Very very bad..scam repair..first time trying and google AI gave me this contact..they had another page with thousand over reviews and I couldnt get a tried and tested contact from friends so I went with them to try to repair my LG machine. The repair guy kept upping the price whenever he could: 1) over the phone i heard transport and checking under $60 - he quoted me $70 after (i thought i heard wrongly so I gave benefit of doubt); 2) he came and didnt bother to check and fixed the door - later another error message came up and he said i didnt tell him (how would I know what errors there are? Shouldnt he have checked before repairing? I sent him a video and photos of exactly how my machine was when turned on..if I was so professional to know what other issues there were I wouldnt need to call them?) 3) he told me motherboard got problem and LG would change me $180-$220 to change motherboard - he said he would try and didnt mention about costs 4) he tried with some hairdryer etc but changed NOTHING and wanted to charge me additional $150 with a day or two warranty - i bargained for a month 5) i went to get cash and he said with warranty total now is $320 (upped me $10 in that minute I went to hunt for more cash) 6) my mum came and asked about the costs and he claimed the additional $50 was for that one month warranty and $100 for him trying - i told him $50 is worth more than one month warranty? If it still ends up not working i would have paid a total of $310 for nothing? 7) i told him in that case i dont want the warranty and I told him he was dishonest to still want to add on $150 when he did not change any parts for me - he wanted to charge $150 for trying and yet not confident enough to give me 3 months warranty at least which I feel is fair? Changing the washing machine would have just costed slightly more now that I had to pay $320 (without decent warranty)? He wanted to change his words again and now say the $150 was fully for trying…previously he wanted to justify the $150 8) ended up fighting with him and with him defending that he told me he would try and he fixed it and he wasnt being dishonest - paid a total of $260 ($160 initial quote for DE error and $100 for him purely trying, accompanied by alot of anger and distrust) Totally feel like i was scammed - please do not trust their reviews - it is not just not worth the money; the anger it came along with dealing with a scammer was worse.

Shapam came down to check quickly, and repair was done fast and professionally. Thank you! Recommended 👍🏼 Update 25 June: after working once after the repair, the washing machine failed to work again. We messaged Fast Repair but they told us to fix the problem ourselves and did not come down to rectify the problem. Was charged $170 for an unsolved problem.
