Very satisfied with the handover cleaning service. The unit was cleaned thoroughly and looked great after. They also went the extra mile to help with a minor bidet repair, which I really appreciated. Reliable, helpful, and easy to deal with.

I engaged this company for office painting based on their reviews and the fact that our landlord had previously used their cleaning services. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Before confirming the job, I clearly informed them that there would be furniture and items in the office and asked if painting could still proceed. I was assured it would not be an issue. I also sent photos showing exactly which areas required painting. On 25/04, one worker arrived but refused to start, claiming the job required more manpower and that there were too many items to move. The lady boss then called and said they would return the next day with two workers, including a supervisor. On 26/04 at 9:06am, two workers (including the supervisor) arrived. I even offered to help move items, but the supervisor said it was not necessary. However, midway through the job (around 11:37am), the lady boss suddenly demanded an additional $500, claiming there was not enough paint and threaten us if extra money is not paid, they will not continue the job! This is unacceptable for several reasons: • A site visit was done on 24/04, so they should have assessed paint requirements properly. • The supervisor was present before work started and should have confirmed any additional costs upfront. • No mention of extra charges for manpower or moving items was communicated beforehand. We were stuck in a position where we had no choice but to be slaughter by them in order to get the job completed. To make matters worse, even after paying the additional amount, the quality of work was poor. Large portions were not properly painted, and attempts to contact the company afterward have gone unanswered. Even though we paid for 2 tins of paint, only 1 tin was seen, and the lady boss could not give a clear explanation when asked. This is by far one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Originally hired another cleaning company with a slot before CNY, but that company no show last minute, contacted empire on 11th Feb and they managed to slot me in on 14th feb, with very competitive pricing! On the actual day, they informed at 9am that they will be late by 1 hour, due to 1 hr extension at previous site requested by previous client. I appreciate the heads up and transparency. In the end they were about 40 minutes late from the revised timing, but they made up for it by extending their cleaning time to ensure they finished the job. It was 2 staff led by Rupa, who worked and cleaned throughout without any complaints or issues. They did a darn good job of cleaning up the place, and also additionally spot cleaned areas that I pointed out were missed, without any complaints. Was happy with the service. Thank you!

Painting, deep cleaning, and dry cleaning of curtains were all done by Empire Cleaning! Smooth communication and fast response, even in the middle of the night at 3am i had a last min request change of date to clean the next day, Angel and her team were there the next day to fulfilled my last min request! I have used Empire Cleaning for the second time! They never failed to make our unit sparkling clean for our handover unit. Communication were very good and fast response from Angel, she was so calm to answering my concerns which i had a lot of headache from owner/ agent. They make the place so perfectly clean which when i first moved in, place is not well clean at all. Thanks Angel and team, you guys did a great job! Not to mentioned Angel was so detailed and precise with what she expects from her team. Kudos! Highly recommended!!

I was recommended by my colleague to get Empire cleaning home, I must say indeed they did a fantastic job on our 3 bedroom moving out cleaning, painting and dry cleaning of curtains for our condo, not only that Angel the owner when out of the way to do some extras job even if it’s not in the job scope! Communication were so clear, even in the middle of the night they even took the time to reply to all my enquiries which makes things a lot at ease. Thanks a lot you guys made our handover to agent smoothly!! The Team also came in early 15mins, love how professional they are and well trained. Keep up the good work and all the best to you Angel! Recently Empire Cleaning did a painting, curtain dry cleaning, deep cleaning moving out at D'leedon, and deep cleaning moving in for my new unit. All services in one go, save my time from contacting other contractors. First of all the Communication was smooth and even at midnight Angel respond to my inquiries, easy and very straightforward price with no hidden fees. Would like to comment that the staff did a thorough job for my moving in and moving out. Kudos to the team! Will recommend to my friends and family for your services. All the best Angel!

I cannot recommend them enough! The curtain service was timely, and the curtains smell amazing. I appreciated the flexibility in arranging professional cleaning, and they even helped me find a handyman at the last minute on a Saturday afternoon. Angeline was fantastic throughout the entire process; she was not only professional but also made me laugh several times. She is great! I am extremely happy with the service!!

Just moved into an old HDB, found the last tenant didn’t deep clean the house especially the kitchen. Contacted Empire Cleaning and they responded very fast. Their staff Avishka arrived even earlier than the scheduled time. After my simple explanation, he immediately started to work. My concerns were the space behind the fridge, the floor under the wash machine, and the old cabinets with pipes in. After 4hrs deep cleaning of the whole kitchen, all the concerned places are well cleaned. He even removed the old greasy surface under the cabinets, as well as the deep area on top of the hood. I’m very satisfied with his detailed and thorough work. Strongly recommended!

They did so much effort in cleaning our moving out unit! Bravo to the team, very affordable prices, fully equip with the right cleaning tools! My bathroom glass looks way much better. Service: Full window cleaning Excellent service by Angel and her team. Very punctual and professional. My windows which needed a full deep cleaning (sticky residue and a lot of dirt accumulated on grilles) were made to look brand new! Extremely reasonable price and was able to come over to work on short notice. Team worked hard until all dirt was gone and everything was good.
