Paid $400 to fix my fridge with a replacement of a pump (or motor, can't recall), but was not working in 1 month & 1 week exactly after the repair. They tell me their whole team was on a trip for a week or so and all my freezer items was spoilt and they insisted on charging diagnosis & transport fee because it was out of warranty which was 1month. The fridge broke down in the same exact manner (electronics working, except it was not cold), so it was the same issue but they refuse to extend their support.

This is literally one of the biggest scam companies I've ever seen in my life, if they fix smth then afte few days it breaks off they'll ask to share the invoice but they don't even send u any invoiceat all!!!!!
