I used this company many years ago when there was no such platforms like GOOGLE reviews to voice my displeasure. Now i am telling everyone my own experience with them. Many of their cleaners do not seem to act like professional cleaners. Seems to me like some "freelance" workers hired on ah-hoc basis. They look like Singaporeans and Malaysians Chinese. I was so annoyed that 2 of their workers suddenly quarrel among each other - a man and a woman. I don't care what were their personal issues and problems. Shouting and screaming at my house is not right at all. Next, one of them (the man) suddenly said nice things to me like complimenting my outdoor fish pond in my garden, nice environment, etc. This unusual action triggered my suspicion. After they finished the cleaning and left, i found 2 of my kitchen cabinets spoilt and unable to close. I called the company but they denied it was their fault. Anyway, i do not have CCTVs to proof. It was their words against mine. From that day on, whoever asked me to recommend cleaners for landed houses, i will tell them u can try any companies, but NOT Eunike Living, please.

You can try enquiring, but the service staff are very abrupt and unwilling to share information. Not a pleasant experience.

Francis and his team did an outstanding job for my moving out cleaning work! Quickly went through expectations then few hours later it was done. They even had equipment to remove a long-standing stains in shower. Will definitely use them again for any cleaning work.

Three times I was depending on a good quality of work. Eunike Living delivered. When you take over an apartment, you want it squeaky clean. When I took over my dwelling in 2022, that was what I got. So I asked Eunike Living if they also could to the one I was moving out. Fantastic job at a reasonable price. When it was time this August to hand-back my flat, not a single moment I hesitated mandating Eunike Living again. Very helpful, and trustworthy. I left them with a key as I needed to attend business meetings. When I came back for the hand-back only, all was perfect. And new tenant was pleased too the next day when they took over. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service, people one can trust.

Had a really positive and wonderful experience with Eunike Living. Really went out of their way in cleaning up my space. Though posted with several challenges, Francis and his team were really quick to respond and come up with solutions for my place. Did a fantastic job and were really friendly.

I am renting an apartment, and the previous tenant has paid for professional deep cleaning services. When I first moved in I was disgusted at how oily the floor is. Spots under the couch / bed were also uncleaned. Corners were also missed. Walls and top of electrical sockets had a layer of dust. Windows had lizard droppings. There was also a strong smell in the apartment. It that took me many days of airing and deep cleaning myself for it to go away. Ridiculous that deep cleaning service is already paid for by the previous tenant, and yet it was not enough.

This is to commend Francis Tan, boss/owner of Eunike Living, for his good customer service by acceding to my urgent request recently with 4-hour short notice to clean the dusty floors of my client's apartment (the rest of the apartment has been well cleaned) to enable the tenant to move in within the next couple of days. As Eunike Living was fully booked for that day with all the team guys on other jobs, Francis arrived on time with one of his guys with vacuum cleaner plus cleaning materials and was hands on with the job to the amazement of the tenant who was present. The tenant applauded Francis for not only the squeaky clean floors but also for his friendly demeanour. I have engaged Eunike Living for move-in/move-out tenancy cleaning jobs and all were indeed professionally well done. I will not hesitate to recommend Eunike Living to anyone who requires professional cleaning services.

@Mel, I should have considered your review seriously. Seeing majority of the good reviews, we have decided to appoint Eunike for our post reno cleaning. This is the worst decision ever. The floor before and after the cleaning is exactly the same, the toilet window not clean, stains on the floor and wall not removed, paint on the floor not removed and more, etc.

Mr Francis and team were so detailed in their cleaning for our resale post renovation cleaning.At our balcony, we have severe stubborn rust stains that couldn’t be removed. We’ve asked many cleaning companies who were unable to commit to the cleaning due to the rust stains or that the price quoted was more than our expected budget.However, Mr Francis did it! Amazing! They brought a kettle to pour boiling water & degreaser over ur hood which they put in a tray. In our kitchen under cabinet sink too, it was super dirty and with rust stains but they cleaned it till its spotless!! There were lots of also lots of detail to the cleaning of drawers and the whole house in general was so clean, windows and mirrors so clean tt the resale house felt so clean and looked totally new! Kudos to Mr Francis and team! Will definitely recommend them all friends!

General cleaning after Renovation works

ID renovation firm promised a deep cleaning and claimed that they did a chemical cleaning after renovation but oh well. I was recommended to Mr Francis and team via my agent friend. They did a great job of proper cleaning from inner cardboard to tiny corners around the house . Mr Francis is a humble man, he gave me tips on how to remove certain stubborn stains and also cleaning tips to help me manage my house at ease. 5 stars for their service and professionalism:) Well done everyone :)

Owner/supervisor was rude and cleaners did not do a good job. Expected better as they charge a premium vs the other agencies we enquired with. We gave up asking them to “touch up” and ended up cleaning again ourselves! Will not use again
