Excellent service from WTG Pest Control! Mr Tay was responsive and professional, and arranged for his technician, Ah Wei, to attend at very short notice. Communication was excellent throughout. Ah Wei called me after his inspection to explain the areas requiring treatment and sent videos for reference. Once completed, he called again to walk me through the treatments carried out and provided completion videos for documentation. As a property agent coordinating between a landlord and tenant, this level of communication and accountability was extremely reassuring. The full-unit treatment also comes with a one-year warranty, which speaks volumes about their confidence in their work. Special thanks to Mr Tay and Ah Wei for the smooth and hassle-free experience. Responsive, reliable and professional. Highly recommended!

I looked online for emergency pest control on a Saturday afternoon. Contacted WTG for a same-day pest extermination and control. Prices were communicated upfront by the boss Mr. Tay with no surprises or upselling. Ah Wei arrived on time (within 1 hour) and was really professional and patient in answering all of my questions. He took me through a thorough inspection of my unit while explaining all of the possible causes of the infestation. The extermination work was done with care not only to the problematic areas, but Ah Wei was also careful with all of my furniture. Even during work, Ah Wei managed to answer my concerns. I'm very satisfied with the services rendered. I will definitely contact WTG again if the need for pest extermination and control arises.

We suddenly spotted lots of booklice on our ceiling and after chatting with a few companies, they are the only one who can send someone down on a Sunday late afternoon! Ah Wei was great and explain how the bugs usually came about and told us how the treatment plan is like. Overall great experience and hopefully never see the bugs again!!

I engaged WTG since 5 years ago and had a great experience with Mr Tay. With that, I re-engaged WTG to check on pest infestation recently. my bedroom was infected with booklice and decided to engage pest control. Found WTG online and decided for a try. On the treatment day itself, Ah Wei was the one who inspected my whole house and explained in details of the root cause and the prevention. Ah Wei was friendly, professional. I came across WTG Pest Control via google search and was in contact with Mr Tay. He could pinpoint my booklice issue accurately and was responsive / prompt in arranging Ah Wei to come down the next day. Ah Wei did a great job explaining to us where do booklice come from and how their treatment work. He also gave me instructions on post treatment care before he left and Mr Tay also messaged me the same thing. I also liked the 6 month warranty provided by WTG also gave me a peace of mind. Overall a smooth and pleasant experience!

Engaged WTG Pest Control within a very short notice to check on mould issues in my room and they responded really promptly to my queries. After enquing their expertise, ah wei explained and told me what species of cockroaches I have and sprayed the kitchen and alot of cockroaches came out of places I thought didn't have, so glad to have went ahead with the appointment!! Amazing work!

Mr Tay is very efficient. He is fast in responding and is able to tell me in advance that I should remove all items and the pricing etc . I took a bit of time to remove everything . When I contact him again he quickly have Ah Wei to come my place within 2 days. They able to tell me the root cause and must faster get a carpenter to fix rubbish chute and cabinet issue. I do appreciate for their work. Especially to Ah Wei who always keep a smiling face. Well done!

One of my bedroom was infested with booklice and saw from the estate group chat that some of them have engaged WTG Pest Control so we went ahead to enquire. Ah Wei was the one that inspected the whole house, gave us detailed explanation of what cause booklice, what is the method to get rid of it and how to prevent it from returning. He was very patient and knowledgeable and we really appreciated his sharing and service. We also got rid of the mould in the toilet and you can see the before and after photo. So glad that the booklice infestation issue has been gotten rid of and thank you very much to Ah Wei for the service!

Reached out to Mr Tay as we’ve been having a booklice issue for awhile and Mr Tay took time to explain and educate us about the problem and how they come about and the ways to prevent them from spreading. Got to know Ah Wei who came to do the treatment and Ah Wei was friendly and helpful as well! He took the time to inspect my house to understand the severity of the booklice situation. He patiently explained every step that he was doing and was very knowledgeable. Will continue to monitor the situation to see if the treatment works, but I would highly recommend Ah Wei and Mr Tay.

Noticed a booklice issue on my ceiling. Tried clearing it a few times on my own but they returned. In the end engaged WTG through whatsapp -> appointment is easy to arrange. Haowei came and prayed my rooms for booklice. He is super helpful and patient, and checked through my whole house room by room. Could even speak cantonese with my mom. Was very pleasant to work with! If i have an issue again will definitely contact for him to return, thanks! :)

msg the boss at night and he efficiently replied our queries and his replies calm us down somehow! thanks, next day we managed to secure an appt with Ah wei (more senior specialist per the boss) to carry out kill the cockroaches treatment. Ah wei explains well and also execute the kill cockroach treatment on site efficiently .. now lets hope for the results! 🙏🏼 thank you to the boss and ah wei for the quick reliable service. finally can ease off our mind from the crazy cockroaches nightly visit. *attached the pict with cockroaches and the treatment that they put on ground as well..

Found some book lice on the ceiling of my son’s room this morning. Contacted the company and they sent Ah Wei to take a look and do the treatment for us. Ah Wei explained where the book lice comes from (from carton boxes) and how to prevent it. He is very good and most importantly friendly. I am very happy with their service. Had an ant issue suddenly in my dry bathroom, coming from outside the window leading up to the pipe near the ceiling. Couldn't get rid of them with bait and was concerned/stressed that there could be a growing nest and didn't want it spreading to the rest of my house. Found WTG when I was looking for pest control and messaged past midnight as they were open 24h. Mr Tay replied quickly and I managed to arrange for an appointment for the day after. Mr Tay also provided detailed information and instructions before and after the appointment. Ah Wei was the technician and he was great. Friendly, understood my concerns, thorough in his checks, not pushy and very professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me tips on how to better prevent ants and other insects. Would happily engage his and WTG's services again if my house needs follow up treatments or to deal with other pest control issues. Highly recommended!

Wanted to get pest control for ants extermination as my house has infested with ants at night. Out of desperation, I goggle and came across this WTG pest control so I whatapp in the middle of the night at 2plus am. And Mr Tay responded to me and able to provide me the service in the morning immediately.
