lot to me, though it might be nothing to them. And now I am at my wits end that I have to change out my furnitures all thanks to them, SPEECHLESS!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Only thing I can say is they showed up. Late of course. They said they sprayed, but days later we still had ant issues. I reached out to them and they told me they would only come back if I paid for more service. I have never had any issues with a pest control company in Singapore coming back within a week if there were still ants/bugs. I would not use this company again and I would strongly suggest you do not as well, unless you want to pay them more money to ensure they do what they are in business to do - abolish bugs from your home.

I contacted this company because I heard strange noises under my wooden floor. Their director, based solely on the video I sent, said it was 100% termites, so I purchased their termite treatment package. Note that they did not conduct an on-site assessment. During the first termite treatment, the technician told me he didn't find any evidence of termites but still proceeded with the treatment. Because their director said it was termites, I believed they were experts and therefore paid the fee. However, the treatment had no effect, and a month later, the noise under the floor was still very loud. I started to suspect that it was not termites, so I hired another termite control company B. B conducted an on-site assessment and told me there were no termites in my room. Technician from B also heard the noise under the floor and said it didn't sound like termites. Before the second treatment, I asked Eminent to re-inspect. During second treatment, they still didn't find any evidence of termites but treated the room for termites anyway. On the same day, I spoke to my downstairs neighbor, who listened to my recording and immediately identified the noise as coming from their faulty ceiling fan, which had not yet been fixed. I then requested a refund from Eminent because their incorrect conclusion led me to purchase their service. However, they told me to wait because the director who sold me the service had died. Later, they ghosted me when I recontacted them. Update: my agent contacted them, they insisted that they had eliminated the pests, which is why the second company didn’t find any termites, proving that they had indeed done a good job. That's truly ridiculous.
