They did a good job deep cleaning. Pushed out the furniture , wiped the wall sockets, all corners, window grills and curtain rods. Washed the balcony and sliding doors. Would certainly use their service again.

First time trying their services. The arrangement for the date and time with Ivan was quick and efficient. When the team came over, there were 5 of them cleaning my place. Upon handover, everything was spick and span clean. Especially the toilet, looks as good as new! Will definitely recommend them!

James came to clean my mattress. After cleaning for a few minutes, he told me that honestly, my mattress was very clean and really didn't need his help. This was because I have been using a mattress protector and a futon over the mattress. He offered to go off and not charge me anything. I thought he was being very ethical. It is not often that we come across such honest service providers especially when he had blocked his schedule for me and incurred transportation costs to come. We ended up having him clean my sofa instead, an unplanned activity so as not to have wasted his time. Good thing we did as he extracted alot of dirt from the sofa and recorded a video to show proof. He is a promising young man and I will recommend his services. Thanks again, James.

Accomdating even when hiccups happen not on Mycleanhome end, they were patiencely waiting for the electricity and water to came on despite having to start later than expected. The team were quickly jumping into actions when the utility came on and I can feel the house is visibility cleaner after the post tenancy cleaning. Appreciate the great work!

I recently hired Mycleanhome to deep clean four items—a large modular sofa, a chunky looped rug, a King mattress, and an older Secretlab gaming chair—and they did an absolutely fantastic job. From the booking process to the actual cleaning, their communication was top-notch. I had a few very specific requests, like using gentle suction on my wool rug so the loops wouldn't fray and paying extra attention to the deep crevices of my modular sofa. The team followed every instruction perfectly. I really appreciated their transparency and professionalism. Before starting, they managed my expectations regarding some set-in stains on the old gaming chair and made sure to test a small patch of the rug first to ensure there wouldn't be any damage. They were punctual, highly efficient (finishing everything in about two hours), and completely transparent. They even sent me videos of the extraction process and gave me a detailed breakdown of how each item fared once they were done. They gave us the best quote of all that we asked to clean these four large items, and considering it included deep shampoo extraction and dust mite/allergen removal, the overall value is excellent. I highly recommend Mycleanhome to anyone looking for a careful, responsive, and thoroughly professional cleaning team!

They did a great job in doing the post Reno work and they cared to explain some details that were unable to be cleaned and required another kind of cleaning intervention. One of the best service I ever received worldwide! From the beginning till the end, the team patiently answers all my questions regardless of how small or big, accommodating my many requests. On the day they came first time, there wasn’t any electricity and water so they had to return another time - no complaints, no charges, no thing! They spent few hours to clean my unit thoroughly and stayed longer to accommodate my real estate agent’s request as it’s an end of tenancy cleaning. Overall, it was a delightful experience to have their service - worth every penny and most importantly, they are the most reliable decent nice people!

Amazing post Reno service from Wandy and team. They were very meticulous, will highly recommend. Our ID just cleaned the place one day before and upon arriving the floor was still sandy and dusty. When Wandy and team left the floor was very clean, significant reduction in sand / dust. They was also very honest and helping giving us tips on some of the areas that had cracks / scratches or certain cabinet has a strong smell and gave recommendation on what to do.

We were really happy with the service overall. The team did a great job on our end-of-tenancy clean and the curtain dry cleaning. They were very responsive and answered all of our questions throughout the process, which made everything much less stressful. There were a couple of small things we had to point out (such as a ceiling fan that had been missed and a window track), but these were minor and overall the standard of cleaning was very good. We’d definitely recommend them.

A very pleasant experience. Will call them again for subsequent cleaning. This was the 2nd time I had my fabric sofa and carpet cleaned. It's a much better experience this time. The staff is very professional and focused while cleaning. My 8-years old sofa now looks new and fresh. He gave me a text to inform me of ETA and kept to that time, which I greatly appreciate his timeliness. The response I got from their sales team are also prompt and helpful.

This is my first time arranging post reno cleaning & I am glad with the superb experience. James has been very patient & prompt with my queries. He is not pushy in asking me to pay deposit to firm up the appointment. All is only paid after service is completed. On the day of service Marwan & his team of 2 was very punctual. As I could not be there from the start, he took photos of defects that he had found and also clarify with me if the plastic wrappers need to be removed. The service duration unexpectedly required to extend but the team had no complains at all. They did not rush through their work so as to finish early. I was there in the second half of their job and I saw how detailed they were in cleaning, machine scrubbing my floor & removing the formaldehyde from my cabinets. Prior to removing the formaldehyde, readings were being taken & Marwan explained to me on the readings. At the end of the day, readings were taken once again & all were good. Upon completing the cleaning, I was asked to do a round of check before they leave. All the hinges, top of the wardrobe, ceiling fans were all cleaned. There were still some tape stains from the renovation at the edge of the floor but when pointed out, they cleaned it very thoroughly. I was also being explained on how to treat the residue from the formaldehyde after left seated for 24 hours. Overall, I am very pleased with their attitudes & services. Cleaning is never an easy job, not to mention a 5 bedroom condo that just completed its renovation with other units still under renovation. A very big thumb up for Mycleanhome and they are highly recommended. Needless to say, I've already made arrangement with them for general cleaning too. 😊
